Federated Learning’s Role in Next-Gen TV Ad Optimization

In the rapidly evolving landscape of television advertising,optimizing ad schedules to maximize viewer engagement and revenue has b.come *** methods often operate in silos,limiting the potential insights gained from b.oader data analysis due to concerns over privacy and data *** article introduces a novel approach that leverages Federated Learning(FL)to enhance TV ad schedule optimization,comb.ning the strengths of local optimization techniques with the power of glob.l Machine Learning(ML)models to uncover actionab.e insights without compromising data *** comb.nes linear programming for initial ads scheduling optimization with ML—specifically,a K-Nearest Neighb.rs(KNN)model—for predicting ad spot *** into account the diversity and the difficulty of the ad-scheduling prob.em,we propose a prescriptivepredictive approach in which first the position of the ads is optimized(using Google’s OR-Tools CP-SAT)and then the scheduled position of all ads will b. the result of the optimization ***,this output b.comes the target of a predictive task that predicts the position of new entries b.sed on their characteristics ensuring the implementation of the scheduling at large scale(using KNN,Light Gradient b.osting Machine and Random Forest).Furthermore,we explore the integration of FL to enhance predictive accuracy and strategic insight across different b.oadcasting networks while preserving data *** FL approach resulted in 8750 ads b.ing precisely matched to their optimal category placements,showcasing an alignment with the intended diversity ***,there was a minimal deviation ob.erved,with 1133 ads positioned within a one-category variance from their ideal placement in the original dataset.

b.ckground: Heart failure (HF) is a common clinical syndrome mostly due to the impaired ab.lity of the Left Ventricle (LV) to eject b.ood with reduced cardiac output. Heart failure is called systolic (SHF) if left ventricle ejection fraction on echo-cardiogram is low (LVEF of ≤50%). Aim: To assess the echocardiographic characteristics of patients with SHF with Atrial Fib.illation (AF) and compare with those with Sinus Rhythm (SR) on 12 leads ECG. Furthermore, to evaluate the clinical and b.ochemical markers for the prediction of AF in SHF. Method: Over two years duration, each patient diagnosed with SHF was enrolled in the study (n = 354) b.sed on admission code. AF or sinus rhythm on 12 leads ECG was documented on each patient. Multiple logistic regression analysis was applied to assess the risk ratio of different clinical and Doppler derived variab.es for the development of AF in SHF. Results: Out of the total hospital medical admissions of 14,674 patients, there were 354 patients with diagnosis of SHF, a prevalence of 2.4%. The incidence of AF on ECG was 109 (31%) patients in the whole study population and 245 (69%) in SR. M Mode echocardiogram in patients with SHF and AF compared with those in SR showed significant dilation of LV cavity in systole with LVESD of 5.72 ± 0.63 vs. 5.23 ± 0.76 cm, P b.ain Natriuretic Peptide (b.P) hormone of 723.72 ± 13.45 vs. 686.98 ± 72.57 pg/ml, P b.es for the development of AF in SHF were positive for high b.P > 500 pg/ml of 2.8, history of hypertension of 1.8, history of DM of 1.7, b.I > 28 of 1.4, LV hypertrophy on ECG of 1.3. Short and long term corneal b.omechanical analysis after overnight orthokeratology

AIM: To investigate the short and long term corneal b.omechanical changes after overnight orthokeratology(OK) and compare them with those occurring in sub.ects not wearing contact ***: Retrospective case control study enrolling 54 sub.ects that were divided into three groups 18 sub.ects each: control group(CG), short term(15 nights) OK(STOK) group, and long term(more than 1 y of OK wear) OK(LTOK) group. Corneal b.omechanics were characterized using the Cor Vis? ST system(Oculus), recording parameters such as time [first/second applanation time(AT1, AT2)], speed [velocity of corneal apex at the first/second applanation time(AV1, AV2)], and amplitude of deformation(AD1, AD2) in the first and second corneal flattening, corneal stiffness(SPA1), b.omechanically corrected intraocular pressure(b.IOP) and corneal(Cb.) and tomographic b.omechanical indices(Tb.).RESULTS: Significantly lower AD1 and standard deviate on of Amb.osio’s relational average thickness related to the horizontal profile(ARTh) values were found in the OK groups compared to CG(Pb. were found in STOK and LTOK groups compared to CG(Pb.tween groups were found in integrated radius index(P=0.24), strain stress index(P=0.22), tomographic b.omechanical index(P=0.91) and corneal stif fness parameter(SPA1, P=0.97). Significant inverse correlations were found b.tween corneal thickness and Cb. in STOK(r=-0.90, Pb.omechanical properties, b.t special care should b. taken when analyzing b.omechanical parameters influenced b. corneal thickness such as amplitude of deformation, ARTh or Cb., b.cause they change significantly after treatment b.t mainly due to the reduction and pachymetric progression induced b. the corneal molding secondary to OK treatment.

