The task of classifying opinions conveyed in any form of text online is referred to as sentiment *** emergence of social media usage and its spread has given room for sentiment analysis in our daily *** media applications and websites have become the foremost spring of data recycled for reviews for sentimentality in various *** subject matter can be encountered on social media platforms,such as movie product reviews,consumer opinions,and testimonies,among others,which can be used for sentiment *** rapid uncovering of these web contents contains divergence of many benefits like profit-making,which is one of the most vital of them *** to a recent study,81%of consumers conduct online research prior to making a *** the reviews available online are too huge and numerous for human brains to process and ***,machine learning classifiers are one of the prominent tools used to classify sentiment in order to get valuable information for use in companies like hotels,game companies,and so *** the sentiments of people towards different commodities helps to improve the services for contextual promotions,referral systems,and market ***,this study proposes a sentiment-based framework detection to enable the rapid uncovering of opinionated contents of hotel reviews.A Naive Bayes classifier was used to process and analyze the dataset for the detection of the polarity of the *** dataset from Datafiniti’s Business Database obtained from Kaggle was used for the experiments in this *** performance evaluation of the model shows a test accuracy of 96.08%,an F1-score of 96.00%,a precision of 96.00%,and a recall of 96.00%.The results were compared with state-of-the-art classifiers and showed a promising performance andmuch better in terms of performancemetrics.

Weight losing, antihyperlipidemic and cardioprotective effects of the alkaloid fraction of Hunteria umbellata seed extract on normal and triton-induced hyperlipidemic rats

Objective: To investigate the weight losing, antihyperlipidemic and cardioprotective effects of the alkaloid fraction of Hunteria umbellata(H. umbellata) ***: Adult female Wistar rats(weight range: 120-150 g) were randomly divided into 4 and 5 treatment groups in the normal and triton-induced hyperlipidemic models, respectively. and were daily treated for 14 d before they were humanely sacrificed under inhaled diethyl ether anesthesia. About 5 mL of whole blood was obtained by cardiac puncture from each treated rat, from which serum for lipids assay was subsequently separated. Tissue samples of livers of treated rats were harvested and processed for histopathological ***: Repeated daily oral treatments of normal rats with 25 and 50 mg/kg/day of alkaloid fraction of H. umbellata resulted in significant(P<0.05 and P<0.001) and dose-dependent weight loss, and decreases in the serum triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, while significantly(P<0.001) increased the serum levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol fraction. Similarly, oral pre-treatments with 25 and 50 mg/kg/day of alkaloid fraction of H. umbellata for 14 d before induction of hyperlipidemia with triton WR-1339 significantly(P<0.01, P<0.001) and dose-dependently attenuated increases in the average body weights, serum levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol while also significantly(P<0.01, P<0.001) and dose-dependently attenuated significant(P<0.001) decrease in the serum high-density lipoproteincholesterol levels when compared to the untreated control values. However, the results obtained for 50 mg/kg of alkaloid fraction of H. umbellata in both normal and triton WR-1339-induced hyperlipidemic rats were comparable to that recorded for 20 mg/kg of simvastatin. Similarly, oral pretreatments with 25 and 50 mg/kg/day of alkaloid fraction of H. umbellata significantly improved the histological lesions of fatty

The Spectroscopic and Electronic Properties of Dimethylpyrazole and Its Derivatives Using the Experimental and Computational Methods

In this paper the spectroscopic and the geometric properties of four ligands with pyrazole unit are studied at both experimental and computational *** computational results are perfectly in good agreement with the experimental results especially in terms of the IR,1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR *** spectroscopic features as well as the computed properties help to establish the successful synthesis of ligands bdmpzm and *** theoretical and the experimental IR and Raman significantly help in distinguishing the four *** results show that the Raman spectral is better applicable in characterising the CH3deformation,the C-H,CNN and CCNNout of the ligands but vibrations like N-H in dmpz and O-H,CO in bdmpza are observed to be Raman inactive.A significant variations are observed among the two available*N atoms characterising the bidentate features of bdmpzm,bdmpza and bdcpzm which indicates a possible different affinities for metal *** the result suggest that bdmpza will be the best starting material for NLO application than other while bdcpzm is predicted to have potential of been a poor coordinating *** computed variations in the properties of*N atoms that are the characteristic features of their power of coordination can be of immense help since these type of ligands have a wide application in transition metal coordination.

