Agricultural projects in different parts of the world depend on underground water ***,there have been many unfortunate incidents inwhich children have died in abandoned *** topographical information for these wells is a prerequisite to protecting people from the dangers of falling into them,especially since most of these wells become buried over *** solutions have been developed recently,most with the aimof exploring these well ***,these systems suffer fromseveral limitations,including high complexity,large size,or *** paper focuses on the development of a smart exploration unit that is able to investigate underground well areas,build a 3d map,search for persons and animals,and determine the levels of oxygen and other *** exploration unit has been implemented and validated through several experiments using various experiment *** results proved the efficiency of the developed exploration unit,in terms of 3d modeling,searching,communication,and measuring the level of *** average accuracy of the 3d modeling function is approximately 95.5%.A benchmark has been presented for comparing our results with related works,and the comparison has proven the contributions and novelty of the proposed system’s results.

Objective The aim of our study was to assess the complications of hepatic fibrosis associated with bile duct ligation and the potential curative role of sepia ink extract in hepatic damage induced by bile duct ligation. methods Rattus norvegicus rats were divided into 3 groups: sham-operated group, model rats that underwent common bile duct ligation (BdL), and BdL rats treated orally with sepia ink extract (200 mg/kg body weight) for 7, 14, and 28 d after BdL. Results There was a significant reduction in hepatic enzymes, ALP, GGT, bilirubin levels, and oxidative stress in the BdL group after treatment with sepia ink extract. Collagen deposition reduced after sepia ink extract treatment as compared to BdL groups, suggesting that the liver was repaired. Histopathological examination of liver treated with sepia ink extract showed moderate degeneration in the hepatic architecture and mild degeneration in hepatocytes as compared to BdL groups. Conclusion sepia ink extract provides a curative effect and an antioxidant capacity on BdL rats and could ameliorate the complications of liver cholestasis.

Purpose: To evaluate axial length before and after the photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) and laser in situ keratomileusis (LAsIK). setting: Alhokama Eye Center, Riyadh saudi Arabia. design: A cross-sectional study. methods: The study sample was comprised of 106 eyes of 54 patients. Patients were divided into 2 groups based on whether they had photorefractive surgery (PRK group) or laser in situ keratomiluesis (LAsIK group). The intra-group comparison was performed of the changes in axial length before and after surgery using IOLmaster. P Results: There were 76 eyes (39 patients) in the PRK group with the mean age of 25.10 ± 3.47 years, the mean preoperative spherical equivalent of -3.16 ± 1.75 d, and the mean preoperative axial length of 24.79 ± 1.02 mm. In the LAsIK group, there were 30 eyes (15 patients) with the mean age of 25.13 ± 4.91 years and the mean preoperative spherical equivalent of -5.58 ± 1.98 d and the mean preoperative axial length of 25.67 ± 1.35 mm. Postoperatively, the mean axial length was 24.70 ± 1.14 mm in the PRK group and 25.60 ± 1.33 mm in the LAsIK group. The mean change between the preoperative and postoperative axial length was statically significant in both groups (P Conclusion: There was a statically significant decrease in the axial length measurements after PRK or LAsIK for myopia.

A sample preparation method based on ultrasound assisted-extraction （UAE） of Ca, mg and P from swine feed has been described. The experiment was performed to cover the variables influencing the sonication process and, the method validation using standard reference material. Final solutions obtained upon sonication were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry （for Ca and mg） and by UV-vis spectrophotometry （for P）. The best conditions for metal extraction were as follows： sample mass： 100 mg in 20 mL 0.10 mol/L HCI, a particle size：〈60 lam, sonication time： 5 cycles of 10 s and ultrasound power： 102 W. The UAE method was applied in digestibility assays in different piglet feeds and their results showed that it is highly comparable （P 〉 0.05） to the other methods used for such purposes, as block digestion, and offered a Ca, mg and P method of quantification limit of 10.6, 12.4 and 14 mg/kg, respectively. The major advantages of the UAE method compared to other methods are the high treatment rate, low reagent usage in the extracts and, it does not generate toxic residues that might negatively affect human health and the environment, accompanied by good precision and accuracy.

2-Aminocyclopenta[d]pyrimidines 3a-c were achieved via a one-pot, three-component reactions of cyclopentanone 1, aromatic aldehyde and guanidine hydrochloride （1：2：1 molar ratio）. Also, cyclization of 2,5-bis-（arylmethylidene）cyclopentanones 2 with guanidine hydrochloride （1：1 molar ratio） in methanol in the presence of sodium methoxide afforded cyclopenta-[d]pyrimidines 3. AIm:To investigate whether carnitine deficiency is a risk factor during the development of diethylnitrosamine (dENA)-induced hepatic carcinogenesis. mETHOds:A total of 60 male Wistar albino rats were divided into six groups with 10 animals in each *** in group 1(control group)received a single intraperitoneal(i.p.)injection of normal saline.