On the Field Equations of General Relativity

In this work, we examine the geometric character of the field equations of general relativity and propose to formulate relativistic field equations in terms of the Riemann curvature tensor. The resulted relativistic field equations are also integrated into the general framework that we have presented in our previous works that all known classical fields can b. expressed in the same dynamical form. We also discuss a possib.lity to reformulate the field equations of general relativity so that the Ricci curvature tensor and the energy-momentum tensor can appear symmetrically in the field equations without violating the conservation law stated b. the covariant derivative.

A Reformulation of Newton Second Law for Charged Particles and Its Application to Quantum Dynamics

We propose a reformulation of Newton’s second law of motion for charged particles and possib.e applications of the reformulation to quantum dynamics. We show that the negative energy states arising from the Dirac equation in relativistic quantum mechanics can b. verified using the reformulating framework. We also discuss possib.e hidden dynamics underlying the concept of quantum jumps in quantum mechanics as outlined in Schrödinger’s article: ARE THERE QUANTUM JUMPS? In this case, we show that the hidden dynamics of quantum jumps are also determined b. the Coulomb.interaction b.tween charged particles.

A Derivation of the Ricci Flow

In this work, we show that b. restricting to the sub.roup of time-independent coordinate transformations, then it is possib.e to derive the Ricci flow from the b.anchi identities. To achieve this, we first show that the field equations of the gravitational field, the Newton’s second law of classical dynamics, and the Maxwell field equations of the electromagnetic field all share the same mathematical structure. Consequently, the Ricci flow itself may b. regarded as dynamical equations used to describ. physical processes associated with the gravitational field, such as the process of smoothing out irregularities of distrib.tion of matter in space.

In this work, we extend our work on the Heisenberg model of the neutron formulated as a dwarf hydrogen-like atom under the influence of the More General Exponential Screened Coulomb Potential (MGESCP) to show that an atomic nucleus may possess a molecular structure made up of atoms bonding together by a potential used to describe the strong force associated with a generalised Yukawa MGESCP potential. We show that the neutrons and protons are arranged into narrow lattices therefore they may fold to form three-dimensional shells by bonding similar to hydrogen bonding. In particular, the nucleons may form stable structures such as that of fullerenes in which the vertices are occupied by the nucleons which are simply just protons. For example, a nucleus with a total number of 60 nucleons may arrange itself into the topological structure of a buckminsterfullerene. We also apply Schrödinger wave equation with central field approximation to describe the quantum dynamics of nuclei of atomic atoms that now possess the physical structure of a dwarf molecular ion.

Classification of Relativity

In this work, we discuss the possib.lity to classify relativity in accordance with the classification of second order partial differential equations that have b.en applied into the formulation of physical laws in physics. In mathematics, since second order partial differential equations can b. classified into hyperb.lic, elliptic or parab.lic type, therefore we show that it is also possib.e to classify relativity accordingly into hyperb.lic, elliptic or parab.lic type b. estab.ishing coordinate transformations that preserve the forms of these second order partial differential equations. The coordinate transformation that preserves the form of the hyperb.lic equation is the Lorentz transformation and the associated space is the hyperb.lic, or pseudo-Euclidean, relativistic spacetime. Typical equations in physics that comply with hyperb.lic relativity are Maxwell and Dirac equations. The coordinate transformation that preserves the form of the elliptic equation is the modified Lorentz transformation that we have formulated in our work on Euclidean relativity and the associated space is the elliptic, or Euclidean, relativistic spacetime. As we will show in this work, equations that comply with elliptic relativity are the equations that describ. the sub.ields of Maxwell and Dirac field. And the coordinate transformation that preserves the form of the parab.lic equation is the Euclidean transformation consisting of the translation and rotation in the spatial space and the associated space is the parab.lic relativistic spacetime, which is a Euclidean space with a universal time. Typical equations in physics that comply with parab.lic relativity are the diffusion equation, the Schrödinger equation and in particular the diffusion equations that are derived from the four-current defined in terms of the differentiab.e structures of the spacetime manifold, and the Ricci flow.
