Cycloaddition.of n.>4an.>n.>-cn.> with thioglycolic acid in.a dry n.n.polar solven. (dioxan.) gave the targets n.>6a-cn.>. also, bis(5-fluorospiro[in.olin.-3,2’-thiazolidin.]-2,4’-dion.) (n.>9n.>) was syn.hesized by con.en.ation.of 5-fluoroin.olin.-2,3-dion. with ben.en.-1,4-diamin. (2:1 by mol) in.MeOH, which followed by cycloaddition.with thioglycolic acid in.dioxan. gave compoun. n.>8n.>. Acylation.of the later with 2,2,2-trifluoroacetic an.ydride in.THF has yielded the target n.>9n.>. Structures of the products have been.deduced from their elemen.al an.lysis an. spectral data. BACKGROUn. Morgagn. hern.a(MH)is a form of con.en.tal diaphragmatic hern.a(CDH)characterized by an.in.omplete formation.of diaphragm,resultin. in.the protru-sion.of abdomin.l organ. in.o the thoracic cavity.The estimated in.iden.e of CDH is between.1 in.2000 an. 1 in.5000 live births,although the true in.iden.e is un.n.wn.MH typically presen.s in.childhood an. can.be diagn.sed either pre-n.tally or postn.tally.However,it can.also be asymptomatic an. carry the risk of developin. in.o a life-threaten.n. con.ition.in.adulthood.CASE SUMMARY A 76-year-old female with n. history of prior abdomin.l surgeries presen.ed for an.elective colon.scopy for polyp surveillan.e.Durin. the procedure,when.approachin. the hepatic flexure,the scope could n.t be advan.ed further despite multiple attempts.The patien. experien.ed mild abdomin.l discomfort,leadin. to the abortion.of the procedure.While in.the recovery area,she developed in.rea-sin. abdomin.l pain. an. hypoten.ion.Urgen. abdomin.l imagin. revealed her-n.ation.of the proximal tran.verse colon.through a MH in.o the chest with evi-den.e of perforation.The patien. un.erwen. laparoscopic urgen. colon.c resection.an. primary hern.a repair an. was discharged un.ven.fully 2 d later.COn.LUSIOn.A MH is a rare con.ition.in.adults that can.presen. as a life-threaten.n. compli-cation.of colon.scopy,even.in.patien.s with a history of un.ven.ful colon.scopies.This case highlights the importan.e of con.iderin. con.en.tal an. in.ern.l hern.as when.faced with sudden.an. un.xplain.d difficulties durin. colon.scopy.If there is a suspicion.of MH,the en.oscopist should halt the procedure an. immediately obtain.abdomin.l imagin. to con.irm the diagn.sis.

IoT malware usin. recurren. n.ural n.tworks(Rn.s).Rn.is used in.the proposed method to in.estigate the execution.operation.codes of ARM-based In.ern.t of Thin.s apps(OpCodes).To train.our algorithms,we employ a dataset of IoT application. that in.ludes 281 malicious an. 270 ben.gn.pieces of software.The train.d model is then.put to the test usin. 100 bran.-n.w IoT malware samples across three separate LSTM settin.s.Model exposure was n.t previously con.ucted on.these samples.Detectin. n.wly crafted malware samples with 2-layer n.uron. had the highest accuracy(98.18%)in.the 10-fold cross validation.experimen..A comparison.of the LSTMtechn.que to other machin. learn.n. classifiers shows that it yields the best results.

We report the performan.es of a chalcopyrite Cu(In. Ga)Se2 CIGS-based thin.film solar cell with a n.wly employed high con.uctive n.Si layer. The data an.lysis was performed with the help of the 1D-Solar Cell Capacitan.e Simulator (1D-SCAPS) software program. The n.w device structure is based on.the CIGS layer as the absorber layer, n.Si as the high con.uctive layer, i-In.sub>2S3, an. i-Zn. as the buffer an. win.ow layers, respectively. The optimum CIGS ban.gap was determin.d first an. used to simulate an. an.lyze the cell performan.e throughout the experimen.. This an.lysis revealed that the absorber layer’s optimum ban.gap value has to be 1.4 eV to achieve maximum efficien.y of 22.57%. Subsequen.ly, output solar cell parameters were an.lyzed as a fun.tion.of CIGS layer thickn.ss, defect den.ity, an. the operatin. temperature with an.optimized n.Si layer. The n.wly modeled device has a p-CIGS/n.Si/In.sub>2S3/al-Zn. structure. The main.objective was to improve the overall cell performan.e while optimizin. the thickn.ss of absorber layers, defect den.ity, ban.gap, an. operatin. temperature with the n.wly employed optimized n.Si layer. The in.rease of absorber layer thickn.ss from 0.2 - 2 µm showed an.upward tren. in.the cell’s performan.e, while the in.rease of defect den.ity an. operatin. temperature showed a down.ard tren. in.solar cell performan.e. This study illustrates that the proposed cell structure shows higher cell performan.es an. can.be fabricated on.the lab-scale an. in.ustrial levels.
