The production and structure of anim.l signals m.y depend on an individual's health status and m.y provide m.re than one type of inform.tion to *** alarm.calls are not typically viewed as health condition dependent,recent studies have suggested that their structure,and possibly their propensity to be em.tted,depends on an individual,s health condition and *** asked whether the propensity of yellow-bellied m.rm.ts(m.rm.ta flaviventer)to em.t calls is influen ced by their im.uno logical or parasite status,by quantifying both trap-elicited and n atural calling rates as a function of their neutrophil-to-lym.hocyte(NL)ratio,the presence of a blood borne trypanosom.,and the presenee of several intestinal parasites(Eim.ria sp.,Entam.eba sp.,and Ascaris sp.).We fitted m.xed effects m.dels to determ.ne if the health m.asures we collected were associated with the probability of calling in a trap and with annual rates of natural alarm.*** infected with a blood-borne trypanosom. were m.rginally m.re likely to call naturally and when trapped,while those infected with the intestinal parasite Ascaris were less likely to call when *** ratio was not directly associated with in-trap calling probability,but m.les were m.re likely to call when they had higher NL ***,health conditions,such as parasite infection and im.une system.activation,can m.dulate the production of alarm.signals and potentially provide in form.tion to both predators and prey about the caller's *** experim.nts are required to confirm.if receivers use such inform.tion.

Background:Rice is a m.jor cereal crop and staple food of eastern India,and m.st farm.rs depend solely on rice for their *** farm.ng provides both tangible and non-tangible benefits to ecosystem. which need to be m.intained and *** benefits are provided through ecosystem.services(ES)that include both m.rketable and ***:In this study,the rice farm. in eastern India were valued by quantifying the econom.c value of the services under conventional m.thod of rice cultivation and the gap of ecosystem.services value and farm.incom. per unit area were assessed.A stratified random.sam.ling technique was used in this study for selection of agro-clim.tic zones,districts,blocks,gram.panchayat,and study units(households).Soil sam.ling was also perform.d for assessing the regulating services(biocontrol of pests,carbon flow,soil erosion,nitrogen fixation),provisioning services(food and by-products),and supporting services(soil fertility,hydrological flow,nutrient cycling,and soil form.tion).Results:The results indicated that the total econom.c value of ecosystem.services ranged from.US$1238 to 1688 ha−1 year−*** m.rketed(prim.ry production)and non-m.rketed ecosystem.services values ranged from.66–89 to 11–34%of the total,*** of som. of the ecosystem.services such as cultural services,biodiversity,and gas regulation,which m.y play a significant role in total ecosystem.services,has not been m.de due to non-availability of data and appropriate m.thodology for rice *** values of param.ters can explain the variability in ecosystem.services am.ng the agro-clim.tic zones in eastern *** of locations based on variability of ecosystem.services helps in identifying intervention points for sustaining and im.roving ecosystem.services,while perm.tting sustainable agro-ecological *** highest total econom.c gap between ES value and farm.incom. was found in the north central plateau zone(US$

本实验制备了针对Ⅱ型脊髓灰质炎病毒保护性单克隆抗体表面的一个个体基因型的同系抗个体基因型单克隆抗体,2-17C3SCC ab2。2-17C3SCC ab2识别一个抗原部位相关的种间个体型因型。将用蛋白A-Sepharose从杂交瘤细胞培养上清液中纯化的2-17C3SCC ab2注入4～6周龄BALB/C小鼠体内,检测小鼠血清中具有相应个体基因决定簇的抗体的表达。用2-17C3SCC ab2免疫小鼠可诱导具有互补特异性的抗体。而且微量病毒中和试验提示,2-17C3SCC ab2可以取代抗原的诱导脊灰病毒中和抗体的作用,因而可以作为单克隆抗体基因型疫苗。

Experim.ntal and ab initio study of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F stability in the pressure range of 0–10 GPa

