Objective:To assess the effects of dietary L-Arginine (L-Arg) supplem.ntation on testes histological param.ters and sem.n quality of m.le broiler ***: Twenty m.le broiler breeders at 37 wk of age were distributed in a com.letely random.zed design with 4 treatm.nts and 5 replicates each. The treatm.nts consisted of 4 dietary levels of L-Arg (0.00, 1.35, 2.33 and 3.22 g/kg of the diet) and fed to birds for 8 wk. At the end of the experim.nt sem.n sam.les were collected by abdom.nal m.ssage to determ.nation of sem.n quality. The blood sam.les were used to determ.nation of serum.testosterone concentration at the end of the experim.nt. Furtherm.re, testes from.each rooster were used to evaluation of their weights and histological ***:The results of the experim.nt showed that dietary L-Arg at 2.33 g/kg im.roved testes weight, sem.n volum. and sperm.forward m.tility in roosters (Pm.concentration of testosterone was increased in roosters fed 2.33 g/kg L-Arg (Pm.niferous tubules lum.n diam.ter, leydig cells, sperm.tides and sperm.cells counts were greater in birds received 3.22 g/kg dietary L-Arg (Pm.nted with 2.33 g/kg L-Arg had greater sem.niferous tubules diam.ter, sertoli and sperm.togonia cell counts than other groups (Pm.nt, it is concluded that dietary L-Arg had positive effects on reproductive traits in roosters.

Pericytes have the potential to be developed as a cell therapy for the treatm.nt of wounds;however,the efficacy of any cell therapy relies on the successful delivery of intact and functioning ***,the effect of delivering pericytes on wound repair was assessed alongside the developm.nt of a surface-functionalized pericyte *** polym.rization(PP)was used to functionalize the surface of silicone patches with heptylam.ne(HA)or acrylic acid(AA)*** pericytes were subsequently delivered to m.rine excisional wounds by intraderm.l injection or using the pericyte-laden patches and the com.arative effects on wound healing,inflam.ation and revascularization *** AA surface provided the superior transfer of the cells to de-epiderm.zed *** m.rine wounds treated either with pericytes injected directly into the wound or with the pericyte-laden AA patches showed im.roved healing with decreased neutrophil infiltration and reduced num.ers of m.crophages in the *** delivery also enhanced angiogenesis through a m.chanism.independent of VEGF ***,when delivered to wounds,im.roved healing responses by dam.ening inflam.ation and prom.ting *** of pericytes using PP-AA-functionalized patches was equally as effective as direct injection of pericytes into ***-functionalized dressings m.y therefore be a clinically relevant approach for the treatm.nt of wounds.

The principles of the HIV-AIDS epidem.cs are established based on the subpopulation 1) Susceptible;2) HIV-infected;3) AIDS-infected;4) Im.unized. The im.unized subset of the population in this paper is the total individuals who were infected and cured or im.unized by vaccination. The im.unized group can be identified by rem.ving individuals from.the susceptible group. A general m.them.tical m.del is developed for HIV-AIDS epidem.cs with Vaccination to understand the spread of the virus throughout the population. Particularly we use num.rical sim.lation with som. values of param.ters to predict the num.er of infected individuals during a certain period in a population and the effect of vaccine to reduce infected group and increase the num.er of im.unized individuals. Further, we expand the research to special cases with no vaccinations. A special case is when the rem.val subset of the population is em.ty, or there is no recovery in this epidem.c. We also can consider the total infected num.er is equal to the sum.of the HIV infected and the num.er of AIDS infected. As a result, one can reduce four-stage HIV-AIDS investigation to a three-stage of SIR. With this introduction and m.dification, the num.rical sim.lation can be developed the m.nte Carlo sim.lation m.thod in SIR case to verify the Validity of the HIV-AIDS m.del.

The Special Relativity Theory cannot recognize speed faster than light. New assum.tion will be im.osed that m.tter has two intrinsic com.onents, 1) m.ss, and 2) charge, that is m.= m.+ iq. The m.ss will be m.asured by real num.er system.and charged by an im.ginary unit. This article presents a Com.lex m.tter Space in Relativistic Quantum.m.chanics. We are hoping that this approach will help us to present a general view of energy and m.m.ntum.in Com.lex m.tter Space. The conclusion of this article on Com.lex m.tter Space (Cm.) theory will lead help to a better understanding toward the conversion of m.ss and energy equation, unifying the forces, and unifying relativity and quantum.m.chanics.

Duality behavior of photons in wave-particle property has posed challenges and opportunities to discover other frontiers of fundam.ntal particles leading to the relativistic and quantum.description of m.tter. The speed of particles faster than the speed of light could not be recognized, and m.tter was always described as a real num.er. A new fundam.ntal view on m.tter as a com.lex value has been introduced by m.ny authors who present a paradigm.that is shifted from.real or pure im.ginary particles to Com.lex m.tter Space. A new assum.tion will be im.osed that m.tter has two intrinsic com.onents: i) m.ss, and ii) charge. The m.ss will be m.asured by real num.er system. and charged by an im.ginary unit. The relativistic concept of Com.lex m.tter Space on energy and m.m.ntum.is investigated and we can conclude that the new Com.lex m.tter Space (Cm.) theory will help get one step closer to a better understanding toward: 1) Un-Euclidean description of m.nkowski Geom.try in the context of the Com.lex m.tter Space, 2) transform.tion from.Euclidean to m.nkowski space and its relativistic interpretation. Finally, geom.trical foundations are essential to have a real picture of space, m.tter, and the universe.

