Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of the 132 Kd protein isolated from the seeds of Peganum harmala（***） L against carbon tetrachloride（CCl4） induced oxidative stress in ***:Animals were post treated intraperitoneally with 132 KO isolated protein at doses of 4 and 8 mg/kg body weight and bovine serum albumin（BSA）（8 mg/kg body weight） as well as vitamin C（250 mg/kg body weight p.o.） for 7 d after they challenged with CCl4 orally（1 ml/Ag body weight） in olive oil（50%） for 2 ***:The purified protein from seeds of *** plant showed in vitro antioxidant activity with dPPH *** of CCl4 induced induction in serum aminotransferases（AST,ALT）,alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,lipid profile parameters and liver malondialdehyde（MdA） and decrease in serum total protein,liver superoxide dismutase （SOd）,catalase（CAT）,and reduced glutathione（GSH） levels.132 Kd protein treatment of rats post CCl4 intoxication successfully alleviated the toxic effects of CCl4.Conclusions:The isolated protein possessed strong antioxidant activity comparable to that of BSA（negative control） and vitamin C（positive control）.

The characteristics of ion beam extraction and focused to a volume as small as possible were investigated with the aid of computer code SIMION 3d version 7. This has been used to evaluate the extraction characteristics （accel-decel system） to generate an ion beam with low beam emittance and high brightness. The simulation process can provide a good study for optimizing the extraction and focusing system of the ion beam without any losses and transported to the required target. Also, a study of a simulation model for the extraction system of the ion source was used to describe the possible plasma boundary curvatures during the ion extraction that may be affected by the change in an extraction potential with a constant plasma density meniscus.

High-temperature carbonized metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives have demonstrated their superiority for promising electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbers,but they still suffer from limited EMW absorption capacity and narrow *** the advantage of microstructure and chemical composition regulation for the design of EMW absorber,hierarchical heterostructured MoS_(2)/CoS_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)@cabonized cotton fabric(CF)(MCC@CCF)is prepared by growing ZIF-67 MOFs onto CF surface,chemical etching,and *** from the dual loss mechanism of magnetic-dielectric multicomponent carbonized MOFs,chemical etching and carbonization process can effectively introduce abundant micro-gap structure that can result in better impedance matching and stronger absorption capacity via internal reflection,doped heteroatoms(Mo,N,S)to supply additional dipolar polarization loss,and numerous heterointerfaces among MoS_(2),CoS_(2),Co_(3)O_(4),and CCF that produce promoted conduction loss and interfacial polarization ***,a minimal reflection loss of−52.87 dB and a broadest effective absorption bandwidth of 6.88 GHz were achieved via tunning the sample thickness and filler loading,showing excellent EMW absorption *** research is of great value for guiding the research on MOFs derivatives based EMW absorbing materials.

Oilseed rape(Brassica napus L.) is an allotetraploid(AACC,2n=38) crop,valued for its edible oil and protein *** yield and nutritional composition of rapeseed are influenced by its yield and oil quality ***,the genetic basis of yield-related and oil-quality traits remain ambiguous.A panel of 266 diversified oilseed rape accessions was genotyped using 223 simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers covering all 19 chromosomes to identify significant markers associated with yield and quality *** yield-related and six quality traits were investigated in two consecutive years(2014 and 2015),with three replications in two environments(Changshun,CS;and Qinghe,QH).Using the model GLM with population structure and kinship(Q+K),a total of 25 significant SSR markers(P detected to be associated with these twelve yield-related and six quality traits,explaining 4.56%-19.17% of the phenotypic variation for each *** on these markers,BnaA03g23490d, BnaC09g46370d,BnaA07g37150d,BnaA01g32590d, and BnaC09g37280d were identified as pleiotropic genes controlling multiple *** candidate genes illustrated the potential for the genetic understanding of yield and oil quality *** importantly,these significant markers can be used for marker-assisted breeding of oilseed rape in different environments.

