The prevalence of coronary artery disease (CAD) is increasing in Iran. Patients with depression who have a myocardial infarction are more likely to die and patients who have depressive symptoms during hospitalization may have increased cardiovascular events. This study aimed to determine the relationship between anxiety, depression and coronary artery disease among patients undergoing angiography in Ghaem Hospital, Mashhad. This was a case-control study conducted between September 2011 and August 2012 among patients undergoing coronary angiography in Ghaem Hospital, Mashhad, Iran. There were 486 cases that were found to have one or more coronary stenoses, with a stenosis of equal or more than 50% of the diameter of at least one major coronary artery. The other patient group consisted of the patients in whom the coronary artery stenosis was less than 50% in diameter which was classified as angiography negative, and a control group that consisted of 440 healthy adults aged 18 years old and above who were selected among people who attended for routine medical checkup and medical examination of employment. The dependent variables were Beck Anxiety and Depression Inventory scores and the independent factors were coronary artery disease, and socioeconomic profiles. Validated and reliability-tested questionnaires were used for data collection. The mean age of patients was 55.75 ± 10.64 years and in the healthy group was 55.83 ± 8.55 years;there was no significant difference in age between subject groups (p = 0.897) nor a significant difference in the gender frequency distribution of subjects (p = 0.610). There was a significant difference in anxiety score between the Angio positive and Angio negative patients and healthy control subjects

New Normal becomes the way out to keep Indonesia's weakened economy because of covid-19 pandemic stays in *** course,New Normal must be well-balanced with the application of strict protocols to reduce transmission rates and anticipate a surge in new *** a few points of pandemic protocols,using face mask is considered as the most-effective basic ***-designing the mask is aiming at eliminating the worsening feature and developing the improving *** research is developing the widely used 1-ply mask,which doesn't meet WHO standard regarding cloth-material mask that must be made in *** method used in this research is TRIZ(Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch),an inventive problem solving theory to the issues regarding ideas,products,or concepts,in this case is face mask redesigning *** this research,the data are collected by doing library research to obtain secondary data that will be processed in qualitative and quantitative *** results show the aspects that should be eliminated from cloth-material face mask are brittle for being easily damaged,short period of usage,and *** the redesigning concept is carried out using the principles and features of TRIZ method,some aspects such as weight,material,design,and functionality are *** result is a relatively light weight face mask because the using of PLA+filament-based material with good durability and environmentally *** design has a longer period of usage,and the user only needs to replace the additional inserted tissue every 4 *** researchers hope that the new design can be further developed by government to deal with New Normal and other possibilities in the future.

目的:研究不同丁香提取物对戊四唑引发小鼠癫癎的作用。方法:实验小鼠被随机分为生理盐水对照组、不同剂量(50、100、250及500mg/kg)丁香水提取物组、不同剂量(50、100、250及500mg/kg)丁香乙醇提取物组、不同剂量(50、100、250及500mg/kg)丁香三氯甲烷提取物组。给予戊四唑前60min为各组小鼠注射药物。记录并比较各组小鼠阵发性强直性抽搐潜伏期(generalized tonic-clonic seizure,GTCS)、最小阵发性痉挛潜伏期(minimal clonic seizure,MCS)及死亡率。结果:低、中、高三种剂量的丁香水提取物能有效延长MSC和GTCS的潜伏期(P<0.05)。50、100和250mg/kg的丁香乙醇提取物显著增加了小鼠MCS潜伏时间(P<0.05)。与盐水治疗组相比,惊厥小鼠模型经50、100、250和500mg/kg丁香的乙醇提取物治疗后,其GTCS的潜伏期显著高于盐水治疗组,但丁香的三氯甲烷提取物对惊厥小鼠的GTCS和MCS潜伏期没有显著的影响。结论:丁香乙醇和水提取物能抑制由戊四唑诱发的小鼠惊厥,但其确切的作用机制和有效的抗惊厥活性物质还有待进一步的研究。

Objective:To evaluate the bioefficacy ofα-cypermethrin impregnated into long lasting insecticide treated nets(LLITNs- INTERCEPTOR?) against main malaria vector,Anopheles stephensi（***）.Methods:The effectiveness of bed net impregnated withα-cypermethrin(INTERCEPTOR?) with washing was *** washing procedure and bioassay tests were carried out according to the WHO-recommended *** vector, *** was exposed to impregnated bed net for three minutes and then mortality measured after 24 h recovery *** was also measured according to the logarithmic times. Results:Result of cone bioassay method showed that bioefficacy ofα-cypermethrin decreased from 100%in unwashed to 15%in 20 ***50 was measure as one minute in one wash and increased to 40 min in 20 ***:Findings of this study provide guideline for malaria vector control authorities and people using pyrethroid-impregnated bed nets.

Objective: To evaluate the susceptibility of Anopheles stephensi(An. stephensi) Liston, the main malaria vector in southern Iran, to WHO recommended insecticides. Methods: Larvae of An. stephensi were collected from three different larval habitats in both urban and rural area of Bandar Abbas city and one rural area in Rudan county southern Iran. WHO standard method was used for evaluation of adult and larval mosquito susceptibility. Bendiocarb, permethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, deltamethrin as insecticide and temephos and chlorpyriphos as larvicide were used at the diagnostic dosages recommended by WHO. Results: Findings of this study showed all larval populations of An. stephensi were completely susceptible to temephos and candidate for resistance to chlorpyriphos. Adult mosquitoes in rural areas of Bandar Abbas city were resistant to pyrethroid and carbamate insecticides. Conclusion: Comparison of the results of this survey with previous studies indicates that the resistance to pyrethroids and carbamates in this malaria endemic region is increasing. Wide use of pesticides in agriculture is certainly effective in increasing resistance. The inter-sectoral coordination and collaboration in health and agriculture seem to be necessary to manage insecticide resistance in malaria vectors.

In this study, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and minimum deviation methods were used for determining the optical properties of blend biodiesel. The SPR angle of resonance consistently shifted to lower value when the amount of biodiesel added to diesel fuel increased independent of the homogeneity of the sample. On the other hand the consistency of the minimum deviation method was dependent on the homogeneity of the blend biodiesel.
