Hepatic inflammatory pseudotumors are uncommon benign *** diagnosing hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor can be very challenging because the clinical presentation and radiological appearances are nonspecific and cannot be certainly distinguished from malignant neoplastic ***,we present a case of hepatic IPT in an 8-yearold boy who presented to clinic with a 3-mo history of a tender hepatic mass,fever of unknown origin,and9-kg weight *** physical examination was notable for tender *** investigations were notable for a normal hepatic profile and elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein.A T2-attenuated magnetic resonance imaging scan of the abdomen showed a 4.7 cm x 4.7 cm x 6.6cm,contrast-enhancing,hyper-intense,well-defined lesion involving the right hepatic *** view of the unremitting symptoms,tender hepatomegaly,thrombosed right hepatic vein,nonspecific radiological findings,and high suspicion of a deep-seated underlying infection or malignancy,a right hepatic lobectomy was ***,the hepatic lesion exhibited a mixture of inflammatory cells(histiocytes,plasma cells,mature lymphocytes,and occasional multinucleated giant cells) in a background of dense fibrous ***,the cells stained negative for SMA,ALK-1,CD-21 and CD-23,diffusely positive for CD-68,and focally positive for *** final histopathological diagnosis was consistent with hepatic *** the postoperative 4-mo follow-up,the patient was asymptomatic without radiological evidence of recurrence.

Intelligent traffic control requires accurate estimation of the road states and incorporation of adaptive or dynamically adjusted intelligent algorithms for making the *** this article,these issues are handled by proposing a novel framework for traffic control using vehicular communications and Internet of Things *** framework integrates Kalman filtering and *** smoothing Kalman filtering,our data fusion Kalman filter incorporates a process-aware model which makes it superior in terms of the prediction *** traditional Q-learning,our Q-learning algorithm enables adaptive state quantization by changing the threshold of separating low traffic from high traffic on the road according to the maximum number of vehicles in the junction *** evaluation,the model has been simulated on a single intersection consisting of four roads:east,west,north,and south.A comparison of the developed adaptive quantized Q-learning(AQQL)framework with state-of-the-art and greedy approaches shows the superiority of AQQL with an improvement percentage in terms of the released number of vehicles of AQQL is 5%over the greedy approach and 340%over the state-of-the-art ***,AQQL provides an effective traffic control that can be applied in today’s intelligent traffic system.

Phishing,an Internet fraudwhere individuals are deceived into revealing critical personal and account information,poses a significant risk to both consumers and web-based *** indicates a persistent rise in phishing ***,these fraudulent schemes are progressively becoming more intricate,thereby rendering them more challenging to ***,it is imperative to utilize sophisticated algorithms to address this *** learning is a highly effective approach for identifying and uncovering these harmful *** learning(ML)approaches can identify common characteristics in most phishing *** this paper,we propose an ensemble approach and compare it with six machine learning techniques to determine the type of website and whether it is normal or not based on two phishing *** that,we used the normalization technique on the dataset to transform the range of all the features into the same *** findings of this paper for all algorithms are as follows in the first dataset based on accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score,respectively:Decision Tree(DT)(0.964,0.961,0.976,0.968),Random Forest(RF)(0.970,0.964,0.984,0.974),Gradient Boosting(GB)(0.960,0.959,0.971,0.965),XGBoost(XGB)(0.973,0.976,0.976,0.976),AdaBoost(0.934,0.934,0.950,0.942),Multi Layer Perceptron(MLP)(0.970,0.971,0.976,0.974)and Voting(0.978,0.975,0.987,0.981).So,the Voting classifier gave the best *** in the second dataset,all the algorithms gave the same results in four evaluation metrics,which indicates that each of them can effectively accomplish the prediction ***,this approach outperformed the previous work in detecting phishing websites with high accuracy,a lower false negative rate,a shorter prediction time,and a lower false positive rate.

Background:Many kinds of orchids have significant health benefits although ade-quate research on their biological functions is yet to be carried *** study inves-tigated the paracetamol-induced liver damage-protecting effect of epiphytic Aerides odorata methanol extract(AODE).Methods:The protective effects of AODE were studied by analyzing its effect on liver function parameters,messenger RNA(mRNA)expression,and tissue histopatho-logical *** results were confirmed by ligand-receptor interaction of molecular docking and multitarget interaction of network pharmacological ***:AODE significantly(p<0.05)minimized the dose-dependent increase in acid phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phos-phatase,γ-glutamyl transferase,lactate dehydrogenase,and total bilirubin compared to the reference drug *** level decreased,and the antioxidant genes catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),β-actin,paraoxonase-1(PON1),and phosphofructokinase-1(PFK-1)were upregulated in AODE-treated paracetamol-intoxicated rats.A total of 376 compounds comprising phenols and flavonoids were identified using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight-mass spectrometry(UPLC-qTOF-MS).The online toxicity assessment using SwissADME and admetSAR exhibited drug-like,nontoxic,and potential pharmaco-logical ***,in silico analysis showed that isoacteoside,one of the identified compounds,exhibited the best docking score(−11.42)with the liver pro-tein human pituitary adenylate cyclase-1(Protein Data Bank ID:3N94).Furthermore,network pharmacology analysis identified the top 10 hub genes,namely AKT1(protein kinase B),CTNNB1(catenin beta-1),SRC(proto-oncogene c-Src),TNF(tumor necrosis factor),EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor),HSP90AA1(heat shock protein 90α),MAPK3(mitogen-activated protein kinase 3),STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3),CASP3(caspase protein),

