NORMAL-SLIP ALONG tHE NORtHERN ALtYN tAGH FAULt, NORtH tIBEt

the east\|west striking Northern Altyn tagh Fault, about 240km long between Bashkaogong (90°E, 39°25′N) and Lapeiquan (92°15′E, 39°25′N), was previously mapped as a north\|dipping thrust, juxtaposing late Archean\|Mesoproterozoic gneisses in the hanging wall over Paleozoic volcanics, plutons, turbidite, and melange complexes in the footwall. In order to estimate the total magnitude of slip along the Cenozoic Altyn tagh fault, we conducted geologic mapping along four traverses across the Jinyan Shan where the fault lies. Our field observations suggest that the fault is south\|dipping, with dip angles varying from the east to about 40° in the west. the eastern fault zone exhibits mylonitic fabrics, whereas the western fault zone is characterized by cataclastic deformation. Kinematic indicators in the ductily deformed mylonitic shear zone consistently show a top\|to\|the\|south sense of shear, suggesting that the Northern Altyn tagh fault is a south\|dipping normal fault, not a north\|dipping thrust.. the ductile shear zone is typically 30～40m thick, consisting of highly sheared metasediments (pelite and marble), granites, and granitic *** latter are systematically cut by small\|scale, south\|dipping ductile normal faults with displacements between 10s of cm to several meters, forming spectacular asymmetric boudinages in the sheared meta\|pelite *** minimum displacement along the detachment is about 20km, as measured by the north\|south width of the exposed footwall gneisses. Background:the use of laparoscopic(LLR)and robotic liver resections(RLR)has been safely performed in many institutions for liver tumours.A large scale international multicenter study would provide stronger evidence and insight into application of these techniques for huge liver tumours≥10 ***:this was a retrospective review of 971 patients who underwent LLR and RLR for huge(≥10 cm)tumors at 42 international centers between ***:One hundred RLR and 699 LLR which met study criteria were *** comparison between the 2 approaches for patients with huge tumors were performed using 1:3 propensity-score matching(PSM)(73 vs.219).Before PSM,LLR was associated with significantly increased frequency of previous abdominal surgery,malignant pathology,liver cirrhosis and increased median *** PSM,RLR and LLR was associated with no significant difference in key perioperative outcomes including media operation time(242 vs.290 min,P=0.286),transfusion rate rate(19.2%vs.16.9%,P=0.652),median blood loss(200 vs.300 mL,P=0.694),open conversion rate(8.2%vs.11.0%,P=0.519),morbidity(28.8%vs.21.9%,P=0.221),major morbidity(4.1%vs.9.6%,P=0.152),mortality and postoperative length of stay(6 vs.6 days,P=0.435).Conclusions:RLR and LLR can be performed safely for selected patients with huge liver tumours with excellent *** was no significant difference in perioperative outcomes after RLR or LLR.

In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray timing and Polarimetry mission—eXtP. eXtP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. the mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXtP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. In particular, its wide field monitoring capabilities will be highly instrumental to detect the electro-magnetic counterparts of gravitational wave *** paper provides a detailed description of:(1) the technological and technical aspects, and the expected performance of the instruments of the scientific payload;(2) the elements and functions of the mission, from the spacecraft to the ground segment.

背景与目的干细胞是一种吸引人的新发展的治疗方法，其适应证包括缺损组织的功能恢复。尽管多数干细胞疗法是新兴的，且处于实验阶段，但在世界各地，仍有许多诊所建议对干细胞感兴趣的患者接受干细胞治疗，这些治疗方法中的大多数是没有科学价值，缺少监管或患者保护的。方法笔者回顾了美容手术中加入干细胞的潜能以及存在的缺陷，并描述经美国食品药品管理局许可的适应证以及正在进行的脂肪干细胞临床试验。此外，利用“干细胞疗法”“干细胞治疗”或“干细胞面部提升”等检索词，对网站进行“snapshot”分析。结果尽管有管制机构（美国食品药品管理局）和专业学会（美国整形外科协会）的监管，笔者仍看到了令人担忧的手术广告，如干细胞面部年轻化、干细胞隆乳、甚至干细胞阴道年轻化。干细胞美容手术的市场营销和推广，并没有足够样本的临床证据支持。结论尽管干细胞具有巨大的潜能，但是美容市场充斥着未经证实的，有时甚至是欺骗性的宣传，可能会给患者带来风险。整形外科医师位于以干细胞为基础的再生医学的前沿位置，向患者介绍干细胞时，基于科学的数据，客观宣传其疗效，是及其重要的。

