Ocula. meta.ta.is is a. uncommon occurrence tha. usua.ly ha. a.poor prognosis. The most frequent ca.ses of intra.cula. meta.ta.es a. reported in the litera.ure a.e brea.t a.d lung ca.cers. Intra.cula. meta.ta.is origina.ing from esopha.ea. ca.cer is very ra.e. We discuss a.ca.e of 58 yea.s old ma. known ca.e of a.enoca.cinoma.of the esopha.oga.tric junction presenting with ocula. meta.ta.is in King a.dula.iz Medica. City, Jedda., Sa.di a.a.ia. Clinica. symptoms led to the investiga.ions a.d dia.nosis of the ocula. meta.ta.is which without these symptoms it would ha.e been missed. We concluded tha. a.ca.eful a.d good review of the whole body is essentia. in the optima. dia.nosis of meta.ta.ic lesions especia.ly when it comes to a.ra.e meta.ta.is like ocula. meta.ta.is from esopha.ea. ca.cer.

Internet of Things (IoT) a.ong of a.l the technology revolutions ha. been considered the next evolution of the internet. IoT ha. become a.fa. more popula. a.ea.in the computing world. IoT combined a.huge number of things (devices) tha. ca. be connected through the internet. The purpose: this pa.er a.ms to explore the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) genera.ly a.d outline the ma.n definitions of IoT. The pa.er a.so a.ms to exa.ine a.d discuss the obsta.les a.d potentia. benefits of IoT in Sa.di universities. Methodology: the resea.chers reviewed the previous litera.ure a.d focused on severa. da.a.a.es to use the recent studies a.d resea.ch rela.ed to the IoT. Then, the resea.chers a.so used qua.tita.ive methodology to exa.ine the fa.tors a.fecting the obsta.les a.d potentia. benefits of IoT. The da.a.were collected by using a.questionna.re distributed online a.ong a.a.emic sta.f a.d a.tota. of 150 pa.ticipa.ts completed the survey. Finding: the result of this study revea.s there a.e twelve fa.tors tha. a.fect the potentia. benefits of using IoT such a. reducing huma. errors, increa.ing business income a.d worker’s productivity. It a.so shows the eighteen fa.tors which a.fect obsta.les the IoT use, for exa.ple sensors’ cost, da.a.priva.y, a.d da.a.security. Ba.kground: Liver cirrhosis is the most common ca.se of a.cites. For cirrhotic a.cites tha. does not respond to diuretics a.d sa.t restriction, la.ge-volume pa.a.entesis is a. a.terna.ive option. Methods: a.retrospective cohort study of pa.ients a.mitted to the Da. ca.e unit a. King a.dula.iz University Hospita. for thera.eutic pa.a.entesis of cirrhotic a.cites wa. performed from Ma.ch 2013-a.ril 2014. The demogra.hic da.a.a.d results, including the pla.elet count, hemoglobin level, prothrombin time (PT), interna.iona. norma.ized ra.io (INR), serum crea.inine, serum a.bumin, a.d bilirubin levels, were recorded. We recorded a.l of the bleeding episodes. Results: We recorded 118 a.missions for 13 pa.ients. Nine of them were ma.e (69.2%), a.d the mea. a.e wa. 58.6 ± 15.8 yea.s. a.l pa.ients ha. a.Child-Pugh score of C. The pla.elet count wa. lower tha. norma. for 78 a.missions (66.1%), a.d the PT wa. prolonged for 99 a.missions (84%). Three episodes of bleeding occurred in our cohort, a.l of which were mild a.d controlled by the loca. a.plica.ion of pressure. One pa.ient required a.pla.elet tra.sfusion for severe thrombocytopenia. low pla.elets count wa. a.socia.ed with eleva.ed crea.inine a.d low a.bumin levels (P = 0.014 a.d 0.003, respectively). Simila.ly, a.prolonged PT wa. a.socia.ed with low a.bumin, high bilirubin, low pla.elet, a.d high crea.inine levels (P = 0.013, a.d a.ge-volume pa.a.entesis is a.socia.ed with only a.sma.l risk of bleeding in pa.ients with cirrhotic a.cites, a.d a.tra.sfusion of fresh frozen pla.ma.(FFP) a.d pla.elets is not needed for the ma.ority of pa.ients.

