The computational complexity of resource allocation processes,in cognitive radio networks(CRNs),is a major issue to be ***,the complicated solution of the optimal algorithm for handling resource allocation in CRNs makes it unsuitable to adopt in real-world applications where both cognitive users,CRs,and primary users,PUs,exist in the identical geographical ***,this work offers a primarily price-based power algorithm to reduce computational complexity in uplink scenarioswhile limiting interference to PUs to allowable ***,this paper,compared to other frameworks proposed in the literature,proposes a two-step approach to reduce the complexity of the proposed mathematical *** the first step,the subcarriers are assigned to the users of the CRN,while the cost function includes a pricing scheme to provide better power control algorithm with improved reliability proposed in the second *** main contribution of this paper is to lessen the complexity of the proposed algorithm and to offer flexibility in controlling the interference produced to the users of the primary networks,which has been achieved by including a pricing function in the proposed cost ***,the performance of the proposed power and subcarrier algorithm is confirmed for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing(OFDM).Simulation results prove that the performance of the proposed algorithm is better than other algorithms,albeit with a lesser complexity of O(NM)+O(Nlog(N)).

On-chip classification of micro-particles using laser light scattering and machine learning

The rapid detection of microparticles exhibits a broad range of applications in the field of science and technology. The proposed method differentiates and identifies the 2 μm and 5 μm sized particles using a laser light scattering. The detection method is based on measuring forward light scattering from the particles and then classifying the acquired data using support vector machines. The device is composed of a microfluidic chip linked with photosensors and a laser device using optical fiber. Connecting the photosensors and laser device using optical fibers makes the device more diminutive in size and portable. The prepared sample containing microspheres was passed through the channel, and the surrounding photosensors measured the scattered light. The time-domain features were evaluated from the acquired scattered light, and then the SVM classifier was trained to distinguish the particle’s data. The real-time detection of the particles was performed with an overall classification accuracy of 96.06%. The optimum conditions were evaluated to detect the particles with a minimum concentration of 0.2 μg/m L. The developed system is anticipated to be helpful in developing rapid testing devices for detecting pathogens ranging between 2 μm to 10 μm.

When China started to look for oil overseas in the 1990s,Iraq was struggling against the economic sanctions after the first Gulf *** that time,China and Iraq had no chance for oil cooperation until the second half of the 1990s when the United Nations Security Council(UNSC)adopted the program of oil for food in 1996,which was in the signing of the first oil contract on the Al-Ahdab oil *** this deal faced many problems due to the conflict between the Iraqi government and the UNSC at that *** real beginning was after American invasion of Iraq in 2003,when the Chinese oil companies participated in the first and second biddings offered by the Iraqi Oil Ministry and the Chinese oil *** CNPC won very important contracts,when it signed contracts on big oil fields in the southeastern and southern parts of *** addition,the Chinese importing oil from Iraq started to increase rapidly during the last few years,and it is expected to reach high levels in the near future.

Stability, Chaos and Estimation of the Unknown Parameters of Habitat Destruction Model with Prey-Predator-Top Predator

This paper is devoted to study the problem of stability, chaos behavior and parameters estimation of the habitat destruction model with three-species (prey, predator and top-predator). The mathematical formula of the model and its proposed interactions are presented. Some important special solutions of systems are discussed. The stationary states of the model are derived. Local stability conditions for the stationary states are derived. Furthermore, the chaotic behavior of the model is discussed and presented graphically. Using Liapunov stability technique, the dynamic estimators of the unknown probabilities and their updating rules are derived. It is found that, the control laws are non-linear functions of the species densities. Numerical illustrative examples are carried out and presented graphically.

