The interaction of high-power laser pulses with undercritical foams produced by different techniques but with the same average density is studied at the PALS laser *** spatial-temporal evolution of X-ray emission is observed using an X-ray streak camera,electron and ion temperatures are measured by X-ray spectroscopy,and hot-electron production is characterized by monochromatic X-ray *** of a femtosecond laser probe pulse through foams is observed in the near and far *** spite of large differences in pore size and foam structure,the velocity of ionization front propagation is quite similar for all the foams studied and is slower than that in a homogeneous material of the same average *** ion temperature in the plasma behind the ionization front is a few times higher than the electron ***-electron production in plastic foams with small pores is strongly suppressed compared with that in solid targets,whereas in foams produced by additive manufacturing,it is significantly increased to the level observed in bare copper foil targets.

Junction properties and conduction mechanism of new terbium complexes with triethylene glycol ligand for potential application in organic electronic device

Terbium-picrate triethylene glycol（EO3-Tb-Pic） complex was prepared in thin film and single layer device structure of ITO/EO3-Tb-Pic/Al, using spin coating technique. The UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy analysis was performed to evaluate the electronic molecular transition of the complex. The optical band gap, Eg estimated from the Tauc model revealed that EO3-Tb-Pic thin film exhibited a direct transition with Eg of 2.70 eV. The electronic parameters of the ITO/EO3-Tb-Pic/Al device such as the ideality factor n, barrier height Φb, saturation current Io, and series resistance rs, were extracted from the conventional lnI-V, Cheung＇s functions and Norde＇s method. It was found that the evaluated parameters calculated from Norde＇s and Cheung＇s methods were consistent with those calculated from the conventional I-V method. In the double logarithmic I-V plot, three distinct regions based on the slope were identified, and the conduction mechanisms were discussed and explained. The mobility, μ value was estimated from SCLC region as 2.58×10^–7 cm2/（V·s）. This newly obtained lanthanide complex may be potentially utilized in electronic devices.

Operation power consumption and verification tests of a trenching device for orchards in Xinjiang based on discrete element

According to the agronomic requirements of orchard planting pattern and fertilization in Xinjiang,the soil particle models and a soil-trenching device interaction model were established by using discrete element simulation software in order to find out the law of influence of structure parameters and working parameters on the operation power consumption of a segmented cutting trenching device;moreover,its cutting process was simulated according to the response surface test *** to the results of research on the influence of forward speed,cutter disk speed and cutter disk combination on the operation power consumption of the segmented cutting trenching device,the law of their influence on the operation power consumption in descending order is forward speed,cutter disk combination,cutter disk *** to the response surface test result,the following influential factor parameter combination has been obtained:forward speed 815 m/h,cutter disk speed 112 r/min,cutter disk combination A(cut angle 150°,bent angle 60°and working width 133 mm),cutter disk combination B(cut angle 180°,bent angle 90°and working width 166 mm),and trenching operation power consumption-optimization results were verified through field *** to the verification,the results showed a high accuracy of the simulation,with a relative error mean of 3.18%between the theoretical value and the field test *** study can provide a reference for the energy-saving design of orchard trenching devices.

Optimal combination of the correction model and parameters for the precision geometric correction of UAV hyperspectral images

Nowadays,with the rapid development of quantitative remote sensing represented by high-resolution UAV hyperspectral remote sensing observation technology,people have put forward higher requirements for the rapid preprocessing and geometric correction accuracy of hyperspectral *** optimal geometric correction model and parameter combination of UAV hyperspectral images need to be determined to reduce unnecessary waste of time in the preprocessing and provide high-precision data support for the application of UAV hyperspectral *** this study,the geometric correction accuracy under various geometric correction models(including affine transformation model,local triangulation model,polynomial model,direct linear transformation model,and rational function model)and resampling methods(including nearest neighbor resampling method,bilinear interpolation resampling method,and cubic convolution resampling method)were ***,the distribution,number,and accuracy of control points were analyzed based on the control variable method,and precise ground control points(GCPs)were *** results showed that the average geometric positioning error of UAV hyperspectral images(at 80 m altitude AGL)without geometric correction was as high as 3.4041 m(about 65 pixels).The optimal geometric correction model and parameter combination of the UAV hyperspectral image(at 80 m altitude AGL)used a local triangulation model,adopted a bilinear interpolation resampling method,and selected 12 edgemiddle distributed *** correction accuracy could reach 0.0493 m(less than one pixel).This study provides a reference for the geometric correction of UAV hyperspectral images.

