Bioinformatics Analysis of Disease Resistance Gene PR1 and Its Genetic Transformation in Soybeans and Cultivation of Multi-resistant Materials

In agricultural production,a single insect-resistant and disease-resistant variety can no longer meet the *** this study,the expression vector pCAMBIA-3301-PR1 containing the disease-resistant gene PR1 was constructed by means of genetic engineering,and the PR1 gene was genetically transformed to contain the PR1 gene through the pollen tube *** CryAb-8Like transgenic high-generation T7 receptor soybean,a new material that is resistant to insects and diseases is *** T2 transformed plants,routine PCR detection,Southern Blot hybridization,fluorescence quantitative PCR detection,indoor and outdoor pest resistance identification and indoor disease resistance identification were *** results showed that there were 9 positive plants in the routine PCR test of T2 *** Southern Blot hybridization,both PR1 and CryAb-8Like genes are integrated in soybeans in the form of single *** quantitative PCR showed that the expression levels of PR1 and CryAb-8Like genes are different in different *** average expression levels of PR1 gene in plant roots,stems,and leaves are 2.88,1.54,and 5.26,***-8Like genes are found in roots,stems,and *** average expression levels were 1.36,1.39,and 4.25,*** insectivorous rate of the CryAb-8Like gene in outdoor plants with positive insect resistance identification was 3.78%.The disc partition method was used indoors for pest resistance identification,and the bud length of transformed plants increased *** average mortality rate of untransformed plants in indoor disease resistance identification was as high as 56.66%,and the average mortality rate of plants transformed with PR1 gene was 10.00%,and disease resistance was significantly ***,a new material with resistance to diseases and insects is obtained.

Evaluation of Beta-Lactam Antibiotics on the Regeneration of Peanut Plants and Their Inhibitory Effect on Agrobacterium Growth

The effect of beta-lactam antibiotics on shoot induction and plantlet regeneration from cotyledonary nodes was tested using two peanut *** culture media contained 4 mg/L 6-benzylaminopurine(BAP)as the main growth *** concentrations(100–600 mg/L)of cefotaxime,carbenicillin,and timentin were applied in the culture *** all the tested media,there were no significant differences in the shoot induction as compared to the ***,little phytotoxic effect was observed at higher concentrations of these antibiotics in the shoot elongation *** shoot elongation medium,shoots turned brownish and partly died at higher concentrations where shooting rates were not affected by the *** cefotaxime,timentin,and carbenicillin-containing media,levels of antibiotics greater than 400,300,and 200 mg/L,respectively resulted in the brown coloration of ***,the mean shoot number and shoot weight significantly decreased as their dosage *** results indicate that maximum levels of antibiotics have an adverse effect on the growth and development of ***,cefotaxime(100–300 mg/L)and timentin(100–300 mg/L)will be sufficient in controlling Agrobacterium growth in the culture media with the least phytotoxic effect on the peanut plants.

Physical properties of sandstone reservoirs: Implication for fluid mobility

Core samples representing depths of hydrocarbon-bearing zones are not readily accessible for reservoir *** the other hand,wireline logs with incorporated seismic data,which can be archived over a more extended period while retaining their original forms,are typically more available for research ***,the study relies on wireline logs with seismic data to predict the reservoirs'fluid mobility by evaluating the hydraulic(flow)units,reservoir depths,fluid saturations,and geothermal *** also indicates the associated water cut(C_(w))within Ritchie oil and gas field,Niger Delta considering a three-phase(oil-gas-water-bearing)reservoir(R_(A))and an oil-saturated reservoir(R_(B))delineated across three wells(R_(W1),R_(W2) and R_(W3)).Research activities combining the presented factors to achieve the stated objectives are not quite common within the study *** shows lower,average and upper limits of the flow unit factors and irreducible water saturation(S_(wirr))within the *** study shows the relationship between hydraulic units/fluid saturations and fluid mobility/associated C_(w) within the sandstone *** maximises porosity(Ф)for the theoretical flow units'prediction during qualitative and quantitative estimation based on the adopted ***,the study reveals that water saturation(S_(w))and hydrocarbon/water ratios substantially control C_(w),and other contributing factors include thermal gradients and S_(wirr).The flow unit factors are also significant and will encourage fluid *** evaluated reservoirs(R_(A) and R_(B))are below 10400 ft(3170 m)across wells R_(W1),R_(W2) and R_(W3) within the Agbada Formation of a geothermal gradient up to 2.7℃/100 m;therefore,they have good thermal conditions to enhance hydrocarbon mobility and increase S ***,the reservoir should feature significant hydrocarbon extraction via primary *** average water cut(C_(w-avg).)(12.3%)estimated for reser

Fructose-sorbitol ingestion provokes gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with eating disorders

AIM:To evaluate gastrointestinal(GI) symptoms and breath hydrogen responses to oral fructose-sorbitol(F-S) and glucose challenges in eating disorder(ED) ***:GI symptoms and hydrogen breath concentration were monitored in 26 female ED inpatients for 3 h,following ingestion of 50 g glucose on one day,and 25 g fructose/5 g sorbitol on the next day,after an overnight fast on each *** to F-S were compared to those of 20 asymptomatic healthy ***:F-S provoked GI symptoms in 15 ED patients and one healthy control(P 17.5 kg/m 2(P < 0.01) .There were no differences in psychological scores,prevalence of functional GI disorders or breath hydrogen responses between patients with and without an F-S ***:F-S,but not glucose,provokes GI symptoms in ED patients,predominantly those with low *** findings are important in the dietary management of ED patients.

Due to increasing demand of better surface quality in steel manufacturing,defect detection has been become challenging subject in the field of computer vision *** and accurate detection of defect plays an important role in order to control and improve the quality of the final *** with manual inspection method and machine learning method,the deep learning is more robust,which does not need human contact inspection and manually extracted features *** the advent of deep learning,the machine learning systems are able to recognize and classify objects of interest in an *** are capable of extracting feature detection process automatically from large amounts of tagged training *** work special interest in applying bounding box regression around the defected area of steel surface and classify each class of those *** order to achieve better performance,image enhancement is done by adopting laplacian operator in preprocessing step before performing deep ***,center loss is added to the original loss function to improve the network’s ability to distinguish different types of *** the proposed method,Faster R-CNN adopted AlexNet architecture as backbone for feature *** detection and recognition results can be used to adjust the production line and improved surface quality in steel *** experiment results show that the proposed method can be implemented to detect the defected area of the steel surface by making the prediction of the bounding box and classify the defected surface more *** addition,the experiment results show that the proposed algorithm could precisely predict the bounding box on the defect surface such as scratches,patches and inclusion defects.

Theoretical Study of the N-NO_2 Bond Dissociation Energies for Energetic Materials with Density Functional Theory

The N-NO2 bond dissociation energies （BDEs） for 7 energetic materials were computed by means of accurate density functional theory （B3LYP, B3PW91 and B3P86） with 6-31G＊＊ and 6-311G＊＊ basis sets. By comparing the computed energies and experimental results, we find that the B3P86/6-311G＊＊ method can give good results of BDE, which has the mean absolute deviation of 1.30kcal/mol. In addition, substituent effects were also taken into account. It is noted that the Hammett constants of substituent groups are related to the BDEs of the N-NO2 bond and the bond dissociation energies of the energetic materials studied decrease when increasing the number of NO2 group.
