Two organic-inorganic hybrid materials, C6H4(NH3)2∙Cl2 (I) and β-[C6H10N2]2ZnCl4 (II), have been synthesized by hydrothermal method. These two materials are one of the hybrid materials have emerged as one of the most brilliant components classes. These extraordinary compounds synergistically combine the desired physical properties of both organic and inorganic components into a single compound offering the possibility to achieve great improvement over time in terms of science across various sectors. Their structures were determined by XRD pattern investigations and single crystal X-ray diffraction. These two compounds are crystallized in the monoclinic system;C2/c space group. In the both structures, the anionic-cationic entities are interconnected by hydrogen bonding contacts and p-p Interaction forming three-dimensional networks. Intermolecular interactions were investigated by Hirshfeld surfaces and the contacts of the four different chloride atoms in (II) were compared. The vibrational absorption bands were identified by infrared spectroscopy. These compounds were also investigated by solid state13C NMR spectroscopy.

In this work,we are interested in the synthesis of new hybrid material(C_(6)H_(10)N_(2))(Hg_(2)Cl_(5))_(2)·3H_(2)O grown by hydrothermal methods.X-ray diffraction indicates that this compound crystallizes at 150(2)K in the monoclinic system with C2/c space group,with the following unit cell parameters:a=19:6830(15)Å,b=18:1870(15)Å,c=6:8567(6)Å,β=93:224ð3Þ○and Z=*** the other hand,the optical properties of this compound were studied using ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy in the range 200-800 ***,the optical absorbances are used to determine the absorption coefficientαand the optical band gap E g,so the Tauc model was used to determine the optical gap energy of the compound(C_(6)H_(10)N_(2))(Hg_(2)Cl_(5))_(2)·3H_(2)*** analysis of the results revealed the existence of optical allowed indirect transition mechanisms with the band gap energy equal to(2.37 eV)for liquid and(4.33 eV)for *** measurements indicate that the electrical and dielectric properties are strongly dependent on both temperature and *** plots(Z'' versus Z ')show that the conductivity behavior is accurately represented by an equivalent circuit model which consists of a series combination of bulk and grain ***,the angular frequency dependence plots of the real and imaginary parts,ε' andε'',of complex dielectric permittivityε*and tanδlosses at several temperatures between 303 and 453 K were studied for the title ***,the modulus plots can be characterized by the presence of two relaxation peaks.

The electrical and dielectric properties of the compound C_(7)H_(12)N_(2)[H_(2)PO_(4)]_(2)·1/2H_(2)O were investigated by the complex impedance spectroscopy,over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures,600 Hz-5MHz and 303-408 K,***,a detailed analysis of the impedance spectrum suggested that the electrical properties of the material at several temperatures and the electrical equivalent circuit have been proposed to explain the impedance *** the Nyquist plots,they clearly showed the presence of bulk and grain *** for the imaginary part of modulus at several temperatures,it shows double relaxation peaks,thus suggesting the presence of grains and grain boundary conductions in the sample.

The complex impedance of the bis(2-amino-6-methylpyridine)tetrachloridozincate compound(C_(6)H_(9)N_(2))_(2)ZnCl_(4) has been investigated in the temperature range 313-403K and in the frequency range 200 *** impedance plots show semicircle arcs at different temperatures and an electrical equivalent circuit has been proposed to explain the impedance *** circuits consist of the parallel combination of bulk resistance R_(p) and constant phase elements(CPE).The bulk resistance of the material decreases with rise in *** conduction activation energies are estimated from Arrhenius *** frequency-dependent conductivity data arefitted in the modified power law:σ_(ac)(ω)=σ_(dc)+A_(1)ω^(s1)+A_(2)ω^(s2).Dielectric data were analyzed using complex electrical modulus M^(*) at various *** modulus plot can be characterized by full width at half height or by β values of Kohlrausch-William-Watts(KWW)*** energy of hopping is almost close to the activation energy of conduction suggesting a hopping transport mechanism.
