Enhancing the security of Wireless sensor Networks(WsNs)improves the usability of their ***,finding solutions to various attacks,such as the blackhole attack,is crucial for the success of WsN *** paper proposes an enhanced version of the AODV(Ad Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector)protocol capable of detecting blackholes and malfunctioning benign nodes in WsNs,thereby avoiding them when delivering *** proposed version employs a network-based reputation system to select the best and most secure path to a *** achieve this goal,the proposed version utilizes the Watchdogs/Pathrater mechanisms in AODV to gather and broadcast reputations to all network nodes to build the network-based reputation *** minimize the network overhead of the proposed approach,the paper uses reputation aggregator nodes only for forwarding reputation ***,to reduce the overhead of updating reputation tables,the paper proposes three mechanisms,which are the prompt broadcast,the regular broadcast,and the light broadcast *** proposed enhanced version has been designed to perform effectively in dynamic environments such as mobile WsNs where nodes,including blackholes,move continuously,which is considered a challenge for other *** the proposed enhanced protocol,a node evaluates the security of different routes to a destination and can select the most secure routing *** paper provides an algorithm that explains the proposed protocol in detail and demonstrates a case study that shows the operations of calculating and updating reputation values when nodes move across different ***,the paper discusses the proposed approach’s overhead analysis to prove the proposed enhancement’s correctness and applicability.

This study reports on the tribological performance of aromatic thermosetting co-polyester(ATsP)and polyether ether ketone(PEEK)-based polymer composite coatings mixed with PTfE *** coatings were tested across a wide temperature range from−180 to 110℃ to simulate the environmental temperatures on Titan,Moon,and Mars,which are of particular interest for NAsA’s future exploratory *** experimental setup was developed to conduct the pin-on-disk experiments under dry sliding conditions and extreme temperature and contact *** film formation and its characteristics were found to play significant roles in the tribological performance,and the characteristics of the film were *** XPs and sEM analysis indicated the increase of the PTfE content in the transfer film as the temperature decreased to cryogenic *** coefficient of friction did not follow a linear trend with temperature and was minimum at 110℃ and maximum at−180℃.ATsP coating showed superior performance with lower friction and unmeasurable wear at all temperatures,whereas PEEK coating exhibited maximum wear at 25℃ followed by−180,and 110℃.

Nonlinear fractional differential equations provide suitable models to describe real-world phenomena and many fractional derivatives are varying with time and *** present study considers the advanced and broad spectrum of the nonlinear(NL)variable-order fractional differential equation(VO-fDE)in sense of VO Caputo fractional derivative(CfD)to describe the physical *** VO-fDE transforms into an ordinary differential equation(ODE)and then solving by the modified(G/G)-expansion *** ac-curacy,the space-time VO fractional Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)equation is solved by the proposed method and obtained some new types of periodic wave,singular,and Kink exact *** newly obtained solutions confirmed that the proposed method is well-ordered and capable implement to find a class of NL-VO *** VO non-integer performance of the solutions is studied broadly by using 2D and 3D graphical *** results revealed that the NL VO-fDEs are highly active,functional and convenient in explaining the problems in scientific physics.

sentiment analysis, the meta field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), attempts to analyze and identify thesentiments in the opinionated text data. People share their judgments, reactions, and feedback on the internetusing various languages. Urdu is one of them, and it is frequently used worldwide. Urdu-speaking people prefer tocommunicate on social media in Roman Urdu (RU), an English scripting style with the Urdu language *** have developed versatile lexical resources for features-rich comprehensive languages, but limitedlinguistic resources are available to facilitate the sentiment classification of Roman Urdu. This effort encompassesextracting subjective expressions in Roman Urdu and determining the implied opinionated text polarity. Theprimary sources of the dataset are Daraz (an e-commerce platform), Google Maps, and the manual effort. Thecontributions of this study include a Bilingual Roman Urdu Language Detector (BRULD) and a Roman Urduspelling Checker (RUsC). These integrated modules accept the user input, detect the text language, correct thespellings, categorize the sentiments, and return the input sentence’s orientation with a sentiment intensity *** developed system gains strength with each input experience gradually. The results show that the languagedetector gives an accuracy of 97.1% on a close domain dataset, with an overall sentiment classification accuracy of94.3%.

Predicting Age and Gender in Author Profiling: A Multi-feature Exploration

Author Profiling (AP) is a subsection of digital forensics that focuses on the detection of the author’s personalinformation, such as age, gender, occupation, and education, based on various linguistic features, e.g., stylistic,semantic, and syntactic. The importance of AP lies in various fields, including forensics, security, medicine, andmarketing. In previous studies, many works have been done using different languages, e.g., English, Arabic, french,***, the research on RomanUrdu is not up to the ***, this study focuses on detecting the author’sage and gender based on Roman Urdu text messages. The dataset used in this study is fire’18-MaponsMs. Thisstudy proposed an ensemble model based on AdaBoostM1 and Random forest (AMBRf) for AP using multiplelinguistic features that are stylistic, character-based, word-based, and sentence-based. The proposed model iscontrasted with several of the well-known models fromthe literature, including J48-Decision Tree (J48),Na飗e Bays(NB), K Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Composite Hypercube on Random Projection (CHIRP), NB-Updatable,Rf, and AdaboostM1. The overall outcome shows the better performance of the proposed AdaboostM1 withRandom forest (ABMRf) with an accuracy of 54.2857% for age prediction and 71.1429% for gender predictioncalculated on stylistic features. Regarding word-based features, age and gender were considered in 50.5714% and60%, respectively. On the other hand, KNN and CHIRP show the weakest performance using all the linguisticfeatures for age and gender prediction.

We investigate the impact of the modified gravity(MOG)field and the quintessence scalar field on horizon evolution,black hole(BH)shadow and the weak gravitational lensing around a static spherically symmetric *** first begin to write the BH metric associated with the MOG parameter and quintessence scalar *** then determine the BH shadow and obtain numerical solutions for the photon sphere and shadow *** show that the MOG(α)and the quintessence(c)parameters have a significant impact on the BH shadow and photon *** on the analysis,we further show that the combined effects of the MOG parameter and quintessence field can increase the values of BH shadow and photon sphere *** also obtain constraints on the BH parameters by applying the observational data of sgr A^(★)and M87^(★).finally,we consider the weak deflection angle of BH within the context of the Gauss-Bonnet theorem(GBT)and show that the combined effects of the MOG and quintessence parameters do make the value of the deflection angle increase,and find this remarkable property is in good agreement with the physical meaning of both parameters that can maintain the strong gravitational field in the surrounding environment of a BH.