随着智能交通管理系统的部署,交通管理系统能够在没有强人工参与条件下自动运行。调查发现,已部署智能交通系统国家的高速公路交通事故率大大降低,而我国(也门)是交通事故的高发地区,因为我们还依赖于传统交通系统来监测道路状况。过去几年,也门是公路事故发生率最高的国家之一,而在采用智能技术系统监测道路交通的国家,交通事故的比例大大降低。因此,在类似也门这样的国家,应用智能技术的目标是创建一个为交通管理和警察服务的双重系统,通过减少人为误差来减少交通事故和人员伤亡,通过系统中的嵌入摄像头来实现对通缉犯的自动追踪。为了解决这个问题以及尽可能的减少负面影响,作者试图通过设计一个基于雷达的智能系统来控制车辆的移动并自动识别违规行为。雷达的功能用来检监测车辆的速度,如果某个车辆的速度超过限制速度,雷达将通过系统向摄像头发送命令拍摄该车辆的图像,图像处理系统会识别并提取车牌号码,车牌类型等信息,然后将提取的数据发送到与系统链接的交通数据库与提取到的数据进行比对得到车主的信息(如手机号码)。然后系统依靠数据库中的手机号码,通过短信将违规信息发送给车主。在该系统中,试图构造有助于提升也门共和国安全部管理能力的解决方案,会尽力配合主管部门并向其推荐该系统。该系统可以用于跟踪违法者和通缉犯。系统通过将他们的图像链接接到系统的特定数据库中来识别违法者,当某个嫌疑人经过分布在系统的任何一个监控探头前,探头会进行抓拍并与数据库进行比较,最后将监控探头的位置坐标(包括该人的照片)报告给主管当局。本项目所使用的雷达系统的任务是检测高速公路上车辆的速度,通过部署这个系统,可以显著降低每个国家伤亡交通事故的发生率,我国(也门)是发生道路交通事故最多的国家之一。在本研究中我们对这个项目进行模拟仿真。该项目包含一个雷达系统,该系统能够有效地减少超速带来的一系列危险问题并尽可能消除他们,同时实现一个永久在线(24小时)的智能系统,可以在无人工干预的情况下高效持续地跟踪和监控违法者并发出通缉。智能交通系统中的雷达被安装在道路的两侧,通过发射特定频率的雷达波到其前方的车辆来执行任务。电磁波与特定的目标发生碰撞,并以回波的形式返回至雷达。这样雷达可以计算检测车辆的速度并在雷达屏幕上显示出来。然后将该速度与最大限制速度进行比较。如果检测到车辆速度超过允许速度,则将命令发送至与系统连接的摄像头,以拍摄车辆(车牌)并处理照片。提取照片中的信息,我们将在图像处理系统的后续步骤中应用到。雷达探测车通过发射天线发射电磁波信号,信号与目标(汽车)发生碰撞后被反射回致接收雷达的天线,测速车再将信号转换为与此频率(多普特频率)相对应的速度来实现测速的过程。信号的到达频率高于信号发射频率的现象被称为多普勒漂移或多普勒效应。雷达通过计算信号传播的距离以及到达目标和反射回雷达所需的时间,得到被检测车辆的速度。然后将该速度值与最大限速(100公里)进行比较,判断出被检测车辆是正常速度还是超速。我们设计的系统检测过程如下:首先,通过雷达检测目标车辆的速度,如果有超速的情况,则像摄像机发出捕获车辆图像的命令。然后进入下一部分,摄像机执行命令拍摄图像,通过图像处理步骤提取车牌号并将提取到的所需信息记录到违规档案中。最后一个步骤是自动存储,将所有从图像处理部分提取的信息(速度和多普勒频率),例如,车牌和车的类型自动存储到交通数据库的表格中,该步骤同时负责从数据库中获取违规车主的电话号码,并自动发送信息给车辆所有者,当速度超过极限速度,通过短信发送违规信息给司机。真人脸识别系统包含许多连接部分。第一部分是雷达设备,第二部分应用Arduino作为可编程微处理器(接口),它允许我们用Arduino程序语言编写应用程序,因此当Arduino编写的应用程序发现超速之后,向摄像机发出命令,如果速度过快,它就输出到第四部分(其中包括速度和多普勒频率),第三部分是一个摄像机连接到另一个微处理器(第四部分),以便进行拍摄图像的图像处理,第四部分连接到数据库(这个上面已经提到),第五部分和最后部分是一个相机连接到了另一个微处理器(第四部分),这部分是为了进行定位追踪和人脸面部识别,并且这部分还与特殊数据库连接,该特殊数据库包含了导入的图像,这些部分的实现都是通过连接GPS定位器来识别位置,并通知当局目标的位置坐标。真实系统的所有部分都需要与相互联通的网络连接起来,完成相应的任务。图像处理系统的实现过程是:当雷达探测到车辆超过允许速度时,监控探头就会接收到一个拍摄照片的电磁波信号,并立即拍摄雷达前面车辆的照片。系统对该照片进行处理,识别出金属车牌并提取所需的信息,系统识别出车主后将违章信息通过短信发送到对应车主的手机号码。该系统的另一功能是人脸识别,在人经过安装有监控摄像头的街道时,将图像实时与安全部门的通缉人员数据库进行比较。对采集的

Objective:To determine the total phenols,total flavonoids and evaluate the antioxidant activity of crude extracts from the leaves of pigeon pea native to Sultanate of Oman by a popular ***:The powdered leaves samples from pigeon pea were used for extraction by maceration method with methanol *** methanol free crude extract by maceration method was suspended in water and successively extracted with different polarities of *** obtained crude extracts with different polarities were used for the determination of total phenols and flavonoids contents by using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and aluminum chloride *** antioxidant activity of six crude extracts from pigeon pea was determined byα,αα-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl ***:The different polarities leaves crude extracts showed a significant amount of total phenols content ranging from 97.80 to 256.00 mg of GAE/g of crude *** same leaves crude extracts also showed good amount of total flavonoids content ranging from 1.38 to 8.51 mg QE/g plant *** six crude extracts from the leaves displayed significantα,αα-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl free radical scavenging activity with highest value in chloroform extract followed by methanol,butanol,ethyl acetate,hexane and water crude extracts(98.13%,89.26%,88.82%,86.41%,79.95%and 69.44%,respectively).Conclusions:Leaves crude extracts from pigeon pea have high contents of total phenols and *** this regards,it could be used as a medicine for the treatment of different diseases.
