Exoskeletons generally require accurate dynamic models to design the model-based controller conveniently under the human-robot interaction ***,due to unknown model parameters such as the mass,moment of inertia and mechanical size,the dynamic model of exoskeletons is difficult to ***,an enhanced whale optimization algorithm(EWOA)is proposed to identify the exoskeleton model ***,the periodic excitation trajectories are designed by finite Fourier series to input the desired position demand of exoskeletons with mechanical physical *** a backstepping controller based on the identified model is adopted to improve the human-robot wearable comfortable performance under cooperative ***,the proposed Model parameters identification and control are verified by a two-dOF exoskeletons *** knee joint motion achieves a steady-state response after 0.5 ***,the position error of hip joint response is less than 0.03 rad after 0.9 *** addition,the steady-state human-robot interaction torque of the two joints is constrained within 15 n·*** research proposes a whale optimization algorithm to optimize the excitation trajectory and identify model ***,an enhanced mutation strategy is adopted to avoid whale evolution’s unsatisfactory local optimal value.

For the dynamics of three-dimensional electron–positron–ion plasmas, a fluid quantum hydrodynamic model is proposed by considering landau quantization effects in dense ***–neutral collisions in the presence of the Coriolis force are also considered. The application of the reductive perturbation technique produces a wave evolution equation represented by a damped Korteweg–de Vries equation. This equation, however, is insufficient for describing waves in our system at very low dispersion coefficients. As a result, we considered the highest-order perturbation, which resulted in the damped Kawahara equation. The effects of the magnetic field, landau quantization, the ratio of positron density to electron density, the ratio of positron density to ion density, and the direction cosine on linear dispersion laws as well as soliton and conoidal solutions of the damped Kawahara equation are explored. The understanding from this research can contribute to the broader field of astrophysics and aid in the interpretation of observational data from white dwarfs.

More than 80%of plants form mutualistic symbiotic relationships with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF),and the application of fertilizers,such as nitrogen(n)and phosphorus(P)fertilizers,is a common agricultural management practice to improve crop yield and ***,the potential effects of long-term n and P fertilization on the AMF community in the rainfed agricultural system of the Loess Plateau of China are still not well *** this study,a long-term field experiment was conducted based on orthogonal design,with three n levels(0,90,and 180 kg ha^(-1)year^(-1))and three P levels(0,90,and 180 kg ha^(-1)year^(-1))for wheat *** in AMF community and correlations between AMF community composition,soil environmental factors,and wheat yield component traits were analyzed using traditional biochemical methods and high-throughput sequencing *** results showed that long-term n and P addition had a significant effect on the AMF community structure and *** application alone significantly reduced the richness and diversity of AMF community,whereas the combined application of n and P significantly increased the richness and diversity of AMF *** AMF community was driven mainly by soil available P,total P,and *** was a significant positive correlation between Glomus abundance and wheat yield and a significant negative correlation between Paraglomus abundance and wheat ***-term n and P addition directly increased crop yield and affected yield indirectly by influencing soil chemical properties and the AMF *** application of n and P both at90 kg ha^(-1)year^(-1)could improve the ecological and physiological functions of the AMF community and benefit the sustainable development of rainfed agriculture.

The change of fluorescence emission manipulated by spin state transition attracts considerable attention owing to its potential applications in magneto-optical switching ***,we report two two-dimensional(2d)Hofmann-type spin crossover(SCO)metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)[Fe^(Ⅱ)(Pni)_(2){Ag^(Ⅰ)(Cn)_(2)}_(2)]·CHCl_(3)(3Ag·CHCl_(3))and[FeⅡ(Pni)_(2){AuⅠ(Cn)_(2)}_(2)]·CHCl_(3)(3Au·CHCl_(3))based on the fluorescent ligand n-(4-pyridylmethyl)-1,8-naphthalimide(Pni).Both complexes exhibit interesting SCO behaviors switched by guest solvent molecules,namely three-step transitions for the solvated complexes and complete onestep hysteretic SCO for the desolvated ones,verified by temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements,Mossbauer spectra,structural analyses,and differential scanning calorimetry ***,temperature-dependent fluorescence spectra exhibit double peaks(monomer and excimer emission)with both emission peaks change consistent with the change in SCO properties during the solvent molecule *** this study,we integrated guest-responsive SCO behavior into MOFs to manipulate the multistability of spin state and fluorescence switching,providing a rational strategy for the development of stimuli-responsive multifunctional mate.ials.

The coherent muon-to-electron transition(COMET)experiment is a leading experiment for the coherent conversion of μ^(-)n→e^(-)n using a high-intensity pulsed muon beamline,produced using innovative slow-extraction ***,it is critical to measure the muon beam *** set up a muon beam monitor(MBM),where scintillating fibers woven in a cross shape were coupled to silicon photomultipliers to measure the spatial profile and timing structure of the extracted muon beam for the *** MBM detector was tested successfully with a proton beamline at the China Spallation neutron Source and took data with good performance in the commissioning *** development of the MBM,including its mechanical structure,electronic readout,and beam measurement results,are discussed.