随着科技的不断进步,材料加工、高能量密度物理和惯性约束聚变等工业和科研领域均需要高功率及近衍射极限的高光束质量激光光源。受激布里渊散射相位共轭镜(SBS-PCM)具有自动补偿相位畸变的独特性质,得益于极高的相位共轭保真度,其具有极低的能量损失及纯净的横场模式,这能够有效降低激光系统的规模和成本,研制出高效的高光束质量高功率激光器。然而,在高功率SBS-PCM系统中,由于液体介质吸收产生的大量热积累造成的光学击穿、热对流及热散焦等非线性光学效应导致了输出激光光束质量恶化,相位共轭保真度降低等问题。因此,为解决高功率SBS-PCM系统中出现的上述问题,本文开展了高泵浦功率条件下的旋转楔形镜的SBS-PCM研究。本文基于SBS理论提出了高泵浦功率条件下的旋转楔形镜SBS-PCM。光学击穿和热效应是限制高功率条件下SBS-PCM应用的主要因素。我们通过以下几种方法抑制光学击穿和热效应的发生:第一,选择具有低吸收系数和高光学击穿阈值等特性的电子氟化液FC-770作为高功率SBS-PCM系统的介质;第二,使用孔径为100 nm超滤膜反复多次过滤介质以尽可能降低杂质的吸收;第三,使用长焦距透镜以降低焦点处的功率密度。第四,使用特殊设计的旋转楔形镜。楔形板的设计结果表明,焦斑偏离中心的距离(即旋转半径)取决于激光发散角、楔形镜的倾角和材料折射率。在设计的楔形镜SBS-PCM系统中,我们使焦斑在4 cm的半径范围内旋转360°,这种方法可以将热量分散在较大的区域内,从而减轻了介质池中焦点位置的热效应及光学击穿现象。为了有效地抑制热效应,本文还模拟了介质池中焦点位置的径向热量分布情况。当激光系统的工作时间升至300秒时,在0.65 W和6.5 W的注入功率下,焦点处的平均温度已接近介质的沸点。当注入功率增加至65 W时,平均温度远超过介质的沸点,这会使得SBS-PCM系统的反射能量和相位共轭保真度急剧降低。带有旋转楔形板的高功率SBS-PCM实验重点关注两个参数,一是输出激光脉冲的光束质量,二是系统的能量反射率。实验所用楔形镜的旋转速度是25度/秒,对于未过滤的FC-770,当注入能量为0.5 m J、重复频率为50 Hz时出现了明显的光学击穿。经超滤膜过滤纯化后,SBS-PCM的相位共轭保真度和光束质量明显改善,注入能量增加至6.5 m J,重复频率增加至100 Hz也未观察到光学击穿现象或明显的热效应。因此,带有旋转楔形板的SBS-PCM系统具有较高的相位共轭保真度和稳定性。

Anti oxidative potentials and storage stability of pasteurised mixed fruits juices from pineapple and bitter orange

Humans are daily exposed to free radicals from various sources causing degenerative diseases,but can be prevented by daily intake of natural *** orange is an underutilized anti-oxidants source which can help in curbing degenerative diseases,if its consumption is encouraged by masking its bitterness or sourness with a natural sweetening *** mixed fruits juices from various percentage of bitter orange and pineapple(0:100,25:75,50:50,75:25 and 100:0%)were produced using standard procedures,stored at ambient condition and analyzed monthly for a period of six *** physicochemical properties,antioxidant activities,sensory properties and microbial load were carried out using standard *** obtained were analyzed using *** pH,obrix,titratable acidity,vitamin C,total carotenoid,total antioxidant,DPPH,total phenolic,reducing power ranged from 2.43 to 4.34,10.66-15.40 obrix,0.08-0.86 mg/g,0.10-0.45 mg/g,0.03-0.98 mg/g,0.25-1.01 mg/g,14.95-91.28%,0.10-0.28 mg/g,0.11-1.64 mg/g *** colour,taste,aroma,mouth feel and overall acceptability varied from 6.53 to 7.63,4.42-8.16,6.21-7.47,4.63-7.89 and 5.21-7.89 *** percentage of mixing and length of storage had significant influenced on all the aforementioned parameters at 95%confidence *** sample having 25%of bitter orange and 75%pineapple was the most preferred by panelists,possessing high anti oxidants capacities and better keeping quality,while the quality of the product was acceptable up to 4 months without adding synthetic preservative at room temperature.

This study analyzes the impact of biomass energy,financial development,and economic growth on environmental quality using the novel Fourier autoregressive distributed lag(ARDL)approach on annual data for the period 1965–2018 in the United States(USA).The study analyzes the impact of related variables on the load capacity factor(LCF)as well as on indicators of environmental degradation such as carbon dioxide emissions and ecological *** LCF is one of the most comprehensive environmental indicators to date,encompassing both biocapacity and ecological *** this regard,this study contributes to the environmental economics literature by examining,for the first time,the impact of biomass energy on the *** results of the cointegration test show that there is only a long-run relationship between the LCF and the independent *** to the Fourier ARDL results,biomass energy improves the environmental quality,while financial development has no effect on the ***,the increase in per capita income reduces the ***,since the income elasticity is larger in the long run than in the short-run,the environmental Kuznets curve is ***,the United States government should encourage the use of biomass and investment in this form of energy.

