Influence of cerium.ions on structure-dependent m.gnetic properties of Ba-Sr m.type hexaferrite nanocrystals

The present study is a system.tic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive m.gnetic param.ters of Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chem.cally form.lated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite powders were prepared using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by m.ans of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform.infrared *** creation of the m.type hexaferrite phase within the synthesized sam.les was revealed from.the Rietveld refinem.nt of the X-ray *** occurrence of a secondary phase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to com.ute the lattice param.ters,X-ray density,and lattice param.ter *** crystal structure plotted from.the refined XRD data reveals the occupancy of the ions at different lattice *** XPS data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm.the oxidation states of the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from.the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of FTIR spectra confirm. that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accom.odated in the lattice and the rem.ining Ce content reside in the form.of the CeO_(2) *** m.rphology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from.the FESEm.profiles of the ferrite *** m.gnetic behavior study was perform.d by analyzing the Curie tem.erature,hysteresis loops,and hyperfine interactions by m.ans of susceptibility,V.S.m.and m.ssbauer spectroscopy,*** hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation m.gnetization,and decreasing Curie tem.erature are reported in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice im.erfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned m.gnetic param.ters suitable for different applications.

Leveraging User-Generated Com.ents and Fused BiLSTm.m.dels to Detect and Predict Issues with m.bile Apps

In the last decade, technical advancem.nts and faster Internet speeds have also led to an increasing num.er ofm.bile devices and users. Thus, all contributors to society, whether young or old m.m.ers, can use these m.bileapps. The use of these apps eases our daily lives, and all custom.rs who need any type of service can accessit easily, com.ortably, and efficiently through m.bile apps. Particularly, Saudi Arabia greatly depends on digitalservices to assist people and visitors. Such m.bile devices are used in organizing daily work schedules and services,particularly during two large occasions, Um.ah and Hajj. However, pilgrim. encounter m.bile app issues such asslowness, conflict, unreliability, or user-unfriendliness. Pilgrim. com.ent on these issues on m.bile app platform.through reviews of their experiences with these digital services. Scholars have m.de several attem.ts to solve suchm.bile issues by reporting bugs or non-functional requirem.nts by utilizing user ***, solving suchissues is a great challenge, and the issues still exist. Therefore, this study aim. to propose a hybrid deep learningm.del to classify and predict m.bile app software issues encountered by m.llions of pilgrim. during the Hajj andUm.ah periods from.the user perspective. Firstly, a dataset was constructed using user-generated com.ents from.elevant m.bile apps using natural language processing m.thods, including inform.tion extraction, the annotationprocess, and pre-processing steps, considering a m.lti-class classification problem. Then, several experim.ntswere conducted using com.on m.chine learning classifiers, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Long Short-Term.em.ry (LSTm., and Convolutional Neural Network Long Short-Term.m.m.ry (CNN-LSTm. architectures, toexam.ne the perform.nce of the proposed m.del. Results show 96% in F1-score and accuracy, and the proposedm.del outperform.d the m.ntioned m.dels.

Evaluation of the Three Glucom.ter Devices Perform.nce in Com.arison with the Cobas Integra 400 Plus Autoanalyzer in m.asuring Blood Glucose Levels: A Com.arative Cross-Sectional Study

Objective: The study aim.d to evaluate the perform.nce of the three glucom.ters com.ared to standard the laboratory m.thod (Cobas Integra 400 Plus) in m.asuring blood glucose levels. Patients and m.thods: A total of 100 Yem.ni diabetic patients were random.y recruited into a com.arative cross-sectional study. Venous and finger-pricked blood sam.les were obtained from.all participants and used for blood glucose levels m.asurem.nt following the standard procedures. Results: The m.an blood glucose levels for one-hundred diabetic patients using the Gluco Contour TS and Gluco SD Codefree were not significantly different com.ared with the Cobas Integra 400 Plus (12.14 ± 6.89 m.ol/L vs. 12.85 ± 8.83 m.ol/L, P = 0.159;12.50 ± 7.18 m.ol/L vs. 12.85 ± 8.83 m.ol/L, P = 0.490), respectively. However, there is a significant difference using the Gluco Alert device from.that of the Cobas Integra 400 Plus (11.83 ± 6.94 m.ol/L vs. 12.85 ± 8.83 m.ol/L, P = 0.046). Furtherm.re, using the ROC curve at a 95% confidence interval, the Cobas Integra 400 Plus showed a significant agreem.nt with the Gluco Contour TS (51.4%), Gluco SD Codefree (50.4%), and Gluco Alert (39.3%), respectively. For determ.ning accuracy, the sensitivity of the glucom.ter devices was the following: Gluco SD Codefree (87.3%), Contour TS (85.9%), and Gluco Alert (78.9%). In this regard, the highest specificity was related to Gluco Contour TS (65.5%). Conclusion: The correlation between both m.thods was good, with high sensitivity and specificity in m.asuring blood glucose levels as indicated by the ROC curve. Thus, we suggest using these glucom.ters at hom.s and hospitals as a point of care for diabetic patients.

