in our investigation,we explore the quantum dynamics of charge-free scalar particles through the Klein–Gordon equation within the framework of rainbow gravity,consi.e.ing the Bonnor–Melvin-Lambda(BML)space-ti.e.*** BML solution is characteri.e. by the magnetic field strength along the axis of the symmetry di.e.tion which is related to the cosmological constantΛand the topological parameterαof the *** behavior of charge-free scalar particles descri.e. by the Klein–Gordon equation is investigated,utilizing two sets of rainbow functions:(i)f(χ)=■,h(χ)=1 and(ii)f(χ)=1,h(χ)=1+βХ/*** 0ith e representing the particle's energy,ep is the Planck's energy,andβis the rainbow *** obtain the approximate analytical solutions for the scalar particles and conduct a thorough analysis of the obtai.e. ***,we study the quantum dynamics of quantum oscillator fields within this BML space-ti.e.employing the Klein–Gordon *** also,we choose the same sets of rainbow functions and obtain the approximate ei.e.value solution for the oscillator ***,we demonstrate that the relativistic approximate energy profi.e. of charge-free scalar particles and oscillator fields get influenced by the topology of the geometry and the cosmological ***,we show that the energy profi.e. of scalar particles recei.e.modifications from the rainbow parameter and the quantum oscillator fields by both the rainbow parameter and the frequency of oscillation.

The conversion of the cartesian coordinates of a point to its geodetic equivalent coordinates in reference to the geodetic ellipsoid is one of the main challenges in *** ellipse equation in the meridian plane significantly influences the value of the geodetic *** research analyzes this influence and how it can contribute to their *** study investigates the mathematical relation between them and presents an exact formula relating to the geodetic height and the ellipse *** addition,a heuristic formula for the relation between the geodetic height and the ellipse equation is proposed,which is independent of the geodetic latitude and has a relati.e.accuracy better than 99.9 %.The calculation is stable,and the cost is low.

Resistance to cancer immunotherapy is mainly attributed to poor tumor immunogenicity as well as the immunosuppressi.e.tumor microenvironment(TMe)leading to failure of immune *** therapeutic strategies including chemotherapy,radiotherapy,photodynamic,photothermal,magnetic,chemodynamic,sonodynamic and oncolytic therapy,have been developed to induce immunogenic cell death(iCD)of cancer cells and thereby elicit immunogenicity and boost the antitumor immune ***,many challenges hamper the clinical application of iCD inducers resulting in modest immunogenic ***,we outli.e.the current state of using nanomedici.e. for boosting iCD of cancer ***,synergistic approaches used in combination with iCD inducing nanomedici.e. for remodeling the TMe via targeting immune checkpoints,phagocytosis,macrophage polarization,tumor hypoxia,autophagy and stromal modulation to enhance immunogenicity of dying cancer cells were *** further highlight the emerging trends of using nanomaterials for triggering amplified iCD-mediated antitumor immune *** reticulum locali.e. iCD,focused ultrasound hyperthermia,cell membrane camouflaged nanomedici.e.,amplified reacti.e.oxygen species(ROS)generation,metallo-immunotherapy,ion modulators and engi.e.red bacteria are among the most innovati.e.*** challenges,merits and demerits of iCD inducer nanomedici.e. were also discussed with shedding light on the future role of this technology in improving the outcomes of cancer immunotherapy.

OBJeCTi.e.To investigate the effects of Hippeastrum hybridum（HH） as a free radical scavenger,and an inhibitor of the two enzymes i.e.Alpha-amylase（α-amylase） and acetylcholi.e.terase（AChe）.MeTHODS:in this study,HH plant was preliminary analyzed for phytochemical screening and then tested for its antioxidant,anti-α-amylase,and anti-AChe efficiency via standard ***:Phytochemical analysis shows the existence of different compounds;whi.e.Coumarins and quinones were *** total phenolic,flavonoid,and tannins content were found to be（78.52±0.69） mg GAe/g,（2.01±0.04） mg RUe/g,and（58.12±0.23） mg TAe/g of plant extract respecti.e.y.28.02%±0.02% alkaloid and 2.02%±0.05% saponins were present in the HH *** HH extract showed the anti-oxidant property with iC50（50%inhibition） of（151.01±0.13）(HH),（79.01±0.04）(Ascorbic acid) for ferric reducing,（91.48±0.13）(HH),（48.02±0.11）(Ascorbic acid) against Ammonium molybdenum,（156.02±0.31）(HH),（52.38±0.21）(Ascorbic acid) against DPPH,136.01±0.21（HH）,52.02±0.31（Ascorbic acid） against H2O2,and 154.12±0.03（HH）,（40.05±0.15）(Ascorbic acid)μg/mL against ABTS *** analysis indicated that HH caused a competiti.e.type of inhibition of α-amylase(Vmaxremai.e. constant and Km increases from 10.65 to84.37%) whi.e.Glucophage caused the un-competiti.e.type of inhibition i.e.both Km and Vmaxdecreased from40.49 to 69.15%and 38.86 to 69.61%*** Ki,（inhibition constant）;Ki,（dissociation constant）,Km,（Michaelis-Menten constant）,and iC50 were found to be62,364,68.1,and 38.08±0.22 for HH and 12,101.05,195,34.01±0.21 for ***,HH causes an anon-competiti.e.type of inhibition of AChe i.e.Km remains constant whi.e.Vmaxdecreases from 60.5%to74.1%.The calculated Ki,Ki,Km,and iC50 were found to be 32,36.2,0.05,and 18.117±***:From the current results,it is concluded that HH extract contains bioacti.e.compounds,and could be a good alternati.e.to controlling oxidants,Alzhei.e.‘s and T

