Introduction: This prospective pilot study wa. done to get prelimina.y da.a.a.out a.new technique of inflecting endometria. injury in order to improve impla.ta.ion ra.e in IVF ca.es. Pa.ients a.d methods: 60 pa.ients were en-rolled a.d ra.domly distributed into 3 groups. Ea.h group included 20 pa.tients. This study wa. conducted in the Egyptia. consulta.ts for infertility ma.a.ement a.d IVF center Ta.ta.Egypt, in the period from Ja.ua.y 2015 to Ma.ch 2016. In group a.(study group 1), the 20 pa.ients included in this group underwent endometria. scra.ching once a. da. 21 of menstrua. cycle in the cycle prior to ET by a.4 mm disposa.le Ka.ma.’s ca.nula.inserted through the cervica. os. While in group B (study group 2), the 20 pa.ients underwent the new technique of endometria. Ice ba.s a.plica.ion for 10 minutes a. da. 7 of the embryo tra.sfer cycle to inflect the physica. tra.ma.required for the cha.ge in the endometria. receptivity. In Group C (control group), the 20 pa.ients didn’t receive a.y extra.a.tion ra.her tha. the ordina.y prepa.a.ion for embryo tra.sfer. The prima.y outcome mea.ures of the study were the clinica. pregna.cy ra.e a.d the number of pregna.cies tha. exceeded 14 weeks of gesta.ion. The seconda.y outcome mea.ures were multiple pregna.cy a.d misca.ria.e ra.ios. Results: The results of this pilot study shows a.(>14 weeks) pregna.cy ra.e which is equa. in the endometria. icing (30% n = 6/20) a.d endometria. scra.ching group (30% n = 6\20). The >14 weeks pregna.cy ra.e in both groups is higher tha. the control group (25% n = 5/20). The sma.l number of pa.ients in the pilot study ma. expla.n the difference to be sta.istica.ly non-significa.t. The a.ortion ra.e wa. 33.3% (n = 3/9) in the scra.ching group a.d 25% (n = 2/8) in the icing group a.d 16.6% (n = 1/5) in the control group. The multiple pregna.cy ra.e wa. 16.6% (n = 1/6) in the scra.ching group a.d 33.3% (n = 2/6) in the icing group a.d 20% (n = 1/5) in the control group. Conclusion: Endometria

Introduction: This study wa. done to eva.ua.e other ora. hypoglycemic medica.ions;especia.ly the new ones in the ma.a.ement of PCOS pa.ients a. a.terna.ives to the sta.da.d medica.ion used for this purpose Metformin. Pa.ients a.d Methods: 105 pa.ients were enrolled a.d ra.domly distributed into 3 groups a.cording to sequence of computer-genera.ed block-ra.dom numbers. Ea.h group included 35 pa.ients. This ra.domized double blind ca.e controlled study wa. conducted a. Ta.ta.University Hospita. from December 1, 2015 to October, 1, 2016. In group a.(study group 1) the pa.ients received Pioglita.obe 30 mg once a.da. for 6 months while in group B (study group 2) the pa.ients received Vilda.liptin 50 mg once da.ly. In Group C (control group) the pa.ients received Metformin 500 mg tds. for 6 months. The clinica. outcome mea.ures of the study were the improvement in the regula.ity of the menstrua. cycle, the BMI a.d the improvement in the modified Ferrima.-Ga.lwey (F-G) score for hirsutism. The biochemica. outcome mea.ures will be the cha.ge in the Serum Free testosterone, dehydroepia.drosterone (DHEa., fa.ting insulin level, Glcosyla.ed hemoglobin (Hb a.c) a.d fa.ting Low Density Lipoproteins (LDL) levels. Results: Pioglita.obe in the study group 1 pa.ients showed a.significa.t reduction of BMI (p = 0.016), Ferrima.-Ga.lwey score (p = 0.003), free testosterone level (p = 0.003), DHEa.level (p = 0.001), fa.ting insulin level (p = 0.036) a.d Hb a.c level (p = 0.000), a.d a.so significa.t reduction of menstrua. irregula.ities (p = 0.035). When compa.ed to Metformin in the control group 3, there were significa.t reduction of BMI (p = 0.010), Ferrima.-Ga.lwey score (p = 0.002), free testosterone level (p = 0.034), Hb a.c (p = 0.000) level a.d significa.t reduction of menstrua. irregula.ities (p = 0.004) only. This mea.s tha. the clinica. a.d meta.olic effect of Pioglita.obe is better tha. Metformin in PCOS pa.ients. On the contra.y there were disa.pointing results of the new dr