随着自动化生产程度的提高,人们对于产品的生产效率和质量有了更高的要求。印刷电路(PCB)作为集成电路的核心部件,是保证智能产品稳定性极其重要的关键部件,用以保证PCB板质量的表面污染物检测方法和应用技术显得至关重要。PCB板经焊接后印制,在制造过程中不可避免地会沾染上周围环境中的碎屑和污垢以及助焊剂残留物等化学物质。这些表面污染物会对PCB板的性能造成严重的危害,因此在PCB电路板服役之前必须对其表面的污染物进行识别和检测,从而针对不同的污染物采用不同的清洗方法,从而提高清洗PCB板的效率,达到节约成本的目的。传统的人工检测技术已不能满足生产需求,不能满足污染物识别与定量的检测要求,检测速度慢和质量较差,并且大多数生产线不能灵活应用,所以需要更加先进智能的高效率检测方法。机器视觉检测系统是一种非接触测量方法,能够实现连续、快速、高精度的污染物检测与识别,近年来得到了迅速的发展和广泛的运用,成为当今检测技术的研究热点之一。本文以机器视觉为基础,设计了一套印刷电路板表面污染杂质检测系统,利用图像处理方法实现了待检印刷电路板的位置检测,完成了印刷电路板的表面污染物检测。本课题主要研究PCB的表面污染检测与识别,主要包括:预处理算法、配准算法和检测算法,并确保算法的准确性和有效性,然后优化算法以改善项目过程中的问题。主要研究内容包括三个方面:首先,基于机器视觉理论知识,以及印刷电路板检测的要求,完成光源、镜头、Basler摄像机、图像采集架等硬件的参数计算和设备型号选择;然后根据电路板检测要求,完成了图像采集系统的设计,基于Matlab设计相应的控制程序,控制相机进行电路板图像的获取;在获取目标图像之后,运用图像处理的相关知识,处理目标图像,最终识别印刷电路板(PCBs)表面污染物检测。本文最终在图像采集平台上,通过基于Matlab的程序设计和机器视觉,编程实现了检测平台的运动控制、图像采集以及图像处理,完成了电路板检测系统的设计,能够实现对印刷电路板表面的污染物的识别检测。

The paper presents a detailed analysis of ordinary and dark energy density of the cosmos based on two different but complimentary theories. First, and starting from the concept of the speed of light being an average over multi-fractals, we use Magueijo-Smolin’s ingenious revision of Einstein’s special relativity famous formula E = mc2 to a doubly special formula which includes the Planck energy as invariant to derive the ordinary energy density E(O) = mc2/22 and the dark energy density E(d) = mc2(21/22) wheremis the mass andcis the speed of light. Second we use the topological theory of pure gravity to reach the same result thus confirming the correctness of the theory of varying speed of light as well as the COBE, WMAP and Type 1a supernova cosmological measurements.

Mostly based on assumptions derived from controlled-environment studies, predicted future atmospheric CO2 concentrations [CO2] are expected to have considerable impacts on carbon （C） turnover in agro-ecosystems. In order to allow the in situ examination of C-transformations in the plant-soil system of arable crop rotations under future [002], a free air carbon dioxide enrichment （FACE） experiment （550 μmol mol^-1 CO2） was started at Braunschweig, Germany in 1999. The crop rotation under investigation comprised winter barley, a cover crop （ryegrass）, sugar beets and winter wheat. Assessments of CO2 effects included the determination of above- and belowground biomass production, measurements of canopy CO2- and H2O- fluxes, soil microbial biomass and in situ soil respiration. The results obtained during the 1st crop rotation cycle （3 years） showed that for the selected crops elevated [CO2] entailed significant positive effects （P 〈 0.05） on aboveground （6%-14% stimulation） and belowground biomass production （up to 90% stimulation）, while canopy evapotranspiration was reduced. This resulted in increased soil water content. Also, depending on crop type and season, high CO2 stimulated in situ soil respiration （up to 30%）, while soil microbial biomass did not show significant respouses to elevated [CO2] during the first rotation cycle.

Background Anxiety disorder, one of the highly disabling, prevalent and common mental disorders, is known to be more prevalent in persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2dM) than the general population, and the comorbid presence of anxiety disorders is known to have an impact on the diabetes outcome and the quality of life. However, the information on the type of anxiety disorder and its prevalence in persons with T2dM is limited. Aims To assess the prevalence and correlates of anxiety disorder in people with type 2 diabetes in different countries. Methods People aged 18-65 years with diabetes and treated in outpatient settings were recruited in 15 countries and underwent a psychiatric interview with the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview. demographic and medical record data were collected. Results A total of 3170 people with type 2 diabetes (56.2% women;with mean (Sd) duration of diabetes 10.01 (7.0) years) participated. The overall prevalence of anxiety disorders in type 2 diabetic persons was 18%;however, 2.8% of the study population had more than one type of anxiety disorder. The most prevalent anxiety disorders were generalised anxiety disorder (8.1%) and panic disorder (5.1%). Female gender, presence of diabetic complications, longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control (HbA1c levels) were significantly associated with comorbid anxiety disorder. A higher prevalence of anxiety disorders was observed in Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and Argentina with a lower prevalence in Bangladesh and India. Conclusions Our international study shows that people with type 2 diabetes have a high prevalence of anxiety disorders, especially women, those with diabetic complications, those with a longer duration of diabetes and poorer glycaemic control. Early identification and appropriate timely care of psychiatric problems of people with type 2 diabetes is warranted.
