Watermarking is the advanced technology utilized to secure digital data by integrating ownership or copyright *** of the traditional extracting processes in audio watermarking have some restrictions due to low reliability to various ***,a deep learning-based audio watermarking system is proposed in this research to overcome the restriction in the traditional *** implication of the research relies on enhancing the performance of the watermarking system using the Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)and the optimized deep learning *** selection of optimal embedding location is the research contribution that is carried out by the deep convolutional neural network(DCNN).The hyperparameter tuning is performed by the so-called search location optimization,which minimizes the errors in the *** experimental result reveals that the proposed digital audio watermarking system provides better robustness and performance in terms of Bit Error Rate(BER),Mean Square Error(MSE),and Signal-to-noise *** BER,MSE,and SNR of the proposed audio watermarking model without the noise are 0.082,0.099,and 45.363 respectively,which is found to be better performance than the existing watermarking models.

Installation of Distributed Generator (DG) is a well accepted method to improve power system operation from the point of reducing congestion and improving voltage profiles. For best results, Distributed Generators should be placed at strategic locations to exploit maximum benefits out of them. The (N-1) contingency criterion has been taken into account in this work. Most congested lines of the grids are ranked by congestion Index and considered to study the impact of DG penetration on congestion. The present paper proposes contribution factors of Distributed Generators for the placement of DG to keep the line flow within the capacity of each transmission line of the network. The results obtained from IEEE 30-bus test system indicate that the proposed methods are capable of identifying desirable DG location and its maximum allowable size. The influence of DG on bus voltage profile has also been demonstrated in this paper.

--The solar photovoltaic （PV） module output voltage changes according to the variation of light intensity and temperature. This paper presents the implementation of an automatic digital controller of a DC-DC boost converter without batteries for a solar cell module by using a peripheral interface controller, which forms a closed loop, to control the ON-OFF period of the switching pulse. The output of DC-DC converter is maintained by automatically increasing or decreasing the pulse width. To produce the pulse width modulation （PWM）, the microcontroller is programmed according to the required duty cycle for the power switch. The PWM ON period is increased with the decrease in the PV voltage and vice-versa. The input voltage to the inverter is maintained constantly and is converted into an AC signal by using the metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor （MOSFET） H-bridge operated in the sinusoidal pulse width modulation mode by using a PIC （peripheral interface controller） microcontroller. The generated AC signal can be connected to the AC grid or to the AC load. The simulated results by using Proteus 8 and hardware implemented results verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Objective:To compare the survival and length of stay of invasive ventilation(IV)with those of non-invasive ventilation(NIV)in patients with COVID-19 acute respiratory distress syndrome in a single hospital from May 2020 to March ***:After obtaining approval from the Hospital Director,the data of COVID-19 patients including demographics,type of respiratory support(non-invasive ventilation or invasive ventilation),duration of ventilation,length of stay,discharge,and death were collected and ***:Out of the 152 patients identified,134 patients were *** median intubation days were 10.0(Q1:3.5,Q3:13.5)in the IV group and 0.0(Q1:0.0,Q3:0.0)days in the NIV-only *** of the 101 patients who received NIV,43 patients were subsequently intubated due to failure of *** the 63 patients(47.01%)who died,22(66.66%)were from the IV group and 40(92.02%)were from the NIV-followed-by-intubation group,and 1(1.72%)were from the NIV-only *** analysis showed that the presence of a respiratory comorbidity(OR=16.56,95%CI=1.56-175.48,P=0.02)was an independent predictor of ***:Respiratory co-morbidity is a significant adverse predictor of survival *** decision on the type of respiratory support should be made on a patient-to-patient basis.

Phytochemical screening and evaluation of cytotoxic and hypoglycemic properties of Mangifera indica peels

Objective: To investigate the presence of different phytoconstituents in Mangifera indica(M. indica) peel and evaluate its cytotoxicity to Artemia salina and hypoglycemic potential in Swiss albino ***: The methanolic extract of M. indica peel was used to determine the presence of phytoconstituents. Brine shrimp lethality bioassay method was followed to determine the cytotoxic potential of plant extract. In the case of hypoglycemic activity, oral administration of extract at 200 and 400 mg/kg and standard glibenclamide at 10 mg/kg was done, followed by determining the percentage of reduction of plasma glucose from the initial ***: The methanolic extract of M. indica peel showed the presence of flavonoid,saponin, steroid, tannins, terpenoids, glycosides and alkaloids. In brine shrimp lethality bioassay, the LC_(50) of the extract and standard vincristine sulfate was found to be 2.04 and0.41 mg/mL, respectively. After 90 and 150 min, the methanolic extract at 200 and 400 mg/kg showed prominent plasma glucose reduction of 13.95%, 22.48% and 14.16%,26.18% respectively compared to standard glibenclamide showing 14.90% and 20.67% plasma glucose ***: This current research affirms prominent cytotoxic and moderate hypoglycemic potential of M. indica peel. Further bioactivity guided isolation of phytoconstituents and investigation on higher animals can lead to development of new drug molecules.