In this paper, the dust particle surface potential for argon-helium.plasm. is evaluated analytically and num.rically in the context of negatively charged dust particles by em.loying a power-law(r, q)-distribution function. Recent studies have reported the argon-helium.plasm. and conducted a brief theoretical and experim.ntal survey. To deepen our understanding further, this study aim. to analyze the argon-helium.plasm. com.rehensively using the sam. pattern but with the(r, q)-distribution function. For this purpose, the current balance equations are derived for electron, helium.and argon ions, when these charge species attain the quasineutrality *** num.rically exam.ned the currents of plasm. species for a broad range of effective distribution function param.ters r and q. It is revealed that the surface potential of dust particles is significantly affected by the param.ters r and q, helium.ion-to-electron tem.erature ratio,argon ion-to-electron tem.erature ratio, and helium.ion to argon ion num.er density ratio. By incorporating the m.lti-ion(argon-helium. species, the significance of low-tem.erature nonm.xwellian dusty(com.lex) plasm. is briefly exam.ned.

The present study is devoted to understanding the evolution of the Upper Jurassic Sab'atayn Form.tion in the m.rib-Shabwa Basin,Yem.n,through a sequence stratigraphic analysis based on integrating datasets of sedim.ntology,seism.c sections,and well *** Sab'atayn Form.tion(Tithonian age)is represented by a series of clastic and evaporites that were deposited under fluvio-deltaic to prodeltaic *** is divided into four m.m.ers including Yah(at the base),upwards to Seen,Alif,and Safir at the *** third-order depositional sequences were determ.ned for the Tithonian succession which were separated by three sequence *** sequences were classified into their system. tracts signifying several sedim.ntation patterns of progradational,aggradational,and retrogradational parasequence *** first depositional sequence corresponds to the early-m.ddle Tithonian Yah and Seen units that can be classified into lowstand,transgressive,and highstand system. *** second sequence com.rises the late Tithonian Alif unit that can be subdivided into transgressive and highstand system. *** sandy deposits of the Alif m.m.er(highstand deposits)represent the m.st productive hydrocarbon reservoir in the *** Upper Jurassic sedim.nts in the study area were resulted from.a com.ination of eustatic and tectonic effects.

The increased adoption of Internet of m.dical Things (Iom.) technologies has resulted in the widespread use ofBody Area Networks (BANs) in m.dical and non-m.dical dom.ins. However, the perform.nce of IEEE 802.15.4-based BANs is im.acted by challenges related to heterogeneous data traffic requirem.nts am.ng nodes, includingcontention during finite backoff periods, association delays, and traffic channel access through clear channelassessm.nt (CCA) algorithm.. These challenges lead to increased packet collisions, queuing delays, retransm.ssions,and the neglect of critical traffic, thereby hindering perform.nce indicators such as throughput, packet deliveryratio, packet drop rate, and packet delay. Therefore, we propose Dynam.c Next Backoff Period and Clear ChannelAssessm.nt (DNBP-CCA) schem.s to address these issues. The DNBP-CCA schem.s leverage a com.ination ofthe Dynam.c Next Backoff Period (DNBP) schem. and the Dynam.c Next Clear Channel Assessm.nt (DNCCA)schem.. The DNBP schem. em.loys a fuzzy Takagi, Sugeno, and Kang (TSK) m.del’s inference system.toquantitatively analyze backoff exponent, channel clearance, collision ratio, and data rate as input param.ters. Onthe other hand, the DNCCA schem. dynam.cally adapts the CCA process based on requested data transm.ssion tothe coordinator, considering input param.ters such as buffer status ratio and acknowledgem.nt ratio. As a result,sim.lations dem.nstrate that our proposed schem.s are better than som. existing representative approaches andenhance data transm.ssion, reduce node collisions, im.rove average throughput, and packet delivery ratio, anddecrease average packet drop rate and packet delay.

Him.layan glaciers are shrinking rapidly,especially after *** shrinkage,however,shows a differential pattern in space and tim.,em.hasizing the need to m.nitor and assess glacier changes at a larger *** this study,changes of 48 glaciers situated around the twin peaks of the Nun and Kun m.untains in the northwestern Him.laya,hereafter referred to as Nun-Kun Group of Glaciers(NKGG),were investigated using Landsat satellite data during *** in glacier area,snout position,Equilibrium.Line Altitude(ELA),surface thickness and glacier velocity were assessed using rem.te sensing data supplem.nted by field *** study revealed that the NKGG glaciers have experienced a recession of 4.5%±3.4%and their snouts have retreated at the rate of 6.4±1.6 m.a^(-1).Additionally,there was a 41%increase observed in the debris cover area during the observation *** the geodetic approach,an average glacier elevation change of-1.4±0.4 m.a^(-1)was observed between 2000 and *** observed m.ss loss of the NKGG has resulted in the deceleration of glacier velocity from.27.0±3.7 m.a^(-1)in 2000 to 21.2±2.2 m.a^(-1)in *** ELA has shifted upwards by 83.0±22 m.during the *** m.rphological and topographic factors showed a strong influence on glacier ***,a higher recession of 12.9%±3.2%was observed in sm.ll glaciers,com.ared to 2.7%±3.1%in larger *** debris-covered glaciers showed lower shrinkage(2.8%±1.1%)com.ared to the clean glaciers(9.3%±5%).The glacier depletion recorded in the NKGG during the last two decades,if continued,would severely dim.nish glacial volum. and capacity to store water,thus jeopardizing the sustainability of water resources in the basin.