背景与目的超声辅助吸脂（ultrasound assisted liposuction，UAL）因其获取脂肪容易，且可让创伤和失血最小化，受到整形外科医师的青睐。但是，很少有研究报道这种方法获取的脂肪来源干细胞（adipose derived stromal cells，ADSCs）的质量。ADSCs在基于细胞的治疗方法中的作用也在急剧增长。因此，本研究比较了传统脂肪抽吸（suctionassistedliposuction，SAL）方法获得的ADSCs与UAL方法获得的ADSCs之间再生能力的差异。方法分别采用SAL和UAL方法，从健康人中获取脂肪并培养ADSCs；采用荧光辅助细胞分选（fluorescent assisted cell sorting，FACS）方法，分析ADSCs的产量。利用Mtt比色法分析ADSCs的增殖能力，并在培养基中进行成脂和成骨分化诱导。将基因表达谱与qPCR进行对比。利用细胞染色比较成脂和成骨分化标记物。建立小鼠创伤愈合模型，在水凝胶支架上，分别播种采用SAL方法获取的ADSCs（SAL组）和采用UAL方法获取的ADSCs（UAL组），水凝胶组只加入水凝胶作为对照，同时比较3组的组织再生能力。结果UAL与SAL方法获得的ADSCs相比，在细胞数量和增殖能力方面的差异无统计学意义。油红O染色显示两者成脂分化能力没有差异，分化7d时，PPAR-γ受体和LPL的表达差异无统计学意义也证实了这一点（P〉0．05）。同样，碱性磷酸酶和茜素红染色也显示了两者相似的成骨分化能力，而且成骨标志物Runx-2、骨桥蛋白和骨钙蛋白的表达差异也无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。SAL组和UAL组的愈合速度明显大于水凝胶组（P〈0．05），SAL和UAL两组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论与传统SAL方法相比，UAL方法可获得相等增殖能力的ADSCs，并用于以细胞疗法为基础的治疗。

对背外侧前额叶皮质(DLPFC)进行经颅直流刺激(tDCS)作为神经精神疾病、阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症的治疗方法已被人们注意到。本研究探讨tDCS诱导的脑内多巴胺和γ氨基丁酸(GABA)水平的变化。这项随机、对照、双盲、交叉研究纳入17名20至26岁的健康右利手日本男性。实验组接受26分钟的tDCS,电流强度为2 mA,作用于DLPFC。在刺激后140分钟内,进行正电子发射断层扫描(PEt)、磁共振成像(MRI)和GABA磁共振波谱(MRS)。至少一个月后,参与者进入另一组,分别接受假刺激或真实的tDCS。利用MEGA-press序列的光谱测量来检测GABA和其他脑代谢产物。将阳极置于左DLPFC上方激活tDCS后,左侧纹状体GABA升高,右侧纹状体GABA中度减少。此外,左DLPFC中的GABA也减少了。PEt分析显示,tDCS后,右纹状体[11C]-雷氯必利结合电位降低(多巴胺释放增加),与左纹状体呈负相关。结论:本研究表明,tDCS的阳极位于左DLPFC上,阴极位于右DLPFC上,显著增加了左侧纹状体的纹状体多巴胺的释放和GABA浓度,这表明tDCS可以调节脑深部结构中的单胺能系统。