Design and parameter optimization of spiral-dragon type straw chopping test rig

In order to address the problems of large chop length,high energy consumption and poor chopping effect that were associated with a horizontal total mixed rations(Tmr)mixer,a straw chopping device was designed;further,its structure and working principle were *** this study,wheat straw was chosen as the test *** number of processing times,number of fixed blades,cutting speed,number of tooth plates and the inclined angle of the box were considered as the test *** standard straw length rate and average power were used as evaluation indices for conducting the orthogonal rotation combination experiment with five factors and five levels of quadratic *** experimental results denoted that the order of influencing factors on the standard straw length rate can be given as follows:the number of processing times,number of fixed blades,cutting speed,number of tooth plates and inclined angle of the *** order of the influence of each factor on the average power can be given as follows:the cutting speed,number of fixed blades and number of tooth ***,the optimum structural and working parameters of the device can be determined as follows:linear cutting speed of 17-20 m/min,box inclined angle of 70°-80°,20-23 fixed blades,5-6 processing times and 4-7 tooth *** such a circumstance,the standard straw length rate reached up to 70.5%-77.4%and the average power was low at 5.8-7 *** results can be used as reference for designing a chopping device for a Tmr mixer.

Innovative superheated steam impingement blanching(SSIB)enhances drying rate and quality attributes of line pepper

Blanching is an essential step before processing of agricultural products as it can inactivate enzymes that cause undesirable *** current work the effects of superheated steam impingement blanching(SSIB)time and temperature on drying characteristics and red pigments content of line pepper were *** showed that after a 3-min SSIB pretreatment at 110℃ the pepper epidermis covered with wax coat was *** addition,the drying time was extensively decreased and the loss of red pigments of dried products was *** showed that the whole drying process took place in the falling rate period,which indicated that diffusion was the dominant physical mechanism governing moisture movement in the ***,the second Fick’s law of diffusion was used to determine the effective moisture diffusivity(Deff)of line pepper,which increased from 1.193×10^-10 to 3.128×10^-10 m^2/s with increasing of the drying temperature and air *** drying activation energy(Ea)of pretreated samples was 34.31 kJ/mol,which decreased by 3% compared with the non-pretreatment *** findings of this work indicate that SSIB is very promising pretreatment technique as it not only enhances drying process but also improves bioactive substance preservation of red pepper.

The cultivated area of jujube in Xinjiang has increased rapidly in recent *** the jujube harvest by hand has the shortage of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost,in addition,the harvesting machinery applying to dwarf and dense planting mode of jujubes is unavailable in *** 4ZZ-4A2 based on the full-hydraulic self-propelled jujube harvester was designed to solve the above *** harvester was mainly composed of a frame,a vibrating device,a jujube collecting and conveying device,an air separation device,a steering system,a hydraulic system and a jujube suction device and was capable of completing vibration,collection,conveying,cleaning and sundries removal work of jujubes through one *** jujubes dropped on the ground were picked up at the same *** AmESim simulation software was adopted to perform simulation analysis on the overall hydraulic *** results showed that the speed of the vibrating motor was stable at about 650 r/min(the corresponding vibration frequency is 10.83 Hz)with the torque of 80 N·m,the speed of the conveyor motor was stable at 77 r/min with the torque of 77 N·m;the speed of the fan motor was stable at 54 r/min with the torque of 53.6 N·m;the speed of the walking motor fluctuated around 100 r/min with the torque of about 1000 N·m;the hydraulic steering system responded rapidly and could satisfy the actual working requirements of the jujube *** jujube garden test results showed that the harvester could reach to the optimum harvesting effect when running at the speed of 0.5 m/*** such speed,the ground jujube picking rate was 45.1%,the tree jujube harvesting rate was 93.2%,the loss rate was 2.9%,and the damage rate was 0.9%.This study can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the jujube harvester.