Synthesis and characterization of a tri-layered solid electrolyte and oxygen permeable solid air cathode for lithium-air battery cells were carried out in this investigation. Detailed fabrication procedures for solid electrolyte, air cathode and real-world lithium-air battery cell are described. Materials characterizations were performed through FTIR and TGA measurement. Based on the experimental four-probe conductivity measurement, it was found that the tri-layered solid electrolyte has a very high conductivity at room temperature, 23。C, and it can be reached up to 6 times higher at 100。C. Fabrication of real-world lithium-air button cells was performed using the synthesized tri-layered solid electrolyte, an oxygen permeable air cathode, and a metallic lithium anode. The lithium-air button cells were tested under dry air with 0.1 mA - 0.2 mA discharge/ charge current at elevated temperatures. Experimental results showed that the lithium-air cell performance is very sensitive to the oxygen concentration in the air cathode. The experimental results also revealed that the cell resistance was very large at room temperature but decreased rapidly with increasing temperatures. It was found that the cell resistance was the prime cause to show any significant discharge capacity at room temperature. Experimental results suggested that the lack of robust interfacial contact among solid electrolyte, air cathode and lithium metal anode were the primary factors for the cell’s high internal resistances. It was also found that once the cell internal resistance issues were resolved, the discharge curve of the battery cell was much smoother and the cell was able to discharge at above 2.0 V for up to 40 hours. It indicated that in order to have better performing lithium-air battery cell, interfacial contact resistances issue must have to be resolved very efficiently.

Structural Analysis of Predicted HIV-1 Secis Elements

Incorporation of Selenocysteine into protein requires an RNA structural motif, SECIS (Selenocysteine insertion sequence) element that, along with other factors, demarcates UGA-Sec from the UGA termination codon, for expression of Selenoproteins (in case of eukaryotes). It has been predicted that during HIV infection, several functional viral selenoproteins are expressed and synthesis of these viral selenoproteins deplete the selenium level of the host. It might be that even the viral genome has the SECIS elements in their Selenoprotein mRNA, and during infection, the host cellular machinery is transformed in such a way that the human Sec tRNA binds to the viral Selenoprotein mRNA, instead of binding to its own Selenoprotein mRNA, thus leading to expression of viral selenoproteins. This hypothesis was tested in this study by identifying the SECIS elements in the HIV-1 genome and further predicting their secondary and tertiary structures. We then tried to dock these tertiary structures with human Sec tRNA. Here we report putatively the presence of 3215 SECIS elements in the HIV-1 genome and that the human Sec tRNAsec binds to the viral SECIS elements present in the viral selenoprotein mRNA. Based on an earlier finding, it was observed that atoms of A8 and U9, which present in human Sec tRNA, are the possible key sites for binding.

We have studied Locally Rotationally Symmetric (LRS) Bianchi type-I cosmological model filled with anisotropic fluid in general theory of relativity. The solutions of the field equations are obtained by using special form of deceleration parameter which gives early deceleration and late time accelerating cosmological model. The geometrical and physical aspect of the model is also studied.

Continuous revision of the histologic and stage-wise classification of lung cancer by the World Health Organization (WHO) provides the foundation for therapeutic advances by promoting molecular targeted and immunotherapies and ensuring accurate diagnosis. Cancer epidemiologic data provide helpful information for cancer prevention, diagnosis, and management, supporting health-care interventions. Global cancer mortality projections from 2016 to 2060 show that cancer will overtake ischemic heart diseases (IHD) as the leading cause of death (18.9 million) immediately after 2030, surpassing non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), which accounts for 85 percent of lung cancers. The clinical stage at the diagnosis is the main prognostic factor in NSCLC therapies. Advanced early diagnostic methods are essential as the initial stages of cancer show reduced mortality compared to the advanced stages. Sophisticated approaches to proper histological classification and NSCLC management have improved clinical efficiency. Although immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and targeted molecular therapies have refined the therapeutic management of late-stage NSCLC, the specificity and sensitivity of cancer biomarkers should be improved by focusing on prospective studies, followed by their use as therapeutic tools. The liquid biopsy candidates such as circulating tumor cells (CTCs), circulating cell-free tumor DNA (cfDNA), tumor educated platelets (TEP), and extracellular vesicles (EVs) possess cancer-derived biomolecules and aid in tracing: driver mutations leading to cancer, acquired resistance caused by various generations of therapeutic agents, refractory disease, prognosis, and surveillance.
