This review aims to analyze the development and impact of Artificial Intelligence(AI)in the context of Saudi Arabia’s public healthcare system to fulfill Vision 2030 *** is extensively devoted to AI technology deployment relevant to disease management,healthcare delivery,epidemiology,and ***,its AI is culturally sensitive and ethically grounded in *** on the PRISMA framework,an SLR evaluated primary academic literature,cases,and practices of Saudi Arabia’s AI implementation in the public healthcare ***,it categorizes prior research based on how AI can work,the issues it poses,and its implications for the Kingdom’s healthcare *** Saudi Arabian context analyses show that AI has increased the discreet prediction of diseases,resource management,and monitoring outbreaks during mass congregations such as ***,the study outlines critical areas for defining the potential for artificial intelligence and areas for enhancing digital development to support global healthcare *** key themes emerging from the review include Saudi Arabia:(i)the effectiveness of AI with human interaction for sustainable health services;(ii)conditions and quality control to enhance the quality of health care services using AI;(iii)environmental factors as influencing factors for public health care;(iv)Artificial Intelligence,and advanced decision-making technology for Middle Eastern health care *** policymakers,healthcare managers,and researchers who will engage with AI innovation,the review proclaims that AI applications should respect the country’s socio-cultural and ethical practices and pave the way for sustainable healthcare *** empirical research is needed on the implementation issues with AI,creating culturally appropriate models of AI,and finding new applications of AI to address the increasing demand for healthcare services in Saudi Arabia.

Evidence for active generation and seepage of sub-salt natural gas/condensate blend in the east offshore Nile Delta, Egypt: Integrated geochemical, petrophysical and seismic attribute approaches

Offshore Nile Delta in Egypt represents an enormous hydrocarbon province with recent projected gas and condensate discoveries of more than 50 trillion cubic feet “TCF”. Most of these occur in the post-salt hydrocarbon plays where biogenic gases are dominant. This study integrates organic geochemistry,seismic geomorphology and petrophysics in order to decipher the origin, and accumulation conditions of the wet gas/condensate blend in the Upper Miocene sub-salt Wakar Formation sandstones in Port Fouad Marine “PFM” Field, offshore Nile Delta. Hydrocarbon pay zones are scattered thin（ 1 w.t.%, hydrogen index“HI” > 200 mg HC/g TOC） and mature(Tmax> 430°C, vitrinite reflectance “VR” > 0.6 %R_o), source rocks are restricted to Upper Miocene Wakar and Oligo-Miocene Tineh formations. The latter contains more mature organofacies（up to 1.2 %R_o） and type II/III kerogen, thereby demonstrating a good capability to generate wet gases. The studied gas is wet and has thermogenic origin with signs of secondary microbial alteration, whereas the condensate contains a mixture of marine and terrestrial input. Molecular biomarkers of the condensate, isotopic and molecular composition of the gas reveals a generation of condensate prior to gas expulsion from the source. The Wakar sandstones have a heterogeneous pore system where three reservoir rock types（RRTI, RRTII and RRTIII）. RRTI rocks present the bulk composition of the Wakar pay zones. Spatial distribution of RRTI facies likely control the accumulation of the sub-salt hydrocarbons. BACKGROUND Listening to music has been shown to reduce pain and anxiety before,during,and after invasive coronary *** To perform a systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the effect of therapeutic use of music on both,perioperative and postoperative outcomes of invasive coronary *** An exhaustive literature search of 3 electronic databases(MEDLINE,Scopus,Cochrane CENTRAL)was conducted from inception until 10th December *** results of our analyses are presented as standard mean difference(SMD)or weighted mean difference,with 95%CI and pooled using a random effects model.A P value<0.05 was considered significant in all *** From 21 studies,2141 participants were included in our *** pooled analysis demonstrated that music listening significantly improves post-procedural pain(SMD=-0.78,95%CI:-1.34 to-0.23;P=0.006),anxiety(SMD=-0.86,95%CI:-1.43 to-0.29;P=0.003),heart rate[mean difference(MD)=-3.38,95%CI:-5.51 to-1.25;P=0.002],and systolic blood pressure(MD=-5.89,95%CI:-9.75 to-2.02;P=0.003).There was no significant improvement in diastolic blood pressure(MD=-3.22,95%CI:-6.58 to 0.14;P=0.06)or respiratory rate(MD=-0.97,95%CI:-1.98 to 0.03;P=0.06).CONCLUSION Music listening can be used in healthcare settings for patients undergoing invasive coronary procedures to reduce anxiety levels and improve their physiological parameters.

The growing need for sustainable energy solutions,driven by rising energy shortages,environmental concerns,and the depletion of conventional energy sources,has led to a significant focus on renewable *** energy,among the various renewable sources,is particularly appealing due to its abundant ***,the efficiency of commercial solar photovoltaic(PV)modules is hindered by several factors,notably their conversion efficiency,which averages around 19%.This efficiency can further decline to 10%–16%due to temperature increases during peak sunlight *** study investigates the cooling of PV modules by applying water to their front surface through Computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The study aimed to determine the optimal conditions for cooling the PV module by analyzing the interplay between water film thickness,Reynolds number,and their effects on temperature reduction and heat *** CFD analysis revealed that the most effective cooling condition occurred with a 5 mm thick water film and a Reynolds number of *** specific parameters were found to maximize the heat transfer and temperature reduction *** finding is crucial for the development of practical and efficient cooling systems for PV modules,potentially leading to improved performance and longevity of solar *** cooling fluids or advanced cooling techniques that might offer even better efficiency or practical benefits.