Acarine ectoparasites of Panti Forest reserve in Johore,malaysia

Objective:To identify the presence of acarine ectoparasites and determine whether there is any potential public health risk in Panti Forest reserve,Johore,***:Trapping of animals and avifauna was conducted simultaneously along 5 expedition trails using 150 wire traps,10 harp traps and 30 mist nets for 6 consecutive nights.A total of 140 animals consisting of 7 species of birds,19 species of bats,6 species of rodents and 1 species of tree-shrew as well as 8 myriapods were ***:Infestation rates of ticks,mesostigmatid mites and chiggers on animals examined were 24.3%,28.6%and 27.9%,*** on bats was low(1.5%) and none occurred on *** of ticks extracted were at immature stages(78.9%). Genera of ticks on animals were Amblyomma,Dermacentor,Haemaphysalis and *** granulatus was the only species of licks identified from the *** of ticks under vegetation revealed 54%adults leading to identification of 3 species of ticks.A total of 7 species of mesostigmatid mites were found.6 species were on rodent,maxomys mrifer and another one species,Laelaps nuttalli was found only on Leopoldamys *** sanguisugus was the only mesostigmatid found infesting *** genera of chiggers were *** this,5 genera were on rodents,4 genera on tree-shrews and 1 genus on a ***:A total of 16 genera,2 sub-genus and 14 species of acarine ectoparasites were found in this area. Findings of the survey demonstrate the presence of three spesies of acarine ectoparasites which have potential health risk *** granulalus,Laelaps nuttalli and Leptotrombidium deliense.

Structural and molecular features of intestinal strictures in rats with Crohn's-like disease

AIm: To develop a new rat model we wanted to gain a better understanding of stricture formation in Crohn’s disease (CD).mETHODS: Chronic colitis was induced locally by the administration of 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS). The relapsing inflammation characteristic to CD was mimicked by repeated TNBS treatments. Animals were randomly divided into control, once, twice and three times TNBS-treated groups. Control animals received an enema of saline. Tissue samples were taken from the strictured colonic segments and also adjacent proximally and distally to its 60, 90 or 120 d after the last TNBS or saline administrations. The frequency and macroscopic extent of the strictures were measured on digital photographs. The structural features of strictured gut wall were studied by light- and electron microscopy. Inflammation related alterations in TGF-beta 2 and 3, matrix metalloproteinases 9 (mmP9) and TImP1 mrNA and protein expression were determined by quantitative real-time PCr and western blot analysis. The quantitative distribution of caspase 9 was determined by post-embedding ***: Intestinal strictures first appeared 60 d after TNBS treatments and the frequency of them increased up to day 120. From day 90 an intact lamina epithelialis, reversible thickening of lamina muscularis mucosae and irreversible thickening of the muscularis externa were demonstrated in the strictured colonic segments. Nevertheless the morphological signs of apoptosis were frequently seen and excess extracellular matrix deposition was recorded between smooth muscle cells (SmCs). Enhanced caspase 9 expression on day 90 in the SmCs and on day 120 also in myenteric neurons indicated the induction of apoptosis. The mrNA expression profile of TGF-betas after repeated TNBS doses was characteristic to CD, TGF-beta 2, but not TGF-beta 3 was up-regulated. In order to solve the problem of low productivity,unqualified segment length and high energy consumption during the process of crushing square bale straw caused by improper operation parameters,a 9FF square bale straw crusher was *** this study,by taking maize straw as the test material,the feeding speed,spindle speed of the crushing device and the state of the crushing device were taken as influence factors,and standard straw length rate,productivity per net working hour(hereinafter referred to as NWH)and energy consumption per ton of product as test indicators,the influence of the factors on the indicators were studied,and tests were carried out on the process of square bale straw *** adopting the single factor test on the effect of the feeding speed,the spindle speed of the crushing device and the state of the crushing device on the test indicators,the suitable range of each factor was determined,*** the orthogonal test method,range method,variance method and comprehensive balance method,the experiment analyzed the significance of the influence of the three factors on various indicators and the order of *** test results showed that:the feeding speed was 5 m/min,spindle speed was 3000 r/min,and the state of the crushing device was a mixing cutter hammer,which was the best parameter combination(A1B1C1)for the processing technology of the square bale forage *** standard straw length rate was 93.7%,and the productivity per NWH was 2.80 t/h,with energy consumption per ton of 4.72 kW·h/t,in which the standard straw length rate and productivity per NWH reached optimal values,and the energy consumption per ton of product was slightly higher than the optimal value in the *** research results can provide a reference for the optimal design of the special crusher for square bale straw.
