A rationally designed cancer vaccine based on NIR-II fluorescence image-guided light-triggered remote control of antigen cross-presentation and autophagy

Cancer vaccines represent a promising immunotherapeutic treatment *** promotion of cross-presentation of extracellular tumor-associated antigens on the major histocompatibility complex(MHC) class I molecules and dendritic cell maturation at the appropriate time and place is crucial for cancer vaccines to prime cytolytic T cell response with reduced side *** vaccination strategies,however,are not able to achieve the spatiotemporal control of antigen ***,we report a liposomal vaccine loading the second near-infrared window(NIR-II,1000—1700 nm) fluorophore BPBBT with an efficient photothermal conversion effect that offers an NIR-light-triggered endolysosomal escape under the imaging *** NIR-II image-guided vaccination strategy specifically controls the cytosolic delivery of antigens for cross-presentation in the draining lymph nodes(DLNs).Moreover,the photothermally induced endolysosomal rupture initiates *** also find that the adjuvant simvastatin acts as an autophagy activator through inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/m TOR *** light-induced autophagy in the DLNs together with simvastatin treatment cooperatively increase MHC class II expression by activating autophagy machinery for dendritic cell *** study presents a paradigm of NIR-II image-guided light-triggered *** approach for remote control of antigen cross-presentation and autophagy represents a new strategy for vaccine development.

针对大规模航空影像三维重建全局优化的存储开销大、无法整体求解的问题,提出了一种改进的全局优化方法。该方法基于同名点对应的同名光线与基线共面这一约束,以相机参数为未知量,由影像间的同名点建立约束方程组,运用非线性最小二乘法迭代求解,最终得到各相机优化后的参数。与传统光束法平差相比,在约束方程中消除了空间点三维坐标,大幅减少了未知量,降低了优化时的存储开销和计算量;同时在构造约束方程组时,直接生成法矩阵,使矩阵规模与同名点数量无关,进一步降低了存储开销,从而能够联立大量影像、引入更多的同名点进行全局优化。基于序列航空影像、采用本方法和SBA源码包进行对比实验,结果表明,在近似垂直摄影且影像规模在千幅级情况下,本方法的内存开销较SBA显著降低,单次迭代时间和收敛速度均优于SBA,且相对精度和绝对精度亦优于SBA,证明利用两视图共面约束进行三维重建全局优化和摄影测量加密的可行性、有效性和优势。

多视图立体匹配是计算机视觉领域的一大研究热点,针对目前多视图立体重建完整性差、无法处理高分辨率图像和GPU内存消耗巨大、运行时间长等问题,提出一种基于自注意力机制的深度学习网络(SA-PatchmatchNet)。首先通过特征提取模块提取图像特征,再将其送入可学习的Patchmatch模块中,得到深度图,并对深度图进行优化,生成最终的深度图。为了捕捉深度推理任务中的重要信息,将自注意力机制融入到特征提取模块,提高了网络的特征提取能力。实验结果表明,SA-PatchmatchNet在Technical University of Denmark(DTU)数据集上进行测试,与PatchmatchNet相比,重建的完整性提升5.8%,整体性提升2.3%,与其他的state-of-the-art(SOTA)方法相比,完整性和整体性都得到了较大的提升。

Fresh-Keeping Decision and Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Carbon Cap-and-Trade under Different Dominance

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers *** results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.

Tan's contact C is an important quantity measuring the two-body correlations at short distances in a dilute *** we make use of the technique of exactly solved models to study the thermal-contact capacity K_(T),i.e.,the derivative of C with respect to temperature in the attractive Gaudin-yang *** is found that K_(T) is useful in identifying the low temperature phase diagram,and using the obtained analytical expression of K_(T),we study its critical behavior and the scaling ***,we show K_(T) versus temperature and thus the non-monotonic tendency of C in a tiny interval,for both spin-balanced and imbalanced *** a phenomenon is merely observed in multi-component systems such as SU(2)Fermi gases and spinor bosons,indicating the crossover from the Tomonaga-Luttinger liquid to the spin-coherent liquid.

Design Optimization and Operating Performance of S-CO_(2) Brayton Cycle under Fluctuating Ambient Temperature and Diverse Power Demand Scenarios

The supercritical CO_(2)(S-CO_(2)) Brayton cycle is expected to replace steam cycle in the application of solar power tower system due to the attractive potential to improve efficiency and reduce *** the concentrated solar power plant with thermal energy storage is usually located in drought area and used to provide a dispatchable power output,the S-CO_(2) Brayton cycle has to operate under fluctuating ambient temperature and diverse power demand *** addition,the cycle design condition will directly affect the off-design *** this work,the combined effects of design condition,and distributions of ambient temperature and power demand on the cycle operating performance are analyzed,and the off-design performance maps are proposed for the first time.A cycle design method with feedback mechanism of operating performance under varied ambient temperature and power demand is introduced *** show that the low design value of compressor inlet temperature is not conductive to efficient operation under low loads and sufficient output under high ambient *** average yearly efficiency is most affected by the average power demand,while the load cover factor is significantly influenced by the average ambient *** multi-objective optimization,the optimal solution of designed compressor inlet temperature is close to the minimum value of35℃ in Delingha with low ambient temperature,while reaches 44.15℃ in Daggett under the scenario of high ambient temperature,low average power demand,long duration and large value of peak load during the peak temperature *** the cycle designed with compressor inlet temperature of 35℃ instead of 44.15℃ in Daggett under light industry power demand,the reduction of load cover factor will reach 0.027,but the average yearly efficiency can barely be improved.