Both num.rical and experim.ntal studies of the stability and electronic properties of barium.sodium.m.taborate Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F(P63/m. at pressures up to 10 GPa have been carried out. Electronic-structure calculations with HSE06 hybrid functional showed that Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F has an indirect band gap of 6.289 eV. A num.rical study revealed the decom.osition of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F into the Bab_(2)O_(4),Na BO_(2), and NaF phases above 3.4 GPa at 300 K. Subsequent high-pressure high-tem.erature experim.nts perform.d using ‘discoverer-1500’dIA-type apparatus at pressures of 3 and 6 GPa and tem.erature of 1173 K confirm.d the stability of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F at 3 GPa and its decom.osition into Bab_(2)O_(4), NabO_(2), and NaF at 6 GPa, which was verified by energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and Ram.n spectroscopy. The observed Ram.n bands of the Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F phase were assigned by com.aring the experim.ntal and calculated spectra. The experim.ntal Ram.n spectra of decom.osition reaction products obtained at 6 GPa suggest the origin of a new high-pressure m.dification of barium.m.taborate Bab_(2)O_(4).

In this work,we intend to perform.a detailed study on the crystallization process of PZT 53/47 nanostructured powders by starting out with an am.rphous precursor synthesized by a sol-gel based *** interests also lie in the feasibility for controlling the average grain size of the final structure in the subm.cron range on an ab initio ***,Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）,Ram.n（Stokes and Anti-Stokes）,X-ray diffraction（XRd） and scanning electron m.croscopy（SEm. are used to exam.ne the m.crostructural characteristics based on previously reported differential therm.l analysis/therm.l gravim.tric analysis（dTA/TGA） *** results show a crystallization tem.erature of 800℃ to attain pure perovskite phase with excellent m.rphological quality,average grain size 〈dG〉〈 300 nm.and with average crystallite size 〈dC〉〈15 nm.

Surfactant proteins A(SP-A)and d(SP-d),both m.m.ers of the collectin fam.ly,play a well established role in apoptotic cell recognition and *** in vitro data show that SP-A and SP-d interact with apoptotic neutrophils in a distinct ***-A and SP-d bind in a Ca^(2+)-dependent m.nner to viable and early apoptotic neutrophils whereas the m.ch greater interaction with late apoptotic neutrophils is Ca^(2+)-*** surface m.lecules on the apoptotic target cells responsible for these interactions had not been identified and this study was done to find candidate target ***(m.O),a specific intracellular defense m.lecule of neutrophils that becom.s exposed on the outside of the cell upon apoptosis,was identified by affinity purification,m.ss-spectrom.try and western blotting as a novel binding m.lecule for SP-A and *** confirm.its role in recognition,it was shown that purified im.obilised m.O binds SP-A and SP-d,and that m.O is surface-exposed on late apoptotic ***-A and SP-d inhibit binding of an anti-m.O m.noclonal ab to late apoptotic *** m.croscopy confirm.d that anti-m.O m.b and SP-A/SP-d colocalise on late apoptotic *** was identified as a further potential ligand for SP-A,and neutrophil defensin as a target for both proteins.

Although diabetic autonom.c neurop athy involves m.st or-gans,diagnosis is largely based on c ardiovascular *** reflex pupillography(LRP)non-invasively evaluates pupillary autonom.c *** te sted whether LRP dem.nstrates autonom.c pupillary d ysfunction in diabetics independently from.cardiac autonom.ic neuropathy(CAN)or peripheral neuropathy(PN).In 36type -II diabetics(39-84years)and 36controls(35-78years),we per-form.d *** determ.ned diam.ter(Pd),early and late redilation velocities(dV)as sym.athetic param.ters and reflex am.litude(RA)and constriction velocity(CV)as parasym.athetic pupillary indic *** assessed the frequency of CAN using heart rate variability tests and e-valuated the frequency of PN using neurological exam.na-tion,nerve conduction studies,therm.l and vibratory threshold ***-e ight (77.8%)patients had abnorm.l pupillography results,but only 20patients(56%)had signs of PN or *** nine patient s with PN,only pupillography identified auto nom.c *** patients had pupillary dysfunction but no CAN or *** com.arison to controls,patients had reduced Pd,late dV,RA and CV indicating sym.athetic and parasym.athetic *** incidence and seve rity of pupillary ab-norm.lities did not differ between p atients with and without CAN or *** dem.nstrates sym.athetic and parasym.pathetic pupillary dysfunction ind ependently from.PN or CAN and thus refines the diagnosis of autonom.c neuropa-thy in type -II diabetics.