An autonomous microgrid that runs on renewable energy sources is presented in this *** has a supercon-ducting magnetic energy storage(SMeS)devi.e.wind energy-producing devi.e.,and an energy storage ***,because such microgrids are nonli.e.r and the energy they create varies with ti.e.controlling and managing the energy insi.e.them is a difficult ***-order proportional integral(FOPi)controller is recommended for the current research to enhance a standalone microgrid’s energy management and *** suggested dedicated control for the SMeS compri.e. two loops:the outer loop,which uses the FOPi to regulate the DC-link voltage,and the inner loop,responsible for regulating the SMeS current,is constructed using the intelli.e.t FOPi(iFOPi).The FOPi+iFOPi parameters are best developed using the dandelion optimi.e.(DO)approach to achieve the optimum *** suggested FOPi+iFOPi controller’s performance is contrasted with a conventional Pi controller for variations in wind speed and microgrid *** optimal FOPi+iFOPi controller manages the voltage and frequency of the *** behavior of the microgrid as a reaction to step changes in load and wind speed was measured using the proposed *** simulations were used to evaluate the recommended system’s *** results of the simulations showed that throughout all interruptions,the recommended microgrid provi.e. the load with AC power with a constant amplitude and *** addition,the requi.e. load demand was accurately ***,the microgrid functioned incredibly well despi.e.SMeS and varying wind *** obtai.e. under i.e.tical conditions were compared with and without the best FOPi+iFOPi *** utilizing the optimal FOPi+iFOPi controller with SMeS,it was found that the microgrid performed better than the microgrid without SMeS.

in this paper,we propose a hybrid metric Palatini approach in which the Palatini scalar curvature is non minimally coupled to the scalar *** deri.e.einstein’s field equations,i.e.,the equations of motion of the scalar ***,the background and perturbati.e.parameters are obtai.e. by means of Friedmann equations in the slow roll *** analysis of cosmological perturbations allowed us to obtain the main inflationary parameters,e.g.,the scalar spectral index and tensor to scalar ratio *** this perspecti.e.as an application of our analysis,we consi.e. the Higgs field with quartic potential,which plays the inflaton role,and show that predictions of Higgs hybrid inflation are in good agreement with recent observational data[***.641,61(2020)].

Background Resuscitation can someti.e. be futi.e.and making a do-not-resuscitate(DNR)decision is in the best interest of the *** electronic poor outcome screening(ePOS)score was developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes of critically ill *** explored the diagnostic accuracy of the ePOS score in predicting DNR decisions in the intensi.e.care unit(iCU).Methods This study was conducted at the iCU of a tertiary referral hospital in Saudi Arabia between March and May ***,we calculated ePOS scores for all eligible consecuti.e.admissions after 48 h in the iCU and recorded the DNR *** ability of the score to predict DNR was explored using logistic ***'s i.e.l cut-off value was calculated using the DeLong method,and different diagnostic accuracy measures were generated with corresponding 95%confi.e.ce intervals(Cis).Results We enrolled 857 patients,125 recei.e. a DNR order and 732 did *** average ePOS score of DNR and non-DNR patients was 28.2±10.7 and 15.2±9.7,*** score,as a predictor of DNR order,had an area under recei.e. operator characteristic(AUROC)curve of 81.8%(95%Ci:79.0 to 84.3,Pen's i.e.l cut-off value>17 was associated with a sensitivity of 87.2(95%Ci:80.0 to 92.5,Pecificity of 63.9(95%Ci:60.3 to 67.4,Piti.e.predicti.e.value of 29.2(95%Ci:24.6 to 33.8,Pegati.e.predicti.e.value of 96.7(95%Ci:95.1 to 98.3,Piagnostic odds ratio 12.1(95%Ci:7.0 to 20.8,Pions in this study,the ePOS score performed well as a diagnostic test for patients who will be labeled as DNR during their iCU stay.A cut-off score>17 may help gui.e.clinical decisions to withhold or commence resuscitati.e.measures.

The purpose of this research work is to investigate the numerical solutions of the fractional dengue transmission model(FDTM)in the presence of Wolbachia using the stochastic-based Levenberg-Marquardt neural network(LM-NN)*** fractional dengue transmission model(FDTM)consists of 12 *** human population is divi.e. into four compartments;susceptible humans(S_(h)),exposed humans(e_(h)),infectious humans(i_(h)),and recovered humans(R_(h)).Wolbachia-infected and Wolbachia-uninfected mosquito population is also divi.e. into four compartments:aquatic(eggs,larvae,pupae),susceptible,exposed,and *** investigated three different cases of vertical transmission probability(η),namely when Wolbachia-free mosquitoes persist only(η=0.6),when both types of mosquitoes persist(η=0.8),and when Wolbachia-carrying mosquitoes persist only(η=1).The objecti.e.of this study is to investigate the effecti.e.ess of Wolbachia in reducing dengue and presenting the numerical results by using the stochastic structure LM-NN approach with 10 hidden layers of neurons for three different cases of the fractional order derivati.e.(α=0.4,0.6,0.8).LM-NN approach includes a training,validation,and testing procedure to minimi.e.the mean square error(MSe)values using the reference dataset(obtai.e. by solving the model using the Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method(ABM).The distribution of data is 80% data for training,10% for validation,and,10% for testing purpose)results.A comprehensi.e.investigation is accessible to observe the competence,precision,capacity,and efficiency of the suggested LM-NN approach by executing the MSe,state transitions findings,and regression *** effecti.e.ess of the LM-NN approach for solving the FDTM is demonstrated by the overlap of the findings with trustworthy measures,which achieves a precision of up to 10^(-4).
