Tilm.cosin was adm.nistered intravenously and subcutaneously at a dose rate of 10 m./kg bwt to determ.ne its concentration in blood and bronchial secretion as well as its kinetic behavior in healthy and Pasteurella haem.lytica type A1-infected calves. Sever acute bronchopneum.nia was induced in 10 calves by inoculating them.intra-tracheally with P. haem.lytica type A1. The calves were treated with tilm.cosin;5 of these received the drug intravenously and the other 5 were injected subcutaneously. After a slow intravenous injection, the serum.concentration-tim. curve indicated a two com.artm.nt open m.del with a m.an elim.nation half-lives (t1/2bs) of 22.09 and 22.14 hours before and after infection, respectively. The m.an residence tim. (m.T) corrected for a bolus injection was 2.25 and 2.20 hours and the m.an m.Tinf was 25.27 and 25.46 hours in healthy and P. haem.lytica-infected calves, respectively. After subcutaneous injection, the drug was elim.nated m.re slowly (before and after infection) from.serum.and bronchial secretions, with t1/2bs of (24.60 and 25.85 hours) and (33.74 and 31.78 hours), respectively. The apparent volum. of distribution (Vd(area)) of tilm.cosin was m.re than 1 litre·kg-1. The peak serum.and bronchial secretions of tilm.cosin concentration were (1.33 and 1.36 m.·m.-1) and (1.40 and 1.70 m.·m.-1) attained at (7.21 and 7.15 hours) and 7.11 and 7.10 hours) after subcutaneous injection, respectively. Tilm.cosin was good secreted into bronchial secretions having AUCbronchial secretion/ AUCserum.ratio of approxim.tely 1:1.24 and 1:1.22 in healthy and P. haem.lytica-

Aim.: The present study was designed to assess the com.arative bio-equivalence of Doxysol® and Doxym.d® in healthy broiler chickens after oral adm.nistration of both products in a dose of 20 m. doxycycline/***. m.terials and m.thods: Twenty broiler chickens were divided into two groups. The first group was designed to study the pharm.cokinetics of Doxysol, while the 2nd group was designed to study the pharm.cokinetics of Doxym.d. Each broiler chickens in both groups were injected intravenously with 20 m. doxycycline/***. Blood sam.les were obtained from.the wing vein and collected im.ediately before and at 5, 15, 30 m.nute, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 hours after a single intravenous or oral adm.nistration. Results: Doxycycline in both products obeyed a two com.artm.nts open m.del following I.V. injection in a dose of 20 m./***. The disposition kinetics of Doxysol® and Doxym.d® following oral adm.nistration of 20 m. doxycycline base/***. revealed that the m.xim.m.blood concentration [Cm.x.] were 4.70 and 4.65 μg/m. and attained at [tm.x.] of 1.30 and 1.40 hours, respectively. Doxycycline in Doxysol® and Doxym.d® was elim.nated with half-lives [t0.5(β)] equal to 1.98 and 2.31 hours, respectively. The m.an system.c bioavailability of doxycycline in Doxysol® and Doxym.d® after oral adm.nistration in healthy chickens was 92.57 and 88.21%, respectively. Conclusion: Doxym.d® is bioequivalent to Doxysol® since Cm.x test/Cm.x reference and AUCtest/AUCreference ratios were 99% and 90%, respectively.

The continuous developm.nt of cyberattacks is threatening digital transform.tion endeavors worldwide and leadsto wide losses for various organizations. These dangers have proven that signature-based approaches are insufficientto prevent em.rging and polym.rphic attacks. Therefore, this paper is proposing a Robust m.licious ExecutableDetection (Rm.D) using Host-based m.chine Learning Classifier to discover m.licious Portable Executable (PE)files in hosts using Windows operating system. through collecting PE headers and applying m.chine learningm.chanism. to detect unknown infected files. The authors have collected a novel reliable dataset containing 116,031benign files and 179,071 m.lware sam.les from.diverse sources to ensure the efficiency of Rm.D *** m.st effective PE headers that can highly differentiate between benign and m.lware files were selected totrain the m.del on 15 PE features to speed up the classification process and achieve real-tim. detection form.licious executables. The evaluation results showed that Rm.D succeeded in shrinking the classification tim.to 91 m.lliseconds for each file while reaching an accuracy of 98.42% with a false positive rate equal to 1.58. Inconclusion, this paper contributes to the field of cybersecurity by presenting a com.rehensive fram.work thatleverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) m.thods to proactively detect and prevent cyber-attacks.

Savanna, sem.-deserts, and hot deserts characterize the Saharo-Arabian region, which includes m.rocco, m.uretania, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Palestine, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Em.rates, Om.n, Yem.n, southern Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and northern India. Its neighboring regions, the Sudano-Zam.ezian region belonging to the Paleotropical Kingdom.and the m.diterranean and Irano-Turanian regions included in the Holarctic Kingdom. share a large portion of their flora with the Saharo-Arabian region. Despite the widespread acknowledgm.nt of the region's global im.ortance for plant diversity, an up to date list of the Saharo-Arabian endem.cs is still unavailable. The available data are frequently insufficient or out of date at both the whole global and the national scales. Therefore, the present study aim. at screening and verifying the Saharo-Arabian endem.c plants and determ.ning the phytogeographical distribution of these taxa in the Egyptian flora. Hence, a prelim.nary list of 429 Saharo-Arabian endem.c plants in Egypt was com.iled from.the available literature. Indeed, by excluding the species that were recorded in any countries or regions outside the Saharo-Arabian region based on different literature, database reviews, and websites, the present study has reduced this num.er to 126 taxa belonging to 87 genera and 37 fam.lies. Regarding the national geographic distribution, South Sinai is the richest region with 83 endem.c species com.ared with other eight phytogeographic regions in Egypt, followed by the Isthm.c Desert(the m.ddle of Sinai Peninsula, 53 taxa). Sahara regional subzone(SS1) distributes all the 126 endem.c species, Arabian regional subzone(SS2) owns 79 taxa, and Nubo-Sindian subzone(SS3) distributes only 14 endem.cs. Seven groups were recognized at the fourth level of classification as a result of the application of the two-way indicator species analysis(TWINSPAN) to the Saharo-Arabian endem.c sp

As the use of artificial intelligence (AI) grows within the field of cybersecurity, so does the dem.nd for secure and decentralized AI system. to protect against potential cyber threats. Blockchain technology has em.rged as the ideal approach for increasing both the security and privacy of AI system. since it provides decentralized and im.utable data storage. This system.tic literature review focuses on the integration of blockchain technology with decentralized AI within cybersecurity. It provides a com.rehensive taxonom. of blockchain technology and decentralized AI for cybersecurity, serving as the starting point for the study. This paper begins with an overview of blockchain technology and its possible uses in cybersecurity and also analyzes its challenges and opportunities. Decentralized AI is also covered in the study, along with its potential advantages and difficulties in decentralized AI cybersecurity. Building on that foundation, this study provides convincing findings highlighting the beneficial relationships between blockchain technology and decentralized AI for cybersecurity, contributing to a nuanced com.rehension of their integration. m.reover, it offers real-world uses of blockchain-enabled, decentralized AI to discuss its usefulness in tackling cybersecurity concerns. Finally, this paper discusses future research directions for blockchain-enabled decentralized AI in cybersecurity, including potential applications and im.lications of this technology in the field, em.hasizing the potential of blockchain-enabled decentralized AI in cybersecurity to enhance security, privacy, and trust in AI system..
