Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, with breast cancer being the most common (2.26 million new cases and 685,000 deaths). In Saudi Arabia, breast cancer ranked the first among females in 2014, accounting for 15.9% of all cancers reported among Saudi nationals and 28.7% of all cancers reported among females of all ages. Early.detection of breast cancer could decrease the risks, have a better prognosis, and have better outcomes/more successful treatments. Prevalence of breast cancer reached more than 25% of all diagnosed cancer in the kingdom among women. Aim: This study.aims to assess the knowledge and performance of women attending primary.care centers about breast self-examination and mammogram screening for prevention and early.detection of breast cancer in Abha city.primary.healthcare centers, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Research Method: cross sectional design was conducted by.using questionnaire, which was distributed to primary.care center nurses. The collected data was statistically.analy.ed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, version 25. Results: The study.found that participants had poor awareness and knowledge about breast self-examination, risk factors for breast cancer, and trends and practices in early.diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusion and Recommendations: It recommends increasing awareness campaigns and providing educational programs to improve knowledge and practices.

Gastric cancers are caused primarily.due to the activation and amplification of the EGFR or HER2 kinases resulting in cell proliferation,adhesion,angiogenesis,and *** therapies are ineffective due to the intra-tumoral heterogeneity.and concomitant genetic ***,dual inhibition strategies are recommended to increase potency.and reduce *** this study.we have conducted computational high-throughput screening of the ChemBridge library.followed by.in vitro assay. and identified novel selective inhibitors that have a dual impediment of EGFR/HER2 kinase ***-based High-throughput Virtual Screening(D-HTVS)was used to screen the whole ChemBridge small molecular library.against EGFR and *** atomistic molecular dy.amic simulation was conducted to understand the dy.amics and stability.of the protein-ligand ***/HER2 kinase enzy.es,KATOIII,and Snu-5 cells were used for in vitro *** atomistic Molecular Dy.amics simulations followed by.solvent-based Gibbs binding free energy.calculation of top molecules,identified compound C3(5-(4-oxo-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-2-y.)-2-[3-(4-oxo-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-2-y.)pheny.]-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione)to have a good affinity.for both EGFR and *** predicted compound,C3,was promising with better binding energy.good binding pose,and optimum interactions with the EGFR and HER2 residues.C3 inhibited EGFR and HER2 kinases with IC50 values of 37.24 and 45.83 nM,*** GI50 values of C3 to inhibit KATOIII and Snu-5 cells were 84.76 and 48.26 nM,*** on these findings,we conclude that the identified compound C3 showed a conceivable dual inhibitory.activity.on EGFR/HER2 kinase,and therefore can be considered as a plausible lead-like molecule for treating gastric cancers with minimal side effects,though testing in higher models with pharmacokinetic approach is required.

Most of the international accreditation bodies in engineering education(e.g.,ABET)and outcome-based educational sy.tems have based their assess-ments on learning outcomes and program educational ***,map-ping program educational objectives(PEOs)to student outcomes(SOs)is a challenging and time-consuming task,especially.for a new program which is apply.ng for ABET-EAC(American Board for Engineering and Technology.the American Board for Engineering and Technology.Engineering Accreditation Commission)*** addition,ABET needs to automatically.ensure that the mapping(classiﬁcation)is reasonable and *** classiﬁcation also play. a vital role in the assessment of students’*** the PEOs are expressed as short text,they.do not contain enough semantic meaning and information,and consequently.they.suffer from high sparseness,multidimensionality.and the curse of *** this work,a novel associative short text classiﬁcation tech-nique is proposed to map PEOs to *** datasets are extracted from 152 self-study.reports(SSRs)that were produced in operational settings in an engineering program accredited by.*** datasets are processed and transformed into a representational form appropriate for association rule *** extracted rules are utilized as delegate classiﬁers to map PEOs to *** proposed asso-ciative classiﬁcation of the mapping of PEOs to SOs has shown promising results,which can simplify.the classiﬁcation of short text and avoid many.problems caused by.enriching short text based on external resources that are not related or relevant to the dataset.

Choanal atresia (CA) is a rare occlusion of the posterior choanae. Unilateral cases have been reported more than bilaterally. and it’s more often right-sided in those patients. According to the literature, mixed bony.membranous atresia is the most common ty.e. There is a high incidence of craniofacial and visceral anomalies associated with congenital choanal atresia. Therefore, investigation for associated congenital anomalies is an important step before the surgery. We report 2 cases of incidental finding of unilateral choanal atresia in a 21- and 17-y.ar-old with nasal discharge being the only.complaint in the former and nasal obstruction with headache in the latter. The patients were then scheduled for day.surgery.as a case of choanal atresia for transnasal, endoscopic repair and posterior septectomy. The patients were discharged home on the same day.with the absence of restenosis or other complications.

Asy.ptotic energy.expansion method is extended for poly.omial potentials having rational powers. New ty.es of recurrence relations are derived for the potentials of the form rig, mN are positive integers while coefficients bk ∈ C. As in the case of even degree poly.omial potentials with integer powers, all the integrals in the expansion can be evaluated analy.ically.in terms of F functions. With the help of two examples, we demonstrate the usefulness of these expansions in getting analy.ic insight into the quantum sy.tems having rational power poly.omial potentials.

There are certain concerns that Saudi Arabia economy.is directly.association to its oil exports globally. This because each day.the country.produces an approximate 9 million barrels of crude oil which makes a major driver of the energy.market and the global economy. Historically. Saudi Arabia has exported oil since 1939 with increasing output and capacity.as well as infrastructure developments leading to the country.being considered the leading oil production nation globally. The quantitative relationship between oil exports and the Saudi Arabia economy.varies and therefore it is important to quantitatively.evaluate the statistical relationship between these variables in order determine the economic implications of variations in oil exports. In this thesis, a quantitative study.that identifies the effect of oil export on the Saudi economy.using statistical models that aim to evaluate the impact of oil trade on the GDP. It employ. pertinent statistical tools and time series analy.is in the evaluation of the dy.amic correlation between oil exports and macroeconomic variables in Saudi Arabia based on Cobb-Douglas model. The results reveal that oil exports have a significant impact on the GDP since according to the findings the Saudi GDP and crude oil exports have a statistically.significant positive relationship.

The interaction of cationic gemini surfactants(alkanediy.-α,ω-bis(alky. dimethy.ammonium bromide)) with an antipsy.hotic drug(chlorpromazine hy.rochloride(CPZ)) has been investigated. Various micellar and interfacial parameters have been deliberated by.surface tension measurement to report the nature of interactions between drug and novel surfactant mixtures. The behavior of mixed sy.tems, their compositions and activities of components have been analy.ed in the light of Rubingh's theory. The results indicate sy.ergism in the binary.*** binding study.between CPZ and surfactants has been done by.spectroscopic techniques such as UV–visible and fluorescence. The results are discussed in the light of the use of gemini surfactants as promising drug delivery.agents for phenothiazine drugs, and hence, improve their bioavailability.
