Surgery is still the primary curative treatment for gastric cancer,which includes resection of the tumor with adequate margins and extended *** order to improve the operative results and the quality of life of patients,several endeavors have been made toward precision medicine through image-guided surgery,allowing access to real-time intraoperative anatomy and accurate tumor *** goal of the surgeon is to achieve a more precise,individualized,and less invasive surgery without compromising oncological efficiency and *** this perspective,we have demonstrated the role of indocyanine green(ICG)and near-infrared(NIR)fluorescence imaging method in gastric cancer *** technique may be used to improve localization of the tumor,detection of sentinel lymph nodes(SLN),real-time lymphatic mapping,and blood flow assessment(anastomosis perfusion).

Objective： Probe-based confoeal laser endomicroscopy （pCLE） technique may improve the diagnosis of gastric mucosal lesions allowing acquisition of high-resolution in vivo images at the cellular and mierovaseular levels. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of pCLE for the differential diagnosis of non-neoplastic and neoplastic gastric ***： Twenty gastric mucosal lesions from 10 patients were evaluated during endoscopic procedure and were examined by pCLE. Diagnostic pCLE was followed by biopsies or endoscopic resection of suspected lesions. A senior pathologist evaluated the specimens and was blinded to the pCLE ***： Patients＇ mean age was 68.3 （range, 42-83） years and six were men. Thirteen suspicious flat or elevated lesions （classified as 0-Is, 0-IIa or 0-IIa ＋ IIc） and seven pre-malignant lesions （atrophy and intestinal metaplasia） were evaluated. One patient was studied during his long-term follow-up after partial gastrectomy and presented severe atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, and xanthomas at the stump mucosa. The location of gastric lesions was in the body （n=10 lesions）, the antrum （n=9） and the incisura angularis （n=1）. All neoplastic lesions and all but one benign lesion were properly diagnosed by pCLE. pCLE incorrectly diagnosed one small antrum lesion as adenoma, however the final diagnosis was intestinal metaplasia. The final histological diagnosis was neoplastic in 9 and benign lesions in 11. In this small case series, pCLE accuracy was 95% （19/20 lesions）.Conclusions： pCLE is accurate for real time histology of gastric lesions, pCLE may change the management of patients with gastric mucosal lesions, guiding biopsies and endoscopic resection, and avoiding further diagnostic workup or unnecessary therapy.

Familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP) is a hereditary disorder caused by Adenomatous Polyposis Gene mutations that lead to the development of colorectal polyps with great malignant risk throughout life. Moreover, numerous extracolonic manifestations incorporate different clinical features to produce varied individual phenotypes. Among them, the occurrence of duodenal adenomatous polyps is considered an almost inevitable event, and their incidence rates increase as a patient's age advances. Although the majority of patients exhibit different grades of duodenal adenomatosis as they age, only a small proportion(1%-5%) of patients will ultimately develop duodenal carcinoma. Within this context, the aim of the present study was to review the data regarding the epidemiology, classification, genetic features, endoscopic features, carcinogenesis, surveillance and management of duodenal polyps in patients with FAP.

The use of self-expandable metallic stents has increased recently to palliate inoperable esophageal neoplasia and also in the management of benign strictures. Migration is one of the most common complications after stent placement and the endoscopist should be able to recognize and manage this situation. Several techniques for managing migrated stents have been described, as well as new techniques for preventing stent migration. Most stents have a "lasso" at the upper flange which facilitates stent repositioning or removal. An overtube, endoloop and large polypectomy snare may be useful for the retrieval of stents migrated into the stomach. External fixation of the stent with Shim's technique is efficient in preventing stent migration. Suturing the stent to the esophageal wall, new stent designs with larger flanges and double-layered stents are promising techniques to prevent stent migration but they warrant validation in a larger cohort of patients.

Kasabach-Merritt Syndrome consists of a set of signs and symptoms associated with capillary hemangioma with thrombocytopenia, which causes bleeding accompanied by petechiae, ecchymosis, and spontaneous hematomas. This present study aims to report a rare case of cervical lymphangioma (cystic hygroma) that later evolved into Kasabach-Merritt Syndrome, demonstrating the importance of systemic evaluation of veno-lymphatic malformations. Although rare, prompt diagnosis and therapy are necessary due to the high severity and potential fatality of the condition.”

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDA)is a devastating disease with pronounced morbidity and a high mortality *** available treatments lack convincing cost-efficiency determinations and are in most cases not associated with relevant success *** stimulation of the immune system in murine PDA models has revealed some promising *** receptors(TLRs)are pillars of the immune system that have been linked to several forms of malignancy,including lung,breast and colon *** humans,TLRs are expressed in the pancreatic cancer tissue and in several cancer cell lines,whereas they are not expressed in the normal *** the present review,we explore the current knowledge concerning the role of different TLRs associated to *** if almost all known TLRs are expressed in the pancreatic cancer microenvironment,there are only five TLRs suggested as possible therapeutic *** data points at TLR2 and TLR9 as effective tumor markers and agonists could potentially be used as *** adjuvant *** elucidation of the role of TLR3 in PDA is only in its initial *** inhibition/blockage of TLR4-related pathways has shown some promising effects,but there are still many steps left before TLR4 inhibitors can be considered as possible therapeutic ***,TLR7 antagonists seem to be potential candidates for *** of their potential in immunotherapies,all existing data indicate that TLRs are strongly involved in the pathophysiology and development of PDA.

长城汽车公司是中国汽车品牌当中领先的汽车厂商之一。在公司发展过程当中,巴西是南美的经济大国,同是也是金砖五国之一,与中国一直保持友好的贸易往来,巴西市场对长城汽车公司海外业务的拓展有重要的支撑意义。长城汽车公司是一家新公司入巴西汽车市场。同时,巴西仍在从近年来的疫情影响中恢复。面对各种挑战,长城汽车公司营销策略难题,研究的目的是发展和改进长城汽车公司在巴西的营销策略方式。本文以长城汽车公司营销策略为研究对象。首先,梳理与国际市场营销的概念和理论,借助对巴西汽车市场客户和问卷调查的方式,通过营销策略比对及相关数据分析,明确长城汽车公司营销策略现状及问题。在此基础上,结合PEST理论和波特五力模型和,从宏观环境与微观环境两个维度分析长城汽车公司营销策略在巴西中面临的机会与挑战,找出其中存在的问题:(1)产品方面:长城汽车公司在巴西市场营销产品细分不足;(2)价格方面:产品价格设定较为单一,竞争力较差;(3)渠道方面:市场推广效果不理想,与巴西市场不适配;(4)促销方面:未能采取与竞争对手相区分的促销手段。最后,利用STP市场细分理论和4Ps营销理论,得出其应选择的目标市场是(1)产品方面:在巴西市场上针对用户需求进行针对性的产品搭配,与竞争对手进行市场分割;(2)价格方面:在充分考虑巴西市场价格承受能力的同时,通过多元化的价格策略进行市场渗透;(3)渠道方面:在充分使用社交媒体加强与青年用户群体沟通的同时,注重和传统经销商的交流,以达到更好的触达的效果;(4)促销方面:采用服务推广+高价策略、关系推广+低价策略、每日推广+平价策略三个策略灵活地应对竞争对手的促销活动,并不断进行调整。本文研究优化了营销策略,研究成果具有较强的针对性和可实践性,能够为长城汽车公司营销策略层面提供一定的参考建议在巴西。