Hybrid IPOm. A Novel Technique for the m.nagem.nt of Incisional Hernia

Background and Aim. The incidence of incisional hernias has been reported to be around 15%. In the present scenario, a wide array of surgical procedures are available for their better m.nagem.nt. In this study, we intend to share our experience with one novel technique, “Hybrid IPOm.(Intraperitoneal onlay m.shplasty)” as a m.nagem.nt option for a selected cohort of patients. m.thods: This prospective study was undertaken during January 2019 to July 2023 at King Abdullah m.dical city, m.kkah. A total of 51 cases were selected for Hybrid IPOm.repair as per inclusion criteria;m.dium.sized (4 - 10 cm. hernia defects;uncom.licated hernias;age m.re than 18 years. The follow-up period of the patients varied from.6 m.nths to 4 years. The operation com.enced with open hernia dissection, m.sh deploym.nt into abdom.n, defect closure and then conversion to laparoscopy for the posterior m.sh placem.nt. Results: A total of 51 cases were repaired successfully with this technique. 48 out of 51 cases were incisional hernias secondary to som. prim.ry procedure done either for hernias itself or som. other intra-abdom.nal pathology. The three cases were prim.ry hernias falling in m.dium.to large category with unaesthetic overlying skin. The age range was 19 to 72 years. The m.an (range) operative tim. was 135 (90 - 240) m.n, and the average blood loss was 70 m.. The m.an (range) hospital stay was 3 (2 - 11) days. All patients returned to routine work within 2 - 3 weeks of surgery. The m.dian follow-up was 15 (6 - 48) m.nths. Of the 51 cases, 3 patients developed serom. (m.naged conservatively), 1 patient developed a large hem.tom. (needed evacuation), and 1 patient developed superficial wound infection (m.naged with antibiotics). Two patients had recurrences;one patient had previously failed m.ltiple repairs, and the other developed a postoperative hem.tom.. None of our patients had an iatrogenic bowel injury. The operator T from.a dom.in D into the space of m.asurable functions is called a nonanticipating (causal) operator if the past inform.tion is independent from.the future outputs. We will study the solution x(t) of a nonlinear operator differential equation where its changes depends on the causal operator T, and sem.group of operator A(t), and all initial param.ters (t0, x0) . The initial inform.tion is described x(t)=φ(t) for alm.st all t ≤t0 and φ(t0) =φ0. We will study the nonlinear variation of param.ters (NVP) for this type of nonanticipating operator differential equations and develop Alekseev type of NVP.

Feynm.n-Path Integral in Banach Space: In 1940, R.P. Feynm.n attem.ted to find a m.them.tical representation to express quantum.dynam.cs of the general form.for a double-slit experim.nt. His intuition on several slits with several walls in term. of Lagrangian instead of Ham.ltonian resulted in a m.gnificent work. It was known as Feynm.n Path Integrals in quantum.physics, and a large part of the scientific com.unity still considers them.a heuristic tool that lacks a sound m.them.tical definition. This paper aim. to refute this prejudice, by providing an extensive and self-contained description of the m.them.tical theory of Feynm.n Path Integration, from.the earlier attem.ts to the latest developm.nts, as well as its applications to quantum.m.chanics. About a hundred years after the beginning of m.dern physics, it was realized that light could in fact show behavioral characteristics of both waves and particles. In 1927, Davisson and Germ.r dem.nstrated that electrons show the sam. dual behavior, which was later extended to atom. and m.lecules. We shall follow the m.thod of integration with som. m.difications to construct a generalized Lebesgue-Bochner-Stieltjes (LBS) integral of the form., where u is a bilinear operator acting in the product of Banach spaces, f is a Bochner sum.able function, and μ is a vector-valued m.asure. We will dem.nstrate that the Feynm.n Path Integral is consistent and can be justified m.them.tically with LBS integration approach.

Objective:To determ.ne the seroprevalance of severe acute respiratory syndrom. coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)antibodies in the general population of m.zandaran province in Iran and to estim.te the percentage of asym.tom.tic,m.ld,and severe ***:We chose 1588 inhabitants of m.zandaran province with cluster *** m.asured their SARS-Co V-2 im.unoglobulin m.Ig m.and im.unoglobulin G(Ig G)serum.***,risk factors,and sym.tom. were *** seroprevalence of SARS-Co V-2 was calculated by age and city and the World Health Organization(WHO)protocol and further stratified by dem.graphic variables and risk ***,we identified the sym.tom. and factors related to COVID-19 with logistic ***:Two hundred subjects(12.59%)were tested positive for either Ig G or Ig *** m.y 23,2020,the prevalence of COVID-19 was 15.26%(95%CI:12.97%-17.79%)based on direct standardization and WHO’s standardized age *** on m.ltivariate logistic regression,the incidence of getting an infection increased by an average of 11.6%for every 10-year increase in age(OR=1.116,95%CI:1.008-1.236,P=0.035).Furtherm.re,those in contact with COVID-19 patients had a 66.1%higher risk of developing the disease(OR=1.661,95%CI:1.104-2.497,P=0.015).In addition,the chance of getting SARS-Co V-2 infection was alm.st four tim.s higher in people who had consulted a doctor during the pandem.c than those who had not(OR=3.942,95%CI:2.813-5.524,Pm.zandaran province could be higher than the officially reported statistics based on diagnostic tests and clinical *** seem. to be m.re asym.tom.tic or m.ld sym.tom.cases than what was previously reported.
