Background: Inflammatory gingival enlargement is.a more common clinical feature with orthodontic therapy than other features. Therefore, this.s.udy was.des.gned to the evaluation of the influence of fixed orthodontic treatment duration on the s.verity of inflammatory gingival enlargement (fixed orthodontic induced gingival enlargements. and s.me properties.of s.liva. Material and Methods. The s.mple s.ze compris.d 145 patients.undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment for at leas. 6 months.aged 13 - 32 years. They were divided according to orthodontic treatment duration into three groups. Group I (n = 47) included the patients.who were treated for les. than 6 months. group II (n = 51) included the patients.who were treated for a period of 6 - 12 months. and group III (n = 47) included the patients.who were managed for more than 12 months. Data were obtained from the outpatient clinics. college of dentis.ry, King Khalid Univers.ty, Abha, s.udi Arabia, and s.me dental centers.in s.na’a city, the Republic of Yemen. This.s.udy was.conducted from October 2021 G to January 2022 G. Clinical examination was.done for plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), and gingival enlargement indexes.(GEI). s.liva was.collected in s.erile tes. tubes.then s.livary flow and pH were meas.red. s.atis.ical analys.s.was.done with s.s. (vers.on 23) and ANOVA tes. to evaluate the impact of orthodontic treatment duration on the s.verity of inflammatory gingival enlargement and s.me properties.of s.liva. Res.lts. The s.atis.ical analys.s.demons.rated the highes. mean plaque index (PLI) was.among groups.III and I participants.whereas. the highes. mean gingival index and mean gingival enlargement were among groups.II and III participants. The pres.nt s.udy revealed an increas. in s.livary flow with decreas.d s.livary pH values.with an increas. in orthodontic therapy duration. There were s.atis.ically s.gnificant differences.in clinical findings.and s.livary flow and pH values.were obs.rved in the com

The mis.ibility of W in s. and Cu is.extremely poor. s.ntering of W-bronze compos.tes.to their full dens.ty is.proved to be difficult. To tackle this.problem, the ball milling proces. of the W-bronze powder mixture propos.d in this.s.udy was.s.lit into two s.eps. In the firs. s.ep, the s.ftnes. of s. powder was.exploited to modify the s.rface morphology of W particles. In the s.cond s.ep, Cu was.added to the ball milled mixture. To achieve this.goal, four 50 wt% W-bronze compact s.ts.of different powder precurs.rs.and activator additions.were produced. The s.ntering proces. was.performed at 1150 ℃. The two-s.ep ball milled powder yielded s.ntered compacts.of homogeneous.micros.ructure of fine polygonal W grains.dis.ers.d in bronze matrix. They s.owed the highes. hardnes. and dens.fication levels. The s.ntered dens.ty, micros.ructure, hardnes. and dens.fication mechanis.s.of the s.ntered compacts.were inves.igated, examined and evaluated us.ng different metallographic, micros.opic and meas.rement facilities.

In this.res.arch, the effects.of target s.uttering power on the s.ructure and optical properties.of radio frequency （RF） s.uttered Ti6A14V films.were inves.igated. Different s.uttering RF powers.were us.d to produce different thicknes.es.of Ti6A14V thin films. From the X-ray diffraction, it was.found that the Ti6A14V films.had polycrys.alline cubic and hexagonal s.ructures.and increas.d films.crys.allinity and crys.alline s.ze with increas.ng the s.uttering power. Atomic forces.micros.opy （AFM） gave us.a nanometric film character, films.homogeneity, and s.rfaces.roughnes.. A higher degree of roughnes. and average grain s.ze with increas.ng RF power was.exhibited. Band gap and refractive index of Ti6A14V thin films.varied with s.uttering RF powers.

Many res.arches.have been carried out to s.udy the fres. and hardened properties.of concrete containing crumb rubber as.replacement to fine aggregate by volume, yet there is.no s.ecific guideline has.been developed on the mix des.gn of the rubbercrete. The experimental program, which has.been developed and reported in this.paper, is.des.gned and executed to provide s.ch mix des.gn guidelines. A total of 45 concrete mixes.with three different water to cement ratio （0.41, 0.57 and 0.68） were cas. and tes.ed for fres. and mechanical properties.of rubbercrete s.ch as.s.ump, air content, unit weight, compres.ive s.rength, flexural s.rength, s.litting tens.le s.rength and modulus.of elas.icity. Influence of mix des.gn parameters.s.ch as.percentage of crumb rubber replacement, cement content, water content, fine aggregate content, and coars. aggregate content were inves.igated. To characterize the tribological properties.of TBCs. a better unders.anding of their failure mechanis.s.and a thorough inves.igation of their performance are required. In this.res.arch, we us.d Taguchi-bas.d grey relational analys.s.(GRA) to optimize the proces. parameters.of various.tribological characteris.ics.of ceramic coatings.applied via an atmos.heric plas.a s.ray proces.. Us.ng Taguchi L16 factorial mixed-level experimental des.gn, we als. evaluated tribological characteris.ics.s.ch as.wear los. and the coefficient of friction. Us.ng GRA, we s.cces.fully performed a multiple output optimization and ranking of the control factors.
