Skin cancer,a prevalent malignancy worldwide,poses significant health concerns owing to its increasing ***,a natural cellular process,is a pivotal event in skin cancer and has advantageous and detrimental *** duality has prompted extensive investigations into medical interventions targeting autophagy modulation for their substantial therapeutic *** systematic review aimed to investigate the relationship between skin cancer and autophagy and the contribution and mechanism of autophagy modulators in skin *** outlined the effectiveness and safety of targeting autophagy as a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of skin *** comprehensive review identified a diverse array of autophagy modulators with promising potential for the treatment of skin *** of these compounds demonstrates efficacy through distinct physiological mechanisms that have been elucidated in ***,findings from a literature search indicated that none of the natural,synthetic,or semisynthetic compounds exhibited notable adverse effects in either human or animal ***,this review offers novel mechanistic and therapeutic perspectives on the targeted modulation of autophagy in skin cancer.

The grid environment is a dynamic,heterogeneous,and changeable computing system that distributes various services amongst different *** attain the benefits of collaborative resource sharing in Grid computing,a novel and proficient grid resource management system(RMS)is ***,detection of an appropriate resource for the presented task is a difficult *** scientists have presented algorithms for mapping tasks to the *** of them focus on fault tolerance,user fulfillment,and load *** this motivation,this study designs an intelligent grid scheduling scheme using deer hunting optimization algorithm(DHOA),called IGSS-DHOA which schedules in such a way that the makespan gets minimized in the grid *** IGSS-DHOA technique is mainly based on the hunting nature of humans toward *** also derives an objective function with candidate solution(schedule)as input and the outcome is the makespan value denoting the quality of the candidate *** simulation results highlighted the supremacy of the IGSS-DHOA technique over the recent state of art techniques with the minimal average processing cost of 31717.9.

Oleuropein from Olive Leaf Extract as Natural Antioxidant of Frozen Hamburger

Oxidation is one of the major causes of hamburger deterioration. Antioxidants are used to minimize oxidation process. There is a growing interest in the substitution of synthetic food antioxidants by natural ones from vegetable sources. In meat industry, sodium erythorbate is antioxidant that is usually used and is an example of chemical antioxidant. Effect of olive leaf extract rich in olenropein on the quality of frozen hamburger was investigated. The objective of this study was to evaluate the usage of oleuropein from olive leaf extract as natural antioxidant in frozen hamburger stored at -12 ℃ compared with sodium erythorbate. Results suggested that olive leaf extracts might be useful to the meat industry as an efficient alternative to synthetic antioxidants by retarding oxidation of hamburger compared with sodium erythorbate 0.5% of olenropein and 0.5% of sodium erythorbate are the best concentrations to be used in frozen hamburger.
