Background and Aims:Hepatitis B virus(HBV)reactivation is commonly observed in individuals with chronic HBV infection undergoing antineoplastic drug ***(PTX)treatment has been identified as a potential trigger for HBV *** study aimed to uncover the mechanisms of PTX-induced HBV reactivation in vitro and in vivo,which may inform new strategies for HBV antiviral ***:The impact of PTX on HBV replication was assessed through various methods including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,dual-luciferase reporter assay,quantitative real-time PCR,chromatin immunoprecipitation,and immunohistochemical *** sequencing and 16S rRNA sequencing were employed to assess alterations in the transcriptome and microbial diversity in PTX-treated HBV transgenic ***:PTX enhanced the levels of HBV 3.5-kb mRNA,HBV DNA,HBeAg,and HBsAg both in vitro and in *** also promoted the activity of the HBV core promoter and transcription factor *** of AP-1 gene expression markedly suppressed PTX-induced HBV *** sequencing revealed that PTX activated the immune-related signaling networks such as IL-17,NF-􀇉B,and MAPK signaling pathways,with the pivotal common key molecule being *** 16S rRNA sequencing revealed that PTX induced dysbiosis of gut ***:PTX-induced HBV reactivation was likely a synergistic outcome of immune suppression and direct stimulation of HBV replication through the enhancement of HBV core promoter activity mediated by the transcription factor *** findings propose a novel molecular mechanism,underscoring the critical role of AP-1 in PTX-induced HBV reactivation.

Metaheuristic approaches in cloud computing have shown significant results due to theirmulti-objective *** approaches are now considering hybridmetaheuristics combining the relative optimized benefits of two or more algorithms resulting in the least tradeoffs among several *** critical factors such as execution time,throughput time,response time,energy consumption,SLA violations,communication overhead,makespan,and migration time need careful attention while designing such dynamic *** improve such factors,an optimizedmulti-objective hybrid algorithm is being proposed that combines the relative advantages of Cat Swarm Optimization(CSO)with machine learning classifiers such as Support Vector Machine(SVM).The adopted approach is based on SVMone to many classification models of machine learning that performs the classifications of various data format types in the cloud with best *** CSO,grouping phase is used to divide the data files as audio,video,image,and text which is further extended by polynomial Kernel function based on various input features and used for optimized load ***,proposed approach works well and achieved performance efficiency in evaluated QoS metrics such as average energy consumption by 12%,migration time by 9%,and optimization time by 10%,in the presence of competitor baselines.

The trade-in of used merchandise globally is high, as it allows the consumer to satisfy their needs at a lesser *** the category grows over time, the quality requirement and assurance are also increasing and supported with relevant quality *** understanding the quality certification in used merchandise, the paper explores the evolutionary process of the *** research attempts to create an evolutionary game model encompassing retailers and consumers trading used ***, the model used for the analysis assumes that retailers have examined and repair the（E and R） capability of the used *** model suggests that purchase and selling prices do not affect the stable evolutionary strategy（ESS）;however, the cost of quality certification significantly impacts the *** E and R capability of retailers impact the transaction as it reduces the price of used *** transaction cost and utility of the merchandise are motivating factors for the used *** on the research outcomes, government regulators should participate in the used merchandise transaction by providing a low-cost quality *** governmental authorities should intercede to offer a fair environment for both retailers and consumers and earn revenue as a minimum fee on the transaction.

Comparative Study on Quantitative and Qualitative Characters of Different Oat (<i>Avena sativa</i>L.) Genotypes under Agro-Climatic Conditions of Sargodha, Pakistan

An experiment was conducted to compare the forage yield and qualify of oat (Avena sativa L.) genotypes (F-413, SGD-46, F-408, F-301, SGD-2011, SGD-3, SGD-37, SGD-40, SGD-5 and S-2000) at Fodder Research Institute, Sargodha, Pakistan during the year 2011 to 2012. Experiment was laid out in randomized complete block design (RCBD) having three replications and a net plot of size 1.6 × 5 m. The varieties were differed significantly (P ≤ 0.05) in yield, growth and quality parameters. The variety SGD-40 produced significantly higher green forage yield (80.00 t·ha-1) and dry matter yield (10.95 t·ha-1) than other varieties due to taller plants (145.73 cm), more number of tillers (7.78 m-2) and leaf area per plant (95.08 cm2). It also had the highest crude protein percentage (13.84%). Correlation analysis of quantitative and qualitative characters indicated the strongly positive association of green forage yield with dry matter, crude protein and ash content. While green forage yield was negatively correlated with the number of tillers per plant, keeping in view both forage yield and crude protein contents the genotype SGD-40 grown under the condition of Sargodha (Pakistan).

Tumor metastasis represents the main causes of cancer-related *** recent study showed that chemokine CCL18 secreted from tumor-associated macrophages regulates breast tumor metastasis,but the underlying mechanisms remain less ***, we show that ARF6 GTPase-activating protein ACAP4 regulates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration via the acetyltransferase PCAF-mediated ***18 stimulation elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion via PCAF-dependent ***4 physically interacts with PCAF and is a cognate substrate of PCAF during CCL18 *** acetylation site of ACAP4 by PCAF was mapped to Lys311 by mass spectrometric ***,dynamic acetylation of ACAP4 is essential for CCL18-induced breast cancer cell migration and invasion,as overexpression of the persistent acetylation-mimicking or nonacetylatable ACAP4 mutant blocked CCL18-elicited cell migration and ***,the acetylation of ACAP4 at Lys311 reduced the lipid-binding activity of ACAP4 to ensure a robust and dynamic cycling of ARF6-ACAP4 complex with plasma membrane in response to CCL18 ***,these results present a previously undefined mechanism by which CCL18-elicited acetylation of the PH domain controls dynamic interaction between ACAP4 and plasma membrane during breast cancer cell migration and invasion.