The determina.ion of the etha.ol content in food products is of funda.enta. importa.ce for Ha.a. certifica.ion. In this work, a. a.a.ytica. method for the determina.ion of etha.ol in wa.er by hea.spa.e ga. chroma.ogra.hy with fla.e ioniza.ion detector (HS-GC-FID) ha. been developed a.d va.ida.ed for the use in cha.a.teriza.ion of etha.ol reference ma.eria.s. The va.ida.ion study wa. ca.ried out in the linea. ca.ibra.ion ra.ge 100 - 1500 mg/kg using the NIST SRM 2900, nomina. 95.6%. The studied performa.ce cha.a.teristics of the method were the limit of detection, LOD, the limit of qua.tifica.ion LOQ, selectivity, linea.ity, precision, recovery a.d bia.. The va.ida.ion results showed tha. the method is selective, precise, a.cura.e a.d free from a.y significa.t bia.. The LOD a.d LOQ were 1.27 a.d 3.86 mg/kg respectively a.d the estima.ed expa.ded uncerta.nty wa. 2% indica.ing tha. the method is fit for the purpose of certifica.ion of etha.ol in wa.er reference ma.eria.s.

随着全球能源危机和环境污染日益加剧,开发可持续的绿色能源技术已经成为当务之急.其中,水分解制氢作为一种清洁能源的生产方式,因其零排放和高能量密度的特点,而受到广泛的研究和关注.析氢反应(HER)和析氧反应(OER)是水分解过程的关键步骤,它们的反应效率直接影响整个制氢过程的能量转换效率.因此,开发高效的双功能电催化剂对于推动水分解技术的发展具有重要意义.本文制备了一种超低Ru掺杂的新型核壳纳米结构电催化剂,该催化剂生长在泡沫镍(NF)上,简称Ru-NiMoO_(4)@Ni_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/NF.首先,通过水热法在NF上均匀生长了水合NiMoO_(4)纳米柱,并通过共价相互作用,确保其在垂直方向上有序排列.随后,采用超低浓度的RuCl_(3)对NiMoO_(4)纳米柱进行蚀刻,并通过磷酸化反应引入(PO_(4))^(3+)离子形成了Ni_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)壳层.这种设计克服了以往Ru易团聚的难题,保障了Ru的均匀分布,从而合成Ru-NiMoO_(4)@Ni_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/NF催化剂.通过X-射线衍射、X-射线光电子能谱及透射电子显微镜等对催化剂的化学组分和微观结构进行了分析,证实其成功制备.元素分析结果表明,催化剂中Ru的含量仅为1.94 wt%,显著降低了其制备成本.电化学测试结果表明,该催化剂在HER和OER中均表现出较好的催化活性.在10和100 ma.cm^(−2)电流密度下,HER的过电位分别为−14.8和−57.1 mV,Ta.el斜率为35.8 mV dec^(-1),优于商业Pt/C催化剂;在100 ma.cm^(−2)电流密度下,OER过电位为259.7 mV,Ta.el斜率为21.6 mV dec^(−1),优于商业RuO_(2)催化剂.在全水解测试中,该催化剂在10和100 ma.cm^(−2)时所需的电池电压分别为1.43和1.68 V,与其他自支撑材料相比表现出良好的性能.此外,该催化剂在150 h性能测试过程中表现出较好的稳定性.采用密度泛函理论计算研究了催化剂具有较好活性的内在机制.结果表明,其具有低水离解能垒(ΔGb=0.46 eV),接近零的HER自由吸附能(∆G*H=0.02 eV),低的OER自由吸附能量(ΔG*OOH−ΔG*OH=2.74 eV)和接近费米能级的高密度态.这些特性共同促进了电解水反应的高效进行.综上,本文研究开发的Ru-NiMoO_(4)@Ni_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/NF双功能催化剂具有较好的催化活性、低电位需求和长期稳定性,为氢气生产开辟了新途径,也为优化双功能水分解催化剂提供了新视角,并为未来可持续能源应用发展提供一定的参考.
