Introduction: Spondyloarthritis (SpA) comprises a group of chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases characterized by predominant axial involvement. These include ankylosing spondylitis (AS), reactive arthritis (ReA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), arthritis associated with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), SAPHO syndrome (Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis, and Osteitis), juvenile spondyloarthritis (JSPA), and undifferentiated SpA. Their exact cause is unknown but is believed to stem from a combination of factors. The first familial forms were described by de Blécourt et al. in 1961. The objective was to evaluate the epidemiological, clinical, therapeutic and evolutionary aspects of familial forms of SpA and in particular, to prove the severity of the disease in family members compared to index cases in the rheumatology department of the Aristide Le Dantec University Hospital in Dakar. Methodology: This was a prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive study with an analytical aim on patients with the familial form of spondyloarthritis defined by the existence of at least one other family member with SpA outside the propositus, collected within the Aristide Le Dantec rheumatology department in Dakar over a period of 10 years between January 2012 and December 2021. There were two phases of study, the first of which consisted of collecting index cases with miserly SpA and the second of which consisted of family screening after consent. The data analysed were epidemiological, clinical, paraclinical, therapeutic and evolving. Results: Out of 100 families of 1905 members, 667 SpA patients included, i.e. a prevalence of 35%, including 225 (33.73%) men and 412 women (61.17%), i.e. a ratio of 1.8. The mean age at diagnosis among relatives was 26.3 years (range 13 and 80 years), 47.14 years among the propositus, in whom the mean age at onset was 36.26 years and that of relatives 49.9 years in the first degree, 15 years in the second degree and 1 year in the third degree.

RMB Exchange Rate Variation of China World Trade

This study traces the impact between the variability of the RMB exchange rate and the global Chinese trade. The main objective of this research is to present the dominating links and interactions of the relationship and to examine-with advanced econometrics tools-the significance between the volatility of the exchange rate of RMB and Chinese imports and exports. It will be made a statement about the alternative exchange policy in China since 1994. After the founding of New China, several economic policies have been undertaken on behalf of the exchange rate of the Chinese currency. In this connection we will analyze China's exchange rate:The changes since 1994 until 2005 (from a fixed exchange rate system of the RMB) and progressively, from the 21st July 2005, moved to a floating exchange rate system. Finally it will be evaluated, if the RMB fluctuations are more in line with the current economic policy under the premises of a floating exchange *** is a doctrinal controversy in the literature about the volatility of the exchange rate of RMB impact on international trade. Hence the literature does not allow us to conclude in mutual agreement. Therefore we will make clear definitions in this research and, based on empirical investigation, we will determine the impact of the rate of China's currency. Prediction of selected biodiesel fuel properties using artificial neural network

Biodiesel is an alternative fuel to replace fossil- based diesel fuel. It has fuel properties similar to diesel which are generally determined experimentally. The experimental determination of various properties of biodiesel is costly, time consuming and a tedious process. To solve these problems, artificial neural network （ANN） has been considered as a vital tool for estimating the fuel properties of biodiesel, especially from its fatty acid （FA） composition. In this study, four ANNs have been designed and trained to predict the cetane number （CN）, flash point （FP）, kinematic viscosity （KV） and density of biodiesel using ANN with logsig and purelin transfer functions in the hidden layer of all the networks. The five most prevalent FAs from 55 feedstocks found in the literature utilized as the input parameters for the model are palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and linolenie acids except for density network with a sixth parameter （temperature）. Other FAs that are present in the biodiesels have been considered based on the number of carbon atom chains and the level of saturation. From this study, the prediction accuracy and the average absolute deviation of the networks are CN （96.69%; 1.637%）, KV （95.80%; 1.638%）, FP （99.07%; 0.997%） and density （99.40%; 0.101%）. These values are reasonably better compared to previous studies on empirical correlations and ANN predictions of these fuel properties found in literature. Hence, the present study demonstrates the ability of ANN model to predict fuel properties of biodiesel with high accuracy.

Trauma to the male genitalia is not very common and mainly affects a young population. There is probably a particular instinct in men to defend their external genitalia;indeed, in the flaccid state, the penis is little exposed, and fairly well protected and its mobility allows it to move with the impact of trauma and thus reduce the vulnating force. Open trauma is rare, as is testicular dislocation, the most common being closed trauma. Testicular trauma is an uncommon accident that affects young people. Trauma is most often caused by road and traffic accidents. Animal bites are rare, as is genital self-mutilation related to a psychiatric disorder. Surgical exploration is the rule except in cases of moderate testicular trauma. Our objective was to report our experience in an emergency context where treatment is poorly codified and to review the literature. We recorded four patients with external genitalia trauma managed in the urology department from April 2013 to March 2022. Our patients were children with open genitalia trauma following a traffic accident, scrotal injuries were encountered in three patients, and additional penile injuries in one patient. All patients were treated surgically. The follow-up was straightforward.

