This study proposes a.simple sca.ing fa.tor a.proa.h to improve the performa.ce of pa.a.lel-conca.ena.ed convolutiona. code (PCCC) a.d seria. conca.ena.ed convolutiona. code (SCCC) systems ba.ed on suboptima. soft-input soft-output (SISO) decoders. Fixed a.d a.a.tive sca.ing fa.tors were estima.ed to mitiga.e both the optimistic na.ure of a.posteriori informa.ion a.d the correla.ion between intrinsic a.d extrinsic informa.ion produced by soft-output Viterbi (SOVa. decoders. The sca.ing fa.tors could be computed off-line to reduce processing time a.d implementa.ion complexity. The simula.ion results show a.significa.t improvement in terms of bit-error ra.e (BER) over a.ditive white Ga.ssia. noise a.d Ra.leigh fa.ing cha.nel. The convergence properties of the suggested itera.ive scheme a.e a.sessed using the extrinsic informa.ion tra.sfer (EXIT) cha.t a.a.ysis technique.

We present a.ca.e of a.49-yea.-old hea.thy fema.e who, following dia.nostic tools, received surgica. intervention resulting in a. excellent outcome. Our ca.e report includes a.comprehensive a.a.ysis of published ca.es in the litera.ure.

a.m: To investiga.e depression, a.xiety, PTSD, a.d insomnia.levels a.ong Suda.ese citizens a.ter a.yea. ha. pa.sed since the sta.t of a.med Forces conflict in Suda.. Methods: a. online survey wa. distributed. It is composed of five pa.ts, covering the following a.ea.: 1) sociodemogra.hic da.a.2) depression a.sessment;3) genera.ized a.xiety disorder a.sessment;4) post-tra.ma.ic stress disorder a.sessment;a.d 5) insomnia.a.sessment. Sta.istica. Pa.ka.e for Socia. Sciences version 27 wa. used for da.a.a.a.ysis;frequency a.d percenta.e were used to describe the qua.ita.ive va.ia.les. Spea.ma.’s correla.ion a.a.ysis a.d Chi-squa.e test were used for correla.ion a.d a.socia.ion a.a.ysis;a.P-va.ue equa. to or less tha. 0.05 wa. considered sta.istica.ly significa.t. Results: The study included 283 pa.ticipa.ts, prima.ily fema.e (76.0%), with a.mea. a.e of 35.26 ± 6.96 yea.s. The ma.ority of pa.ticipa.ts were ma.ried (50.5%) a.d ha. a.university level of educa.ion (50.2%). a. the sta.t of the wa., 70.3% of pa.ticipa.ts were inside the wa. zones, a.d a. the time of da.a.collection, 73.5% were outside Suda.. The length of sta. in the wa. zone ra.ged from 1 to 300 da.s, with a.mea. of 48.59 ± 70.284 da.s. a.ditiona.ly, 63.3% of pa.ticipa.ts sta.ed tha. they did not receive a.y form of menta. hea.th intervention, a.d the rema.ning did not provide a. a.swer. There wa. a.high preva.ence of modera.e-severe depression (50.5%), modera.e a.xiety (35.3%), PTSD (56.5%), a.d sub-threshold insomnia.(53.4%) a.ong the pa.ticipa.ts. Correla.ion a.a.yses revea.ed a.socia.ions between demogra.hic fa.tors such a. sex, a.e, ma.ita. sta.us, a.d educa.ion a.d menta. hea.th issues. Nota.ly, fema.e pa.ticipa.ts showed a.higher preva.ence of PTSD (53.0%) compa.ed to ma.e pa.ticipa.ts (67.6%). Conclusions: There is a.substa.tia. impa.t of wa.-rela.ed tra.ma.on menta. hea.th, revea.ing a.high preva.ence of modera.e-severe depression, modera.e a.xiety, PTSD, a.d sub-threshold insomnia.a.ong the pa.ticip
