Optical loss spectra and refractive index changes have been measured in the hy.rogenated standard telecommu-nication fiber and photosensitive *** index changes due to ultraviolet exposure were found to be closely.related with the OH formation in both ty.es of fibers.A direct photoly.icd model is proposed to explain the effect of hy.rogen loading on the enhancement of the photosensitivity.in silica fibers.

Currently.the wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)attempt to achieve the shifting from general pollution parameters control to reduction of organic micropollutants ***,they.have not been able to satisfy.the increasing ecological safety.*** this study.the removal of micropollutants was investigated,and the ecological safety.was assessed for a local *** the total concentration of 31 micropollutants detected was reduced by.83%using the traditional biological treatment processes,the results did not reflect chemicals that had poor removal efficiencies and low *** the five categories of micropollutants,herbicides,insecticides,and bactericides were difficult to remove,pharmaceuticals and UV filters were effectively.*** specific photosy.thesis inhibition effect and non-specific bioluminescence inhibition effect from wastewater were detected and evaluated using hazardous concentration where 5%of aquatic organisms are *** photosy.thesis inhibition effect from wastewater in the WWTP was negligible,even the untreated raw ***,the bioluminescence inhibition effect from wastewater which was defined as the priority.biological effect,posed potential ecological *** decrease non-specific biological effects,especially.of macromolecular dissolved organic matter,overall pollutant reduction strategy.is ***,the ozonation process was used to further decrease the bioluminescence inhibition effects from the secondary.effluent;≥0.34 g O 3/g DOC of ozone dose was recommended for micropollutants elimination control and ecological safety.

Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions from aquatic ecosy.tems are important components of the global carbon cy.le,y.t the CO_(2)emissions from coastal reservoirs,especially.in developing countries where urbanization and rapid land use change occur,are still poorly.*** this study.the spatiotemporal variations in CO_(2)concentrations and fluxes were investigated in Wenwusha Reservoir located in the southeast coast of ***,the mean CO_(2)concentration and flux across the whole reservoir were 41.85±2.03μmol/L and 2.87±0.29 mmol/m2/h,respectively.and the reservoir was a consistent net CO_(2)source over the entire *** land use ty.es and urbanization levels in the reservoir catchment significantly.affected the input of exogenous carbon *** mean CO_(2)fluxwasmuch higher from waters adjacent to the urban land(5.05±0.87 mmol/m2/hr)than other land use *** with larger input of exogenous substance via sewage discharge and upstream runoff were often the hotspots of CO_(2)emission in the *** results suggested that urbanization process,agricultural activities,and large input of exogenous carbon could result in large spatial heterogeneity.of CO_(2)emissions and alter the CO_(2)biogeochemical cy.ling in coastal *** studies should characterize the diurnal variations,microbial mechanisms,and impact of meteorological conditions on reservoir CO_(2)emissions to expand our understanding of the carbon cy.le in aquatic ecosy.tems.

Ce-incorporated apatite（Ce-HA） nano-scale particles with different Ce percentage contents（atomic ratio of Ce to Ce ＋ Ca is 5%,10%and 20%,respectively. were sy.thesized via a simple wet chemical method in this *** cry.tal structure,chemical groups,thermal stability.cry.tal morphologies and cry.tal sizes of the Ce-HA nano-particles were characterized by.X-ray.diffraction（XRD）,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.FTIR）,and transmission electron microscopy.TEM）.The influences of reaction temperature,reaction time,pH value,and the atomic ratio of Ce to Ce ＋ Ca on the structure and performance of Ce-HA particles were *** results show that the lattice constants,particle sizes,cry.tallinity.and thermal stability.of Ce-HA vary.with the doped Ce *** the increase of Ce content,the lattice constants of the Ce-HA nano-particles remarkably.increase but the particle size,cry.tallinity.and thermal stability.gradually.*** reaction temperature as well as the reaction time has no significant effect on the properties of the final products,while the pH value has a direct relationship with their final chemical *** obtained Ce-HA nanosize particles possess potential application in preparing artificial bone implants,bone tissue engineering scaffold and other bioactive coatings.

BACKGROUND Adolescents with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)may.encounter many.difficulties with their menstrual *** challenges that adolescents with ASD may.face include understanding phy.ical changes,coping with sy.ptoms,emotional sensitivity.communication,personal care,and *** To evaluate the effect of menstrual hy.iene skills training given to adolescents with ASD on their menstrual hy.iene *** The study.was conducted with 15 adolescents diagnosed with ASD by.the single group pre-test and post-test model in three special education centers in Tü*** were collected with the Adolescent and Parent Information Form and the Adolescent-Specific Menstrual Hy.iene Skill Registration *** While the mean age of adolescents was 16.06±0.88 y.ars,the mean age of individuals responsible for adolescent care was 43.66±5.56 *** 60.0%of the adolescents noticed the onset of bleeding before training,this rate was 93.3%after *** Adolescent-Specific Menstrual Hy.iene Skill Registration Form showed a statistically.significant increase in the application steps after the *** difference between the menstrual hy.iene skill scores of adolescents CONCLUSION The menstrual hy.iene skills training given to adolescents with ASD was beneficial in increasing their menstrual hy.iene *** individuals must take responsibility.during menstruation and independently.manage their continuous care activities.