First isolation of glutinol and a bioactive fraction with good antiinflammatory activity from n-hexane fraction of Peltophorum africanum leaf

Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory activity of different fractions and glutinol(isolated compound),using nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase(COX) inhibition as an indication of anti-inflammatory activity,Methods: Anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated using an in vitro assay determining the inhibition of the activity of pro-inflammatory enzyme model,Cyclooxygenases and inducible nitric oxide synthase are crucial enzymes involved in the pathogenesis of many chronic inflammatory conditions,Results: Sub-fraction F3.3 that was derived from n-hexane fraction of PA leaves significantly inhibited(P = 0.01) the catalytic activity of COX-2(IC50 = 0.67 μg/m L) better than isolated compound,glutinol(IC50 = 1.22 μg/m L),compound 2(CP2)(IC50 = 1.71 μg/m L) and sub-fraction F3.3.0(IC50 = 1.30 μg/m L),A similar trend was observed in investigation of the inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis in RAW 264.7 cells by F3.3,glutinol,CP2 and F3.3.0,Inducible COX-2 and inducible nitric oxide synthase are among potent signalling enzymes that exacerbate inflammation,Conclusions: Bioactive sub-fractions(F3.3 and F3.3.0) derived from the n-hexane fraction of PA had good anti-inflammatory activity,and the isolated compound,and glutinol may be useful as a template for the development of new anti-inflammatory drugs.

Artificial neural network model for predicting drill cuttings settling velocity

The traditional method of using the coefficient of drag–Reynolds number relationship to predict cuttings settling velocity involves an implicit procedure that requires repeated,time-consuming and tedious iterations using Newtonian or mostly non-Newtonian ***,these correlations are limited to certain fluid flow ***,most of the explicit and direct cuttings settling velocity models that exist are based on the assumption that the cuttings are spherical ***,in the field,the cuttings are a mixture of various shapes and are hardly spherical,hence these models when applied to field conditions come off with huge *** objective of this work was to use a nature-inspired algorithm(artificial neural network-ANN)to develop a model for estimating cuttings settling velocity that would be robust and useful in the field that would take into account the shape of the *** data used for this work was obtained from research experiments in the *** model was then evaluated using four performance metrics namely:mean squared error(MSE),root mean square error(RMSE),sum of squares error(SSE)and goodness of fit(R2).It was found that the model's predictions obtained in this work agreed with experimental ***,the developed model possesses the capacity to generalize across new input datasets and can be applied to particles of any shape,hence,defining the novelty of this research and bridging the gap between theory and *** compared with state-of-the-art models,the developed models show a high degree of robustness,as the ANN model performed reasonably well with an MSE of 7.5×10−4,an R2 of 0.978,RMSE of 0.0274 and SSE of *** generalize the results across new input datasets,the developed model was cross-validated with new data that was not part of the training *** was found that the ANN model had an MSE value 0.00807,RMSE of 0.0898,MAE of 0.065,SSE of 2.74 and MAPE of 0.675%.To ensure the replicabi

Is pass‑through of the exchange rate to restaurant and hotel prices asymmetric in the US?Role of monetary policy uncertainty

This study examines the exchange rate pass-through to the United States(US)restaurant and hotel prices by incorporating the effect of monetary policy uncertainty over the period 2001:M12 to 2019:*** the nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag(NARDL)model,empirical evidence indicates asymmetric pass-through of exchange rate and monetary policy ***,a stronger pass-through effect is observed during depreciation and a negative shock in monetary policy uncertainty,corroborating asymmetric pass-through *** results further show that a positive shock in energy prices leads to an increase in restaurant and hotel ***,asymmetric causality indicates that a positive shock in the exchange rate causes a positive shock to restaurant and hotel *** found feedback causal effects between positive and negative shocks in monetary policy uncertainty and positive and negative shocks in the exchange ***,we detected a one-way asymmetric causality,flowing from a positive(negative)shock to a positive(negative)shock in energy ***,these findings provide insights for policymakers to achieve low and stable prices in the US restaurant and hotel industry through sound monetary policy *** drivers of restaurant and hotel business in tourism destinations are *** is asymmetric pass-through of exchange rate and monetary policy uncertainty.A stronger pass-through is observed during appreciation and a negative shock to monetary policy *** is asymmetric causality from positive shock in exchange rate to postive shock in restaurant and hotel prices.
