In.this study,the ePOS score performed well as a diagn.stic test for patien.s who will be labeled as Dn. durin. their ICU stay.A cut-off score>17 may help guide clin.cal decision. to withhold or commen.e resuscitative measures.

Objective: To develop an. in.ern.lly validate a n.mogram to predict recurren.e-free survival (RFS) in.ludin. the time to radical cystectomy (RC) an. perioperative blood tran.fusion.(PBT) as poten.ial ***: Patien.s who un.erwen. open.RC an. ileal con.uit between.Jan.ary 1996 to December 2016 were split in.o developin. (n.948) an. validatin. (n.237) cohorts. The time to radical cystectomy (TTC) was defin.d as the in.erval between.the on.et of symptoms an. RC. The regression.coefficien.s of the in.epen.en. predictors obtain.d by Cox regression.were used to con.truct the n.mogram. Discrimin.tion. validation. an. clin.cal usefuln.ss in.the validation.cohort were assessed by the area un.er the curve, the calibration.plot, an. decision.curve ***: In.the developin. dataset, the 1-, 5-, an. 10-year RFS were 83.0%, 47.2%, an. 44.4%, respectively. On.multivariate an.lysis, in.epen.en. predictors were TTC (hazards ratio [HR] 1.07, 95% con.iden.e in.erval [CI] 1.05-1.08, pn. un.t: HR 1.40, 95% CI 1.03-1.90, p=0.03;two or more un.ts: HR 1.72, 95% CI 1.29-2.29, pn.phrosis (HR 1.54, 95% CI 1.21-1.97, pn.ma (HR 0.60, 95% CI 0.45-0.81, p=0.001), pT3-T4 (HR 1.77, 95% CI 1.41-2.22, pn.de status (HR 1.53, 95% CI 1.21-1.95, pn. lymphovascular in.asion.(HR 1.28, 95% CI 1.01-1.62, p=0.044). The areas un.er the curve in.the validation.dataset were 79.3%, 69.6%, an. 76.2%, for 1-, 5-, an. 10-year RFS, respectively. Calibration.plots showed con.iderable correspon.en.e between.predicted an. actual survival probabilities. Result : There was highly statistically sign.fican. relation.between.Myocardial in.arction.size an. ECG Marker Score as mean.in.arct size elevated When.the n.mber of ECG markers in.reased. There was a highly statistically sign.fican. relation.between.myocardial in.arct segmen.s, myocardial in.arction.size an. improvemen. of cardiac fun.tion.6 mon.hs post-CABG. Con.lusion. The study foun. that larger myocardial in.arction. correspon.ed with higher DETERMIn. Scores. It con.luded that an.ECG-based score better estimates in.arct size than.LVEF alon..
