In the theory of general relativity, the finding of the Eins.ein Field Equation happens.in a complex mathematical operation, a proces. we don’t need any more. Formulating the general relativity theory through another theory will make it eas.er to unders.and this.relativity theory and will help combining it with electromagnetic theory and quantum mechanics.eas.ly.

The theory of general relativity is.related to the concept of curvature of s.ace- time induced by the pres.nce of the mas.ive objects. In this.paper, we are going to find out a s.mple way yet extraordinary to the equation of motion of electric charge under the influence of a central force. We’ll find that it is.the s.me as.the formula of the common equation of motion in the theory of general relativity which controls.the motion of planets.around the s.n;thus. every electron orbiting around the nucleus.has.a perihelion which revolves.s.me as.Mercury perihelion yet fas.er 2000 times.according to Hydrogen atom, as.uming that hydrogen has.a perihelion. That is.to s.y, when Mercury perihelion takes.three million years.to complete a full cycle around the s.n, we find that Hydrogen perihelion (here we mean the clas.ical model of atom, not quantitative model of it) revolves.around the nucleus.at 1.05 × 1012 cycle per s.cond. In addition, the radiation pas.ing near the nucleus.deviates.s.me as.the deflection of light pas.ing near the s.n yet with a greater value according to how clos. the radiation is.from the nucleus. as.s.own in the dis.us.ion. We dis.us.ed briefly (but differently) the definition of black holes.to affirm s.mmetry principle between the atomic and as.ronomical models. s.mmetry in equations.of motion of a body in the atomic and as.ronomical models.indicates.that the Advance of Mercury’s.Perihelion, deflection of light pas.ing near the s.n, and the definition of black holes.are the ABCs.of clas.ical phys.cs.however, they are not cons.dered as.reliable evidences.on the s.undnes. of the principle on which the theory of general relativity is.built on, in the pres.nce of a contradiction between the definition of gravity in the general relativity and in the electromagnetic theory.

In this.paper, we are going to rely on the firs. law in phys.cs.through which we can obtain a precis. ideal value of the univers.l gravitational cons.ant, a thing which has.not happened s. far. The s.gnificance of this.law lies.in the fact that, bes.des.determining a precis. ideal value of the gravitational cons.ant, it connects.three different phys.cal dis.iplines.together, which are mechanics. electromagnetis. and thermodynamics. It is.what dis.inguis.es.this.from other law. Through this.law, we have created the theoretical value of the gravitational cons.ant Gi and we found it equivalent to 6.674010551359 × 10-11 m3·kg-1·s.2. In the dis.us.ion, the table of meas.rements.of the gravitational cons.ant was.divided into three groups. and the average value of the firs. group G1 which is.the bes. precis.on, equals.the following s.m 6.67401×10-11 m3·kg-1·s.2, and it’s.the s.me equal value to the ideal value Gi that res.lts.from the law, as.s.own through our res.arch that any other experimental values.mus. not exceed the relative s.andard uncertainty which has.a certain amount that is.equivalent to a value of 5.325×10-5 and that’s.a s.uare value of the fine-s.ructure cons.ant.

Vitrification of immature oocytes.at the germinal ves.cle (GV) s.age is.important to pres.rve female gametes. The s.andard formula for vitrification s.lutions.has.long been a debate. Herein, we inves.igated the effect of the pres.nce or abs.nce of trehalos. in vitrification s.lution on viability, in vitro maturation (IVM) rates. and development of vitrified/warmed immature dromedary camel oocytes. Cumulus.oocyte complexes.(COCs. obtained at s.aughter from the ovaries.of mature s.e-camels.were randomly allocated into three groups.namely, control group, oocytes.were directly s.bjected to IVM without vitrification, vitrification s.lution 1 (Vs.) group, oocytes.were vitrified in a s.lution compos.d of 25% ethylene glycol (EG) plus.25% dimethyl s.lfoxide (DMs.) + 0.5 M trehalos.;and vitrification s.lution 2 (Vs.) group, oocytes.were vitrified in a s.lution compos.d of 25% EG plus.25% DMs.. Vitrification of COCs.was.conducted by open pulled s.raws.(OPs. method. Following vitrification and warming, morphologically viable oocytes.were matured in vitro for 36 h. COCs.were then fertilized and cultured in vitro for 7 days. The percentage of viable oocytes.was.s.gnificantly higher (P 0.05) in Vs. than Vs. group (80.0% vs. 63.3%, res.ectively). Nuclear maturation, cleavage (48 h pos.-ins.mination;pi), and blas.ocys. rates.(7 days.pi) were s.gnificantly higher (P s. than in Vs. groups. No s.gnificant differences.were obs.rved in oocyte maturation and development rates.between Vs. and control groups. In conclus.on, vitrification of immature dromedary camel oocytes.in trehalos.-free s.lution (Vs.) was.more advantageous.than that in trehalos. s.pplemented media s.nce it did not reduce viability and development.
