Urinary incontinence(UI)is a disease that quietly yet seriously impacts women's health and represents a global health burden that is often *** study aims to systematically assess the prevalence and dynamics of female UI in China,and can inform further policies and have international *** study used three nationwide investigations:A national cross-sectional survey in 2021;another nationwide cross-sectional survey in 2006;and data regarding the institutions and physicians providing pelvic floor rehabilitation services from 2005 to *** weighted prevalence of female UI and its subtypes,including stress UI(SUI),urgency UI(UUI),and mixed UI(MUI),were estimated as primary ***,attitude and care-seeking behaviors of UI were *** was found that the weighted prevalence of female UI was 16.0%(95%CI,13.3%–19.1%)with SUI remaining the predominant subtype(7.0%)in 2021,followed by MUI(6.5%)and UUI(1.9%).The estimated absolute number of Chinese adult women with UI was 85.8 million in 2021.52.7%(95%CI,45.9%–59.4%)of women were aware that UI was a medical condition,and only 10.1%of women with UI sought health *** 15 years of development,there were 8400 pelvic floor rehabilitation institutions and nearly 10,000 relevant physicians in ChinaDthey were found to be associated with UI *** UI prevalence in China was significantly lower in 2021 compared to that in *** the achievement,UI remains a public health problem,especially given China's fast aging and three-child *** innovations,especially those that can facilitate care seeking,are needed to address this prevalent yet treatable condition.

Urinary incontinence(UI) is a disease that quietly yet seriously impacts women's health and represents a global health burden that is often neglected. This study aims to systematically assess the prevalence and dynamics of female UI in China, and can inform further policies and have international implications. This study used three nationwide investigations: A national cross-sectional survey in 2021; another nationwide cross-sectional survey in 2006; and data regarding the institutions and physicians providing pelvic floor rehabilitation services from 2005 to 2019. The weighted prevalence of female UI and its subtypes,including stress UI(SUI), urgency UI(UUI), and mixed UI(MUI), were estimated as primary ***, attitude and care-seeking behaviors of UI were evaluated. It was found that the weighted prevalence of female UI was 16.0 %(95% CI, 13.3 %–19.1%) with SUI remaining the predominant subtype(7.0%) in 2021, followed by MUI(6.5%) and UUI(1.9%). The estimated absolute number of Chinese adult women with UI was 85.8 million in 2021. 52.7%(95% CI, 45.9%–59.4 %) of women were aware that UI was a medical condition, and only 10.1% of women with UI sought health care. After 15 years of development,there were 8400 pelvic floor rehabilitation institutions and nearly 10,000 relevant physicians in ChinaDthey were found to be associated with UI prevalence. The UI prevalence in China was significantly lower in 2021 compared to that in 2006. Despite the achievement, UI remains a public health problem, especially given China's fast aging and three-child policy. More innovations, especially those that can facilitate care seeking, are needed to address this prevalent yet treatable condition.

Two new species of caddisflies from East Asia （Trichoptera： Philopotamidae, Psychomyiidae）

A new species of Kisaura Ross （Philopotamidae） from Japan and a new species of Psychomyia Latreille （Psychomyiidae） from Russia are described. Kisaura imparis n. sp. is closest to Kisaura aurascens （Martynov, 1934）, but the lateral processes of tergum X are asymmetrical and the apex of tergum X is different. Psychomyia poltavkaensis n. sp. resembles Psychomyia n. sp., but the shape of tergum IX＋X is more rounded, the apex of the basoventral process of each preanal appendage is unforked, and the inferior appendages are branched.

记述纹石蛾科弓石蛾亚科1新纪录属,美赛弓石蛾属Maesaipsyche,及1新种,即细齿美赛弓石蛾Maesaipsyche serrulata Sunet Yang,***.(广西),其阳具缺阳基侧突而与Maesaipsyche mekongensis Mey相似,但新种中附肢背缘近端部具齿突、外侧缘具细齿。并记述绒弓石蛾属Parapsyche1新种,即北京绒弓石蛾Parapsyche beijingensis Sunetmorse,***.(北京),该种肛上附肢与第10节完全愈合,阳具特别发达,与Parapsychek china Schmid相似;但新种阳茎基背突为1对瘤状突,其上着生短刺,阳茎基背突上方具1兜状结构,背面观时端部膨大成圆盘。新种模式标本保存于南京农业大学昆虫标本馆。

Approximate analytical solutions and mean energies of stationary Schrodinger equation for general molecular potential

The Schrodinger equation is solved with general molecular potential via the improved quantization *** for bound state energy eigenvalues,radial eigenfunctions,mean kinetic energy,and potential energy are obtained in compact *** modeling the centrifugal term of the effective potential,a Pekeris-like approximation scheme is ***,we use the Hellmann–Feynman theorem to derive the relation for expectation *** state energy eigenvalues,wave functions and meanenergies of Woods–Saxon potential,morse potential,Mobius squared and Tietz–Hua oscillators are deduced from the general molecular *** addition,we use our equations to compute the bound state energy eigenvalues and expectation values for four diatomic molecules viz.H_(2),CO,HF,and O_(2).Results obtained are in perfect agreement with the data available from the literature for the potentials and *** also show that as the vibrational quantum number increases,the mean kinetic energy for the system in a Tietz–Hua potential increases slowly to a threshold value and then *** in a morse potential,the mean kinetic energy increases linearly with vibrational quantum number increasing.

A Time to Event Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Due to Tenofovir, Zidovudine and Stavudine in a Cohort of Patients Receiving Antiretroviral Treatment at an Outpatient Clinic in Zimbabwe

Background: Achieving the long terms goals of antiretroviral treatment (ART) requires a careful approach during treatment initiation that takes into account patient’s psychosocial state, availability and accessibility of treatment combinations, and adherence support. Adverse drug reactions that occur during the initial phases have a bearing on treatment outcomes and thus need to be monitored and treated. Objective: This study was done to assess length of time (survival time) it took for clinically significant adverse drug reactions to occur in patients taking nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (n(t)RTI) available for treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in Zimbabwe. Methods: A retrospective cohort of patient data collected from January 2009 to December 2012 was extracted from an Electronic Health Record database. Data from patients who were initiated on antiretroviral (ARV) drug regimens containing n(t)RTI drugs were analysed for survival time. A sample of 205 patient files was extracted for the time period for survival analysis using adverse drug reactions due to n(t)RTI drugs. Results: After data extraction, a total of 205 patient records were used in determining the time to event analysis of ADR’s in the cohort. The age range for the patients included in the study was 9 - 76 with a mean of 41 years (s.d = 14.8). Patients initiated on stavudine had a lower survival time before a clinically significant ADR compared to tenofovir (-365 days, p-value nts on zidovudine also had a less time before a significant reaction compared to those on tenofovir (-230 days;p-value = 0.008). Patients on zidovudine fared better compared to those on stavudine (-134 days;p-value n survival time was highest for tenofovir (618 days), followed by zidovudine (388 days), and then stavudine (254 days).Conclusion: Patients on tenofovir have a longer survival time before a clinically significant adverse reaction.
