Women's awareness of the role of midwifes and their preference for health professionals for maternity care: a systematic review

Enhanced Wolf Pack Algorithm (EWPA) and Dense-kUNet Segmentation for Arterial Calcifications in Mammograms

Breast Arterial Calcification(BAC)is a mammographic decision dissimilar to cancer and commonly observed in elderly *** identifying BAC could provide an expense,and be *** Deep Learning(DL)methods have been introduced for automatic BAC detection and quantification with increased ***,classification with deep learning had reached higher efficiency,but designing the structure of DL proved to be an extremely challenging task due to overfitting *** also is not able to capture the patterns and irregularities presented in the *** solve the overfitting problem,an optimal feature set has been formed by Enhanced Wolf Pack Algorithm(EWPA),and their irregularities are identified by Dense-kUNet *** this paper,Dense-kUNet for segmentation and optimal feature has been introduced for classification(severe,mild,light)that integrates DenseUNet and *** bound links exist among adjacent modules,allowing relatively rough data to be sent to the following component and assisting the system in finding higher *** major contribution of the work is to design the best features selected by Enhanced Wolf Pack Algorithm(EWPA),and Modified Support Vector Machine(MSVM)based learning for classification.k-Dense-UNet is introduced which combines the procedure of Dense-UNet and kU-Net for image *** bound associations occur among nearby sections,allowing relatively granular data to be sent to the next subsystem and benefiting the system in recognizing smaller *** proposed techniques and the performance are tested using several types of analysis techniques 826 filled digitized *** proposed method achieved the highest precision,recall,F-measure,and accuracy of 84.4333%,84.5333%,84.4833%,and 86.8667%when compared to other methods on the Digital Database for Screening Mammography(DDSM).

Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in *** management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this *** research aims to propose a Collaborative Knowledge Management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing *** paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF *** aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and *** aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping *** were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on *** Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of *** tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s *** research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative *** disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%*** system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment.

A Credit-Based Approach for Overcoming Free-Riding Behaviour in Peer-to-Peer Networks

The underlying premise of peer-to-peer(P2P)systems is the trading of digital resources among individual peers to facilitate file sharing,distributed computing,storage,collaborative applications and multimedia ***-called free-riders challenge the foundations of this system by consuming resources from other peers without offering any resources in return,hindering resource exchange among ***,immense effort has been invested in discouraging free-riding and overcoming the ill effects of such unfair use of the ***,previous efforts have all fallen short of effectively addressing free-riding behaviour in P2P *** paper proposes a novel approach based on utilising a credit incentive for P2P networks,wherein a grace period is introduced during which free-riders must reimburse *** contrast to previous approaches,the proposed system takes into consideration the upload rate of peers and a grace *** system has been thoroughly tested in a simulated environment,and the results show that the proposed approach effectively mitigates free-riding *** to previous systems,the number of downloads from free-riders decreased while downloads by contributing peers *** results also show that under longer grace periods,the number of downloads by fast peers(those reimbursing the system within the grace period)was greater than the number of downloads by slow peers.

Numerical Investigation of a modified Kalina cycle system for high-temperature application and genetic algorithm based optimization of the multi-phase expander’s inlet condition

As an alternative to the conventional steam Rankine Cycle,Kalina Cycle has witnessed a growing interest over the past years for high-temperature applications(A working fluid temperature of 500◦C at the turbine inlet).However,the possibility of implementing an additional multi-phase expander on the weak ammonia-water solution loop of the Kalina cycle was hardly analyzed in the available *** this research,two novel Kalina cycles(Kalina cycle-12A and Kalina cycle-12B)have been presented by integrating a multi-phase expander in addition to the turbine installed downstream of the Kalina *** Kalina cycle-12A,this additional multi-phase expander is positioned downstream of the Kalina separator and on the weak ammonia-water solution loop for Kalina Cycle-12B.A detailed mathematical model based on the thermodynamic laws has been developed to solve and optimize the Kalina *** influence of critical decision parameters,specifically the ammonia concentration on working fluid and evaporation pressure,were *** optimization was performed based on the objective to maximize the net power output from the multi-phase expander under steady-state operating *** the performance of the proposed Kalina cycles was compared with the conventional Kalina Cycle-12,both of them demonstrated superior performance,i.e.,net power output and peak thermal efficiency increased by a maximum value of 3.23%for the proposed Kalina Cycle-12A cycle and 3.94%for the proposed Kalina Cycle-12B *** terms of second law efficiency,Kalina Cycle-12A is 3.68 percent more efficient than Kalina Cycle-12,while Kalina Cycle-12B is 4.04 percent more ***,2nd law analysis also reveals,maximum destruction of exergy occurs at the condensers of the cycles.

Undeniably water is of utmost importance while considering basic *** investigation emphasized on the hydrochemical evaluation and drinking water quality assessment in District Jacobabad located in lower Indus plain,*** world's largest irrigation system emerged from Indus Basin,which is underlain by well transmissive aquifer resulting in higher water *** supply schemes with their water sources from ground water and surface water provide piped water for drinking purpose to the *** samples were collected from all the forty eight supply schemes of which thirty two were found *** parameters were compared with World Health Organization(WHO)and Pakistan Water Quality Standards but adversely substantial samples were found ***,bicarbonate and nitrate met the standard safe limits while values for EC,TDS,hardness,cations and anions exceeded the limits in numerous *** and ArcGIS softwares were used for statistical analysis and spatial distribution of *** facies were developed and suitability assessment of water resources was examined for agricultural *** ground water type was classified as Na-HCO3 type with high salinity and it required treatment prior to *** proposed research exhibited the probable drinking water contamination sources and it demanded instant actions to further protect the valuable drinking water resources in District Jacobabad.