针对在瞬态电压的扰动多个敏感负载的同时保护，设计一种基于超导磁储能的模块化电流型多馈线间动态电压恢复器的电力装置。基于超导线圈的特性，采用电流源型变流器将补偿信号由直流转换为交流，为提高储能利用率，将多条馈线上的DVR与同一个超导磁储能系统连接，根据三相电磁量的对称分解理论，设计变流器的电压双重PI控制策略，建立两条馈线的仿真模型，结果表明在系统发生电压暂降和暂升故障时，该装置可以快速有效地对电压进行补偿，从而实现对多馈线上负载的保护。

Solar-driven hydrogen production from seawater attracts great interest for its emerging role in decarbonizing global energy consumption. Given the complexity of natural seawater content, photocatalytic vapor splitting offers a low-cost and safe solution, but with a very low solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency. With a focus on cutting-edge photothermal–photocatalytic device design and system integration, the recent research advances on vapor splitting from seawater, as well as industrial implementations in the past decades were reviewed. In addition, the design strategies of the key processes were reviewed, including vapor temperature and pressure control during solar thermal vapor generation from seawater, capillary-fed vaporization with salt repellent, and direct photocatalytic vapor splitting for hydrogen production. Moreover, the existing laboratory-scale and industrial-scale systems, and the integration principles and remaining challenges in the future seawater-to-hydrogen technology were discussed.

目的探讨miR-141-5p在黏膜黑色素瘤(MM)组织及细胞中的表达及其意义,分析其影响MM细胞生物学行为的机制。方法回顾性收集2015年1月至2020年12月温州医科大学附属第一医院手术切除的MM和色素痣组织标本。qRT-PCR法检测并比较MM和色素痣组织、MM细胞株A375和人角质形成细胞株HaCaT中miR-141-5p、细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)1/2 mRNA的相对表达量。采用Pearson相关分析miR-141-5p与ERK1/2 mRNA相对表达量的相关性。A375分别用miR-141-5p模拟物(模拟物组)、miR-141-5p模拟物对照(模拟物对照组)、miR-141-5p抑制物(抑制物组)和miR-141-5p抑制物对照(抑制物对照组)处理;采用qRT-PCR检测并比较4组细胞中miR-141-5p相对表达量;采用细胞计数(CCK)-8法、克隆形成实验、流式细胞术、划痕实验和Transwell侵袭实验观察并比较4组细胞存活率、增殖能力、细胞凋亡比例和细胞迁移、侵袭能力;采用Western blot法观察并比较4组细胞ERK1/2、磷酸化的ERK1/2(p-ERK1/2)蛋白相对表达量。采用HE染色、免疫组化染色观察MM和色素痣组织形态并检测p-ERK1/2、ERK1/2表达水平,比较不同p-ERK1/2、ERK1/2表达情况MM患者临床病理特征差异。结果miR-141-5p和ERK1/2 mRNA在MM组织和A375中表达下调(均P0.05)。结论miR-141-5p可能通过ERK1/2通路影响MM细胞生物学行为。

It explores the seamless amalgamation of AI methodologies within cloud computing and big data analytics, encompassing the development of a cloud computing framework built on the robust foundation of the Hadoop platform, enriched by AI learning algorithms. Additionally, it examines the creation of a predictive model empowered by tailored artificial intelligence techniques. Rigorous simulations are conducted to extract valuable insights, facilitating method evaluation and performance assessment, all within the dynamic Hadoop environment, thereby reaffirming the precision of the proposed approach. The results and analysis section reveals compelling findings derived from comprehensive simulations within the Hadoop environment. These outcomes demonstrate the efficacy of the Sport AI Model (SAIM) framework in enhancing the accuracy of sports-related outcome predictions. Through meticulous mathematical analyses and performance assessments, integrating AI with big data emerges as a powerful tool for optimizing decision-making in sports. The discussion section extends the implications of these results, highlighting the potential for SAIM to revolutionize sports forecasting, strategic planning, and performance optimization for players and coaches. The combination of big data, cloud computing, and AI offers a promising avenue for future advancements in sports analytics. This research underscores the synergy between these technologies and paves the way for innovative approaches to sports-related decision-making and performance enhancement.
