The Petrological and Geochemical Evolution of Ediacaran Rare-Metal Bearing A-type Granites from the Jabal Aja Complex, Northern Arabian shield, saudi Arabia

New fieldwork, mineralogical and geochemical data and interpretations are presented for the rare-metal bearing A-type granites of the Aja intrusive complex(AIC) in the northern segment of the Arabian shield. This complex is characterized by discontinuous ring-shaped outcrops cut by later faulting. The A-type rocks of the AIC are late Neoproterozoic post-collisional granites, including alkali feldspar granite, alkaline granite and peralkaline granite. They represent the outer zones of the AIC, surrounding a core of older rocks including monzogranite, syenogranite and granophyre granite. The sharp contacts between A-type granites of the outer zone and the different granitic rocks of the inner zone suggest that the AIC was emplaced as different phases over a time interval, following complete crys.allization of earlier batches. The A-type granites represent the late intrusive phases of the AIC, which were emplaced during tectonic extension, as shown by the emplacement of dykes synchronous with the granite emplacement and the presence of cataclastic features. The A-type granites consist of K-feldspars, quartz, albite, amphiboles and sodic pyroxene with a wide variety of accessory minerals, including Fe-Ti oxides, zircon, allanite, fluorite, monazite, titanite, apatite, columbite, xenotime and epidote. They are highly evolved(71.3–75.8 wt% siO2) and display the typical geochemical characteristics of post-collisional, within-plate granites. They are rare-metal granites enriched in total alkalis, Nb, Zr, Y, Ga, Ta, REE with low CaO, MgO, Ba, and sr. Eu-negative anomalies(Eu/Eu* = 0.17–0.37) of the A-type granites reflect extreme magmatic fractionation and perhaps the effects of late fluid-rock interactions. The chemical characteristics indicate that the A-type granites of the AIC represent products of extreme fractional crys.allization involving alkali feldspar, quartz and, to a lesser extent, ferromagnesian minerals. Annealing Effects on the structural, Optical, and UV Photoresponse Properties of ZnO Nanostructures Prepared by RF-Magnetron sputtering at Different Deposition Temperatures

Undoped ZnO nanostructures were deposited on siO2/si substrates via radio 11：equency magnetron sputtenng at different deposition temperatures （room temperature, 200, 300, and 400 ℃）. The prepared samples were annealed at 500 ℃ for 2 h under an N2 flow. The structural, surface morphological, optical, and photoresponse characteristics of ZnO nanostructures as deposited and after annealing were then investigated. The energy bandgaps of all samples after annealing （3.22-3.28 eV） decreased compared with those of the as-deposited specimens. The barrier height increased when the deposition temperature increased and reached 0.77 eV at 400 ℃ after annealing with a leakage current of 0.17 gA at a 5 V bias. The UV photodetector device which was deposited at the optimal temperature of 300 ℃, has 12.51 × 10^3% pho- tosensitivity, 2.259 pA dark current, 0.508 s response time, and 0.466 s recovery time. The dark current significantly decreased for all samples after annealing. The proposed UV photodetectors exhibit high performance, high photosensi- tivity, shorter response and recovery times, and excellent stability at lower bias voltages of 5 and 2 V.

Fabrication and Characterization of Undoped and Cobalt-doped ZnO Based UV Photodetector Prepared by RF-sputtering

Undoped and 1 at.% Co-doped ZnO nanostructure based UV photodetectors were successfully fabricated by RF- magnetron sputtering technique with comb like Pt electrodes. Cobalt ions were successfully incorporated into the lattice of the ZnO nanostructure without changing its wurtzite structure. It was indicated that Co-doping can effectively adjust the luminescence properties of the ZnO nanostructure. The undoped and Co-doped ZnO photodetectors were observed to have photosensitivities of 1.44 x 104 % and 8.57 x 102 % and low dark currents of 9.74 x 10-8 A and 1.18 x 10-7 A, respectively.

This study investigates the effect of aluminium oxide nanoparticlesaddition to biodiesel blends made from dairy milk scum on performance and combustion characteristics of the diesel *** dispersion of al2O3nanoparticles in B20 blends at different concentrations was done with the help of *** number of blends were prepared for the *** Machine learning algorithms(Random Forest（RF）and CatBoost) was used for the *** results show that in comparison to biodiesel blends without nanoparticles,the kinematic viscosity and density is higher for fuel blends with *** these Fuel blends have higher calorific *** blends exhibited reduced Brake specific Fuel Consumption（BsFC） of2.85% than the blends without nano particles(Dairy scum Methyl Ester Biodiesel 20%+Neat Diesel 80%（in volume）,DsMEB20),57.14% less CO,40.8% less hydrocarbon,and increased NOxemissions compared to conventional diesel,contributing to the development of environmentally friendly and renewable biofuel blends with *** B20NP30 is the optimal blend for performance and emission *** study concludes with findings on enhanced Brake Thermal Efficiency（BTE） of 26.29% in 3×10-5（in volume） al2O3nanoparticle-blended DsME B20 and other DsME B20 fuel blends,emphasizing the importance of optimal nanoparticle *** correlation matrix shows how engine load,efficiency measures（BTE,BsFC）,and emissions（CO,CO2,NOx,smoke） are connected in complex *** results help us understand the complicated dynamics of engine performance and emission characteristics ***'s diagram for BTE and BsFC shows that CatBoost-based BTE models perform superior to RF-based models during the training as well as testing *** results were obtained for CO and CO2emission results.

Design and analysis of intrusion detection systems for wireless mesh networks

Intrusion is any unwanted activity that can disrupt the normal functions of wired or wireless networks. Wireless mesh networking technology has been pivotal in providing an affordable means to deploy a network and allow omnipresent access to users on the Internet. A multitude of emerging public services rely on the widespread, high-speed, and inexpensive connectivity provided by such networks. The absence of a centralized network infrastructure and open shared medium makes WMNs particularly susceptible to malevolent attacks, especially in multihop networks. Hence, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure privacy, security, and resilience when designing such networks. An effective method to detect possible internal and external attack vectors is to use an intrusion detection system. although many Intrusion Detection systems (IDss) were proposed for Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs), they can only detect intrusions in a particular layer. Because WMNs are vulnerable to multilayer security attacks, a cross-layer IDs are required to detect and respond to such attacks. In this study, we analyzed cross-layer IDs options in WMN environments. The main objective was to understand how such schemes detect security attacks at several OsI layers. The suggested IDs is verified in many scenarios, and the experimental results show its efficiency.

Opposite Modulatory Effects of Crataegus aronia Aqueous Extract on Platelet Aggregation in Rats
