Laparoscopy and the.e.a of ART in Une.plaine. Primary Infe.tility: Randomize. Clinical Trial

OBJe.TIVe.: To compare.the.outcome. (e.fe.tive.e.s and safe.y) of laparoscopic surge.y as a tre.tme.t option of une.plaine. primary infe.til-ity with ART. De.IGN: Randomize. prospe.tive.clinical trial. PATIe.TS AND Me.HODS: 536 patie.ts with primary une.plaine. infe.tility diag-nose. by normal hormonal profile.and ovulatory at ovulation te.ting, nor-mal HSG, and normal se.e. analysis we.e.randomize. according to com-pute. base. syste. into: group I, 267 patie.ts we.e.manage. with laparos-copy with aim of diagnosis and tre.tme.t. While.in group II, 269 patie.ts we.e.tre.te. by controlle. ovarian stimulation and IUI up to 3 trials, if faile. ICSI was pe.forme.. We.calculate. cumulative.pre.nancy outcome.afte. two ye.rs for e.ch group. Re.ULTS: In group I, Laparoscopic find-ings we.e.as follow: minimal to mild e.dome.riosis was found in 83 case. (31.1%), mode.ate.to se.e.e.e.dome.riosis 44 case. (16.5%) manage. by adhe.iolysis and ablation-e.cision of e.dome.riotic implants. The.pre.-nancy rate.afte. two ye.rs was 55.4% (46 case.), 38.6% (17 case.) in both re.pe.tive.y, significant pe.iadne.al and pe.vic adhe.ions 41 case. (15.3%) manage. by adhe.iolysis with pre.nancy occurre. in 22 case. (53.7%), while.laparoscopy re.e.le. hypo plastic tube. 33 case. (12.4%), and 66 case. (24.6%) re.aine. une.plaine.. With the.e.pe.tant manage.me.t, pre.nancy rate.was 21.2% (7 case.), and 15.2% (10 case.) re.pe.-tive.y. The.ove.all pre.nancy rate.in group I is 102 case. (38.2%). In group II, 114 case. (42.3) got pre.nant as 27 case. (8.78%) by IUI, and 87 case. (33.52%) by ICSI. OHSS occurre. in 3 case., multiple.pre.nancy occurre. in 13 case., abortion and miscarriage.6 case. in group II, while.2 case. of e.topic pre.nancy in group I, and the.patie.ts of both groups did not suffe. any significant ope.ative.complications. CONCLUSION: Laparoscopy is safe.and e.fe.tive.as a tre.tme.t option in une.plaine. infe.tility and its pe.formance.provide. diagnostic findings which are.valuable.i

Aim: To e.aluate.and compare.the.e.ficacy of me.hotre.ate.inje.tion in manage.e.t of pe.siste.t simple.ovarian cyst ve.sus the.use.of transvaginal ultrasound aspiration alone. Patie.ts and Me.hods: This randomize. controlle. study was conducte. at Tanta Unive.sity Hospitals in the.pe.iod from April 1, 2016 to Octobe. 31, 2016. Patie.ts we.e.randomly allocate. into two groups;e.ch group has 25 patie.ts with be.ign pe.siste.t simple.ovarian cyst. Group I: Patie.ts we.e.subje.te. to transvaginal aspiration of the.cyst. Group II: patie.ts we.e.subje.te. to me.hotre.ate.inje.tion inside.the.cyst. Patie.ts in both group we.e.followe. up at 1, 3, 6 months afte. proce.ure.for the.re.urre.ce.and occurre.ce.spontane.us pre.nancy. Re.ults: The.me.n age.in group I was 28.8 ye.rs, and the.me.n age.in group II was 26.52 ye.rs with non-significant diffe.e.ce. Also the.e.was non-significant diffe.e.ce.be.we.n both groups re.arding size.of the.cyst. No case.re.orde. to have.a cyst re.urre.ce.in group II and four case. in group I within six months with significant diffe.e.ce.(P value.0.037), and the.e.was non-significant diffe.e.ce. as re.ard the.pre.nancy rate.and complications. Conclusion: Transvaginal intra-cystic me.hotre.ate.inje.tion is a safe.and e.fe.tive.choice.for manage.e.t of pe.siste.t simple.be.ign ovarian cyst.

The.aim of this study was to me.sure.conce.trations and distributions of natural radionuclide. occurring in rocks. The.activity conce.trations (Bq·kg-1) of the.naturally occurring radionuclide. 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K in se.i- me.tary rock sample. from e.ste.n De.e.t (Um e.-Hue.at), Nile.Valle. (Ge.e. Owina) and from southwe.t Sinai (Wadi Ghwe.ba) we.e.me.sure. using a high-purity ge.manium de.e.tor. The.sample. unde. inve.tigation (clay, shale.and sandstone. we.e.use. as raw mate.ials in the.construction industry (bricks, ce.amics, ce.e.t, fille.s, e.c.). Though the.se.ime.ts of e.ypt have.alre.dy be.n inve.tigate. in the.ge.logical and mine.alogical aspe.ts, it is ne.e.sary to inve.tigate.the.natural radioactivity in orde. to comple.e.the.r classification. The.ave.age.conce.tration value. of 226Ra, 232Th, 40K in the.surve.e. sample. we.e.47 ± 7 , 21± 5, 393±19 ***-1 (clay); 23 ± 5, 30 ± 6, 563 ± 24 ***-1 (shale.; and 17 ± 4, 14 ± 4, 299 ± 17 ***-1 (sandstone., re.pe.tive.y. All se.ime.t sample. have.radium e.uivale.t activitie. ranging from 55 to 115 Bq·kg-1, lowe. than the.limit se. in the.Oe.D Re.ort (370 Bq·kg-1). The.ove.all me.n outdoor te.re.trial gamma dose.rate. fluctuate.from 28 to 55 nGy·h-1. The.e.te.nal gamma radiation dose.due.to natural radionuclide. pre.e.t in the.sample. have.be.n compute. and compare. with the.global ave.age.. In te.ms of the.radiation safe.y, the.natural radioactivity of the.se.ime.t in e.ypt is be.ow the.re.omme.de. limits of the.gamma dose.rate. The.e.ore. the. can be.use. for all kinds of public buildings.

AIM: To asse.s the.practice.of e.yptian physicians in scre.ning patie.ts for he.atoce.lular carcinoma(HCC). Me.HODS: The.study include. 154 physicians from all ove. e.ypt caring for patie.ts at risk for HCC. The.study was base. on a que.tionnaire.with 20 ite.s. e.ch que.tionnaire.consiste. of two parts:(1) pe.sonal information re.arding the.physician(name. age. spe.ialty and type.of he.lth care.se.ting); and(2) profe.sional e.pe.ie.ce.in the.care.of patie.ts at risk for HCC de.e.opme.t(scre.ning, knowle.ge.about the.cause.and natural course.of live. dise.se. and HCC risk). Re.ULTS: Sixty-e.ght pe.ce.t of doctors with an MD de.re., 48% of doctors with a maste. de.re. or a diploma and 40% of doctors with a Bache.or of Me.icine.
