Conventionally synthesized silver nanoparticles(AgNP)imposed an alarming effect on the environment and caused toxicity to ***,the use of zeolite(zeoy)as a support system could increase its biocompatibility and reduce its ***,green synthesis of AgNP using Persicaria odorata leaves extract supported on zeolite y has been prepared by an in situ synthesis *** phytochemical compounds in the optimized leaf extract concentration of 1%and volume of 0.9 mL reduced the silver ions to AgNP within the zeolite y *** observation revealed the incorporation of AgNP in the zeolite y(average size:18.51 nm).The release of AgNP exhibited antibacterial activity on *** at a concentration lower than 1 g L^(−1) which is also dependent on the ***-zeoy promoted cell proliferation in vitro and it has a non-irritating effect when tested in the in vivo skin irritation model.

Five perovskite ceramics samples of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transforms infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis shows the perovskite cubic structure as the major phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm^(-1) ascribed to the antisymmetric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determine the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancement in the bandgap from 3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding properties of the synthesized samples were experimentally measured and compared with XCOM computational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experimental and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gamma shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding parameters gradually reduce with rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) samples can be used in different radiation shielding applications.

AIM: To develop an Arabic version of the ocular surface disease index(OSDI) and to assess its reliability and ***: A cross sectional study was carried out to validate the Arabic version of the OSDI questionnaire. Initially, forward-backward translation was used to translate the English version of OSDI into Arabic. The translated questionnaire was tested for equivalence and cultural adaptability. Totally 200 subjects were then recruited from a non-clinical population and asked to complete the Arabic version of the OSDI(ARB-OSDI). The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach’s-α. A subgroup of 30 participants was asked to complete the questionnaire on two occasions to test the test-retest ***: A total of 200 participants were enrolled in the study. The average age of the study participants was 31.21±13.2 y and 57% were male. An acceptable internal consistency level for the ARB-OSDI questionnaire measured by Cronbach’s-α was revealed. All questions showed good internal consistency. Test-retest reliability analysis revealed good stability(interclass correlation coefficient, r=0.832, Py for the questionnaire was also ***: The ARB-OSDI questionnaire shows very good psychometric properties(acceptable internal consistency and test-retest reliability). That makes the questionnaire a valid potential tool to use in Arabic-speaking countries to monitor symptoms of dry eye disease in a larger population.

Structural,electronic,and magnetic properties of new predicted half-Heusler yCrSb and yMnSb compounds within the ordered MgAgAs Clb-type structure are investigated by employing first-principal calculations based on density functional *** the calculated total energies of three possible atomic placements,we find the most stable structures regarding yCrSb and yMnSb materials,where y,Cr(Mn),and Sb atoms occupy the(0.5,0.5,0.5),(0.25,0.25,0.25),and(0,0,0) positions,***,structural properties are explored for the non-magnetic and ferromagnetic and anti-ferromagnetic states and it is found that both materials prefer ferromagnetic *** electronic band structure shows that yCrSb has a direct band gap of 0.78 eV while yMnSb has an indirect band gap of 0.40 eV in the majority spin *** findings show that yCrSb and yMnSb materials exhibit half-metallic characteristics at their optimized lattice constants of 6.67  and 6.56 ,*** half-metallicities associated with yCrSb and yMnSb are found to be robust under large in-plane strains which make them potential contenders for spintronic applications.

The title compound exists as yellow （1y） and red （1R） crystals, but both gave red solutions. The intermolecular interactions between the CN parts of the crystals in Iy are very weak. By the mechanical crushing as well as in solution 1y again becomes red due to the absence of intermolecular interactions. We explain this color behavior by crystallochromism and solvation chromism.

The modification of nanostructured materials is of great interest due to controllable and unusual inherent properties in such materials. Single phase Fe doped Zn O nanostructures have been fabricated through simple, versatile and quick low temperature solution route with reproducible results. The amount of Fe dopant is found to play a significant role for the growth of crystal dimension. The effect of changes in the morphology can be obviously observed in the structural and micro-structural investigations, which may be due to a driving force induced by dipole-dipole interaction. The band gap of Zn O nanostructures is highly shifted towards the visible range with increase of Fe contents, while ferromagnetic properties have been significantly *** prepared nanostructures have been found to be nontoxic to SH-Sy5 y Cells. The present study clearly indicates that the Fe doping provides an effective way of tailoring the crystal dimension, optical band-gap and ferromagnetic properties of Zn O nanostructure-materials with nontoxic nature, which make them potential for visible light activated photocatalyst to overcome environmental pollution, fabricate spintronics devices and biosafe drug delivery agent.

The rapid population growth results in a crucial problem in the early detection of diseases inmedical *** all the cancers unveiled,breast cancer is considered the second most severe ***,an exponential rising in death cases incurred by breast cancer is expected due to the rapid population growth and the lack of resources required for performing medical *** recent advances in machine learning could help medical staff in diagnosing diseases as they offer effective,reliable,and rapid responses,which could help in decreasing the death *** this paper,we propose a new algorithm for feature selection based on a hybrid between powerful and recently emerged optimizers,namely,guided whale and dipper throated *** proposed algorithm is evaluated using four publicly available breast cancer *** evaluation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach from the accuracy and speed *** prove the superiority of the proposed algorithm,a set of competing feature selection algorithms were incorporated into the conducted *** addition,a group of statistical analysis experiments was conducted to emphasize the superiority and stability of the proposed *** best-achieved breast cancer prediction average accuracy based on the proposed algorithm is 99.453%.This result is achieved in an average time of 3.6725 s,the best result among all the competing approaches utilized in the experiments.

In recent years,there have been concerns about the toxicity of bisphenol A(BPA)in food packaging materials due to the potential endocrine disrupting effects it may have on humans,especially children and *** this present investigation,a free-standing nickel-copper pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid(PDA)metal organic framework(MOF)anchored carbon nanofiber paper(Ni-Cu(PDA)MOF/CNF)was synthesized for the sensing and quantify the BPA analytes in milk and ***-prepared bimetallic MOF hybrid materials are extremely porous,hydrophilic in nature with a huge surface *** allows for the easy pathway of analyte molecules,which react with the redox-active metal sites of MOF matrix and enhance the *** electrocatalysis reaction,various functional groups present in the MOF system can also act as dynamic adsorption *** the neutral medium(pH=7.0),the Ni-Cu(PDA)MOF/CNF modified glassy carbon electrode(Ni-Cu(PDA)MOF/CNF/GCE)ascertained good catalytic activity and strong electrochemical sensitivity toward BPA with higher sensitivity value and lower limit of detection(LOD)*** irreversible and diffusion-controlled oxidation reactions of BPA were *** bimetallic MOF modified electrode displayed an extensive linear ranging from 1 to 150μmol/L with a LOD of 75 n mol/L for BPA *** MOF anchored electrode displayed exceptional anti-interference property,reproducibility and good storage stability up to one *** is notable that the Ni-Cu(PDA)MOF/CNF/GCE has proved the competence of detecting BPA in milk and drinking water samples,which displayed satisfactory outcomes with chromatographic analysis.
