Current efforts in sorghum breeding progra.s a.e exploiting genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) da.a.to provide full-genome sca.s for desired tra.ts. The a.m of this study wa. to utilize GBS a.proa.h for the identifica.ion of genomic regions a.socia.ed with stress response in sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Monech) a.cessions. DNa.sa.ples of twenty sorghum a.cessions, ha.ing different response to drought, were used to prepa.e GBS libra.ies for sequencing. SNPs were ca.led using the Ta.SelGBS pipeline a.d the ta.s tha. present a. lea.t 10 times in the da.a.et were considered a.d a.igned to the reference genome of Sorghum bicolor. The identified SNPs were a.l compa.ed with the published sorghum tra.script rela.ed to stress response gene a.tivity. Overa.l;94.40% ta.s were a.igned a.d 69,736 puta.ive SNPs positions were identified. Bla.t sea.ch revea.ed homology to a.nota.ed hea. a.d drought–tolera.ce a.socia.ed genes which code for a.Pa.es, Peroxida.e, Hydrophobic protein LTI6a. a.ua.orin SIP2-1, a.onita.e hydra.a.e a.d phospha.idylinositol-4-phospha.e-5-kina.e. The phylogeny of the 20 a.cessions wa. constructed using the genera.ed SNPs da.a. Phylogenetic a.a.ysis da.a.showed tha. the phenotypica.ly tolera.t line (el9)?ma.es a.sepa.a.e cluster a.d the sa.e for the a.cessions HSD8653 a.d HSD5612 nea. to the cluster tha. includes most a.cessions with known post-flowering drought tolera.ce (HSD7410, HDS10033, HSD8552, GESHEISH a.d HSD8849). Post-flowering drought sensitive a.cessions (Ta.a., Wa.a.med, HSD6468 a.d HSD6478) formed a.sepa.a.e cluster while the sensitive a.cession HSD9959 a.d the tolera.t a.cessions HSD8511 a.d HSD9566 were distributed between the two clusters. Thus, cluster a.a.ysis confirmed the va.ia.ion a.ong a.cessions in post-flowering drought tolera.ce. With further va.ida.ion, these ma.kers ma. be used for ma.ker a.sisted selection for breeding new sorghum genotypes with stress a.a.ta.ion.

In this pa.er, we present a.deta.led theoretica. study of the three dimensiona. moda. a.a.ysis of compressible fluid within a. ela.tic cylinder. The dispersion equa.ions of flexura., torsiona. a.d longitudina. modes a.e derived by ela.todyna.ic theory a.d the unstea.y Stokes equa.ion. The symbolic softwa.e Ma.hema.ica.is used in order to find the coupled vibra.ion frequencies. The dispersion equa.ion is deduced a.d a.a.ytica.ly solved. The finite element results a.e compa.ed with the present method for va.ida.ion a.d a. a.cepta.le ma.ch between them a.e obta.ned.

Direct conversion of cellulose into 5-hydroxymethylfurfura.(HMF) wa. performed by using single or combined meta. chloride ca.a.ysts in 1-ethyl-3-methylimida.olium chloride(Cl) ionic *** study demonstra.ed forma.ion of 2-furyl hydroxymethyl ketone(FHMK),a.d furfura.(FF) simulta.eously with the forma.ion of *** rea.tion pa.a.eters were a.dressed to optimize yields of fura. deriva.ives produced from cellulose by va.ying rea.tion tempera.ure,time,a.d the type of meta. chloride *** rea.tion by using FeCl3 resulted in 59.9% tota. yield of fura. deriva.ives(HMF,FHMK,a.d FF) from ***3 wa. the most effective ca.a.yst for selective conversion of cellulose into HMF(35.6%) with less concentra.ions of FHMK,a.d *** the yields of fura.s produced from cellulose could be a.hieved via.rea.tions ca.a.yzed by different combina.ions of two meta. *** optimiza.ion wa. ca.ried out to produce tota. fura.s yield 75.9% by using FeCl3/CuCl2 ***3/CuCl2 wa. the most selective combina.ion to convert cellulose into HMF(39.9%) with tota. yield(63.8%) of fura.s produced from the *** tempera.ure a.d time of the ca.a.ytic rea.tion pla.ed a. importa.t role in cellulose conversion,a.d the yields of *** the rea.tion tempera.ure could enha.ce the cellulose conversion a.d HMF yield for short rea.tion time interva.s(5~20 min).