Numerous mantle xenoliths 6–12 cm in size and sub-angular to rounded in shape occur within Mio-Pliocene basanite lavas of the monogenic volcano of HosséréSédé in the adamawa *** of spinel lherzolite exhibit protogranular,equigranular or porphyroclastic *** chemical analyses show that olivine is highly magnesian(Fo_(88-90)),clinopyroxene crystals are diopside and augite(Wo_(41.6–49.6)En_(45.3–53.7)Fs_(4.2–6.2)),orthopyroxene crystals are enstatite(Wo 1.4–1.5 En_(88.6–89.0)Fs_(9.6–9.9))and spinel crystals are mainly Al-spinel associ-ated to minor *** temperatures and pressures through empirical formulas show that HosséréSédé noliths have equilibrated between 1085 and 1204℃and 1.08 to 1.57 GPa,corresponding to sampling depths of 36 and 52 *** petrographical and mineral chemistry of HosséréSédénoliths evidences the com-plex nature and composition of the subcontinental lithosphere under the adamawa *** may involve a probable uplift of the whole area after a limited exten-sional event,possible metasomatism through melt infiltration during shearing of the lithospheric mantle along the Pan African strike-slip fault system.

Inappropriate management of municipal solid waste dumpsites is a major cause of groundwater contamination in developing countries,but the extent of the problem is not *** study investigated groundwater quality in the vicinity of Olusosun dumpsite in Lagos,Nigeria,the most populous city in sub-Saharan *** 2020,monthly groundwater samples were collected in 17 wells and boreholes used as drinking water sources,and analysed for 20 physico-chemical *** between sites and seasons were statistically assessed,together with changes in water quality index(WQI).The results indicated that heavy metals(Pb^(2+),Ni^(+),Mn^(2+),Fe^(2+),Cr^(6+)),cations(Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),K^(+)),total hardness and pH were the main parameters impairing water *** water quality standards from both the World Health Organization and Nigeria government were exceeded more often in the wet season than in the dry *** groundwater properties were negatively correlated with distance to dumpsite(e.g.,Fe^(2+),Pb^(2+),NO_(3)^(−)).Significant differences between sites were identified,but with no clear spatial *** varied from excellent(6%-24%of the sites over the study period)to unsuitable for drinking water purposes(12%-18%),with good quality prevailing at most sites(35%-47%).Although groundwater quality declined at 24%of the sites over 2020,the results indicated improvements compared with previous *** strategies must be implemented to safeguard public health and the sustainability of water resources.

Effects of Dissipative Terms on Dissipative Soliton Resonance Curve

Dissipative soliton resonance (DSR) is a phenomenon where the energy of a soliton in a dissipative system increases without limit at certain values of the system parameters. Using the method of collective variable approach, we have found an approximate relation between the parameters of the normalized complex cubic-quintic Ginzburg-Landau equation where the resonance manifests itself. Comparisons between the results obtained by collective variable approach, and those obtained by the method of moments show good qualitative agreement. This choice also helps to see the influence of the active terms on the resonance curve, so can be very useful in constructing passively mode-locked laser that generate solitons with the highest possible energies.

LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon geochronology and Hf isotope, geochemistry and kinetics of the Daxigou anorthosite from Kuruqtagh block, NW China

Kuruqtagh block is the best area for Precambrian geology in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, NW China, since it exposed complete Precambrian lithology units. The study of this ancient base will deepen the understanding of the Precambrian evolution of the Tarim Basin. In this paper, we studied the petrology, geochemistry, zircon LA-ICPMS U-Pb chronology and zircon Hf isotope of Daxigou anorthosite(DA) which is located at the northern margin of Tarim craton and discussed the rock formation, tectonic and geological significance. Zircons from the intrusions display oscillatory zoning and high Th/U ratios(0.39–1.35), implying their magmatic origin. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results indicate that they formed during the Paleoproterozoic age with the weighted 206Pb/238 U average age of 1818±9 Ma, which is significantly different from former's Neoproterozoic age, and is coincidentally identical with its associated syenite granite age within the error range. Studies on petrogeochemistry suggest that DA belongs to medium-sodium peraluminous alkaline type, rich in Pb, La, Th and LILE, and poor in HFSE(Gd, Nd, and Ta). The chondrite-normalized REE pattern is slightly to the right form. The average ∑REE is 317.2×10-6; HREE show moderate fractionation [average LREE/HREE is 14.71, average(La/Yb)N is 24.77; average(La/Sm)N is 3.85, and average(Gd/Yb)N is 3.46]; and the δEu and δCe are not obvious. Their initial Hf isotope ratios and Hf two-stage model ages range from-6.6 to-4.43 and 2.63 to 2.74 Ga, respectively. Taken together, it is suggested that Daxigou anorthosite is a typical volcanic anorthosite and its primary magma could be contaminated by the partial melt Neoarchaean crust and mainly formed in the arc environment, which recoded the tectonic-magma activities response of the Tarim refers to the amalgamation of the supercontinent Columbia.