Retinal capillary density among healthy Egyptian and South Asian students:an optical coherence tomography angiography study

AIM:To compare the macular and optic nerve perfusion and vascular architecture using optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in normal eyes of Egyptian(Caucasians)and South Asian(Asians)***:Cross-sectional analytical OCTA study performed on 90 eyes of South Asian(n=45)and Egyptians(n=45)were *** participants underwent bestcorrected visual acuity test,slit lamp,and fundus *** images;macular 6×6 mm^(2) grid and optic nerve 4.5×4.5 mm^(2) grid were used to examine the parafoveal and peripapillary regions,***:The mean capillary vessel density(CVD)in macular sectors among South Asians and Egyptians participants were(50.31%±2.53%,51.2%±5.93%)and(49.71%±3.6%,51.94%±4.79%)in superficial(SCP)and deep capillary plexuses(DCP),respectively(P>0.05).Mean CVD in both groups was higher in DCP compared to SCP in all sectors but was not significant(P>0.05).Mean foveal CVD increases with an increase in central retinal thickness in both SCP and DCP(P<0.001),among both *** area of the foveal avascular zone(FAZ)was 0.28±0.09 and 0.27±0.08 mm2 in South Asian and Egyptians,*** area decreases with an increase in the thickness and foveal CVD(P<0.001).Mean CVD in the peripapillary area was 48.23%±5.78% in South Asian and 49.52%±2.38% in Egyptian *** mean retinal nerve fiber layer thickness was found to be higher in the nasal quadrant among South Asian females than the Egyptian females(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:No significant racial disparity is found in this *** findings are helpful for assessing and improving the normative data on the differences in South Asian and Egyptian populations.

Profiles and natural drivers of antibiotic resistome in multiple environmental media in penguin-colonized area in Antarctica

Profiles and driving mechanisms of antibiotic resistome in the polar region are important for exploring the natural evolution of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). Here, we evaluated the profiles of antibiotic resistome in multiple media on Inexpressible Island, Terra Nova Bay, Antarctica. Average concentrations of ARGs in intracellular DNA (iARGs) among water (3.98 × 106 copies/L), soil (3.41 × 107 copies/kg), and penguin guano (7.04 × 107 copies/kg) were higher than those of ARGs in extracellular DNA (eARGs) among water (1.99 × 104 copies/L), soil (1.75 × 106 copies/kg), and penguin guano (8.02 × 106 copies/kg). It was indicated that the transmission of ARGs across different media occurs with around 78.1% of iARGs from soil and 86.7% of iARGs from penguins observed in water, and 80.7% of iARGs and 56.7% of eARGs from penguins found in soil. Annual inputs of ARGs from Adélie penguins on Inexpressible Island have increased since 1983. Bacitracin, multidrug, and aminoglycoside resistance genes were the main ARGs among water, soil, and penguin guano. Primary medium-risk ARGs associated with human pathogenic bacteria were multidrug resistance genes, and main low-risk ARGs associated with mobile genetic elements (MGEs) were aminoglycoside resistance genes. Antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) from soil and penguins were more phylogenetically related to aquatic antibiotic-resistant mesophiles than aquatic antibiotic-resistant psychrophiles. MGEs, ARB, bacterial diversities, antibiotics, and metals could explain total ARGs between water and soil. Intracellular MGEs were the most significant in-situ driver of iARGs in water, reflecting that horizontal gene transfer could facilitate the spread of ARGs in water. Penguins were important ex-situ drivers of environmental antibiotic resistome, which was linked with risky ARGs between water and soil. Retained foreign bodies are commonly seen in both the emergency department (ED) and the outpatient setting.^([1,2])The associated complications include inflammation,delayed healing,infection,damage to surrounding tissues,and disability.^([3,4])While most foreign bodies are locatable during an extensive wound-probing physical exam,they can be missed even when a welltrained clinician performs a thorough history and physical exam.^([5])Therefore,they are often a cause of malpractice litigations in the ED.

Kali Pi—A Miniature Ultra-Portable Penetration Testing Device

Penetration testing plays a critical role in ensuring security in an increasingly interconnected world. Despite advancements in technology leading to smaller, more portable devices, penetration testing remains reliant on traditional laptops and computers, which, while portable, lack true ultra-portability. This paper explores the potential impact of developing a dedicated, ultra-portable, low-cost device for on-the-go penetration testing. Such a device could replicate the core functionalities of advanced penetration testing tools, including those found in Kali Linux, within a compact form factor that fits easily into a pocket. By offering the convenience and portability akin to a smartphone, this innovative device could redefine the way penetration testers operate, enabling them to carry essential tools wherever they go and ensuring they are always prepared to conduct security assessments efficiently. This approach aims to revolutionize penetration testing by merging high functionality with unparalleled portability.