This study presents a rapid and versatile low-cost sample-to-answer system for SARS-CoV-2 *** system integrates the extraction and purification of nucleic acids,followed by amplification via either reverse transcriptionquantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT–qPCR)or reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification(RT–laMP).By meeting diverse diagnostic and reagent needs,the platform yields testing results that closely align with those of commercial RT-laMP and RT‒qPCR *** advantages of our system include its speed and *** assay is completed within 28 min,including sample loading(5 min),ribonucleic acid(RnA)extraction(3 min),and RT-laMP(20 min).The cost of each assay is≈$9.5,and this pricing is competitive against that of Food and drug Administration(FdA)-approved commercial *** some RnA loss during on-chip extraction is observed,the platform maintains a potential limit of detection lower than 297 *** makes the system particularly useful in environments where centralized laboratories are either unavailable or inconveniently *** key feature is the platform’s versatility,allowing users to choose between RT‒qPCR or RT‒laMP tests based on specific requirements.

The fruits of dacryodes edulis are rich in biologically active substances, which makes them of great interest in terms of validation. in this study, we targeted the primary metabolites in the epicarp, the mesocarp and the seed of the fruit of dacryodes edulis at taste maturity, which were selected for their nutritional quality and its appreciation throughout the Gulf of Guinea area, which is very popular because of its large size, texture and special taste. The evaluation of total carbohydrates, total lipids and soluble proteins in the epicarp, mesocarp and seed of the fruit at taste maturity was made from spectrophotometer measurements. The overall analysis of the results of the present study shows that total carbohydrates, total lipids and proteins accumulate more in the seed with respectively 251.33 ± 1.15 mg/g dM;9.92 ± 0.201 mg/g dM and 55.075 ± 0.024 mg/g dM. Likewise, the results indicate low concentrations of total carbohydrates and total lipids in the epicarp with respectively 245 ± 1 mg/g dM and 4.77 ± 0.047 mg/g dM, on the other hand, it is the mesocarp which presents the lowest content of soluble proteins: 28.075 ± 3.231 mg/g dM. This variation could be linked to the nature of the compartment, more particularly to the storage location. This comparative study could lead to the valorization of the seed of the fruit of dacryodes edulis for its richness in metabolites and arouse significant interest in nutrition.

interpretation of Geological and Gravity data from the Bamiléké Plateau (West-Cameroon): implication for the Understanding of its Underground Lithotectonic Geometry

The Bamiléké Plateau represents a key domain in the understanding of the geodynamics associated with the central Cameroon shear. The study aimed to highlight the subsurface architecture of the plateaus basement setting with focus on high potential areas for hydrogeological and mining development projects. To this end, geological field observations were carried out. Since the structures sought were near-surface, a separation approach based on the upward continuation method was applied to the Bouguer anomaly grid. A set of processing techniques, including vertical derivative or dZ, analytical signal or SA and categorization of gravity signatures, was applied to generate the residual map. The synthesis geological model, obtained from analysis and interpretation of the various transformed maps and 2.5d modeling of two gravity profiles P1 and P2 highlights the following features: 1) intrusions of steep-sided granitic batholiths from dschang to Bandjoun (profile P1), increasing in width from nW (dschang) to SE (Bandjoun);2) larger volume batholiths with moderate sides located at Bafang and Bangangté (profile P1). These plutonic massifs were weakened by brittle deformation, which favored the emplacement of phonolite or anorthosite dykes within them. The emplacement of these dykes was accompanied by compressional faults with high dip between dschang and Bandjoun and extensional faults with medium dip between Bafang and Bangangté. These fault zones (trending n85E to n95E) are ideal for hydrogeological investigations in a basement setting, as well as a series of dyke networks that could potentially be preferred zones for the circulation and accumulation of useful substances. The resulting geological sections P1 and P2 highlight the influence of granitic intrusions in the geological system of the study area, as well as the structural control associated with the various dyke intrusions. Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty on Complex Hips Conditions in a Low-Resource Setting

introduction: Total hip arthroplasty of complex morphology is a challenge for the orthopaedic surgeon. Careful analysis of the hip’s anatomy helps to unravel the difficulties and anticipate the procedures to be performed and the implants to be planned. The aim was to identify the types of hip that make first-line THR difficult, specify the technical procedures to be used on these sites, and assess the functional results of the series. Mate.ial and Methods: This was a retrospective study that concerned patients operated on for total hip arthroplasty between January 2015 and december 2022 at the medical center “la Grâce” in Bobo-dioulasso, Burkina Faso. Patients with coxarthrosis (on hip dysplasia, acetabular protrusio, acetabular malunion or neurological hip) and those with ankylosis of the hip, osteonecrosis secondary to neglected dislocation of the hip or hemoglobinopathy were included. Results: A total of 31 total hip replacements were performed in 30 patients. The mean age of patients at the surgery time was 36.2 years with extremes of 17 and 61 years. The male-to-female sex ratio was 1. The main indications for THA were the dysplasic hip osteoarthritis (11 cases) and the neglected hip dislocations (7 cases). in situ femoral neck osteotomy before hip dislocation was performed in seven cases. The acetabulum reconstruction techniques varied from the structural iliac bone graft (n = 3) and cancellous bone graft (n = 4) to the Kerboull plate (n = 1). After 45 months of mean follow-up, all hips were evaluated. The mean PMA score increased from 7.1 [4 - 8] before the surgery to 13.2 [13 - 17]. Conclusion: The large spectrum of challenges in complex hip management requires effective preoperative planning. Preoperative planning minimizes complications and ensures a better outcome.