Ba.kground: With 748,300 new ca.es dia.nosed every yea., hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.(HCC) is the 5th?a.d the 7th?most common ca.cer a.ong ma.es a.d fema.es, respectively, a.d ca.ses 7% of a.l ca.cer-rela.ed dea.hs. HCC represents more tha.?90% of prima.y liver ca.cers. Objective: The a.m of the present study wa. to recognize the sta.es of HCC a. presenta.ion in pa.ients who were dia.nosed a. King a.dul a.iz University Hospita. (Ka.H) a.d to identify the a.socia.ed la.ora.ory fea.ures of a.va.ce HCC.?Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: a.retrospective a.a.ysis of 57 HCC pa.ients a.mitted to Ka.H between Ja.ua.y 2008 a.d December 2012 wa. conducted. The dia.nosis wa. esta.lished using ultra.ound (U/S), computed tomogra.hy (CT) a.d/or ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing (MRI), with or without a.liver biopsy, a. well a. blood testing for a.pha.fetoprotein.?The following da.a.were extra.ted from the medica. records a. Ka.H: pa.ient demogra.hics (a.e, sex a.d na.iona.ity), la.ora.ory results (CBC, LFT, PT, INR a.d a.pha.fetoprotein), ra.iologica. results, biopsy results for those pa.ients who underwent biopsy, outcomes (living, decea.ed or lost from the follow-up), a.d morta.ity a.d surviva. ra.es. Results: a.tota. of 57 HCC pa.ients were a.mitted during the study period, a.d 3 pa.ients were excluded from the a.a.ysis. Of the rema.ning 54 pa.ients, 44 (81.5%) were ma.es a.d 10 (18.5%) were fema.es. The mea. a.e wa. 64.54 yea.s (SD, 11.2 yea.s;ra.ge, 31?-?86 yea.s). The ma.ority of pa.ients were Sa.dis (19, 35.2%), non-Sa.dis (35, 64.8%), Egyptia.s (9, 16.6%) a.d Yemenis (7, 13%). The rema.ning 19 (35.2%) pa.ients comprised other na.iona.ities. Chronic hepa.itis C virus wa. the most common ca.se for liver cirrhosis (35 pa.ients, 64.8%). CT wa. the prima.y dia.nostic method (37 pa.ients 68.5%), while 9 (16.7%) ca.es were confirmed by a.nomina. MRI. Despite the extensive empirica. litera.ure rela.ing to the Internet of Things (IoT), surprisingly few a.tempts ha.e sought to esta.lish the wa.s in which digita. forensics ca. be a.plied to underta.e deta.led exa.ina.ions rega.ding IoT fra.eworks. The existing digita. forensic a.plica.ions ha.e effectively held ba.k efforts to a.ign the IoT with digita. forensic stra.egies. This is beca.se the forensic a.plica.ions a.e ill-suited to the highly complex IoT fra.eworks a.d would, therefore, struggle to a.a.s, a.a.yze a.d test the necessa.y evidence tha. would be required by a.court. a. such, there is a.need to develop a.suita.le forensic fra.ework to fa.ilita.e forensic investiga.ions in IoT settings. Nor ha. considera.le progress been ma.e in terms of collecting a.d sa.ing network a.d server logs from IoT settings to ena.le exa.ina.ions. Consequently, this study sets out to develop a.d test the FB system which is a.lightweight forensic fra.ework ca.a.le of improving the scope of investiga.ions in IoT environments. The FB system ca. orga.ize the ma.a.ement of va.ious IoT devices found in a.sma.t a.a.tment, a.l of which is controlled by the owner’s sma.t wa.ch. This will help to perform useful functions, a.toma.e the decision-ma.ing process, a.d ensure tha. the system rema.ns secure. a.Ja.a.a.p is utilized to simula.e the FB system, lea.ning the user’s requirements a.d security expecta.ions when insta.led a.d employing the MySQL server a. a.mea.s of logging the communica.ions of the va.ious IoT devices.

The preva.ence of a.H a.ong the genera. popula.ion a.d a.ong chronic liver disea.e (CLD) pa.ients is va.ia.le worldwide. Currently, no published da.a.on the preva.ence of a.H a.ong Sa.di or a.ong liver disea.e pa.ients from the region. In this study, we a.med to a.sess the preva.ence of a.H a.ong CLD pa.ients who were referred for tra.sient ela.togra.hy (FibroSca.) in Sa.di a.a.ia. Pa.ients a.d methods: a.retrospective study wa. conducted a.ong CLD pa.ients who ha. a.tra.sient ela.togra.hy (FibroSca.) during the 3-yea. study period. We obta.ned demogra.hic da.a.a.d test results for serum a.a.ine a.inotra.sfera.e (a.T), bilirubin, hemoglobin (Hgb), pla.elets, a.d interna.iona. norma.ized ra.io (INR) from a.l pa.ients. We compa.ed the results of the a.H pa.ients to those of the non-a.H pa.ients with CLD. In a.dition, for a.H pa.ients, we mea.ured serum immunoglobulin G (IgG), a.tinuclea. a.tibody (a.a., smooth muscle a.tibody (SMa. a.d a.T a. 2 - 6 weeks a.d a. 3 - 4 months. Results: We included 494 pa.ients, who were predomina.tly fema.e (271 (60%)) a.d Sa.di (299 (60.5%)). Thirty pa.ients (6.1%) ha. a.H, which represented the 4th most common liver disea.e. Compa.ed to non-a.H pa.ients, a.H pa.ients were younger (mea. a.es 49.9 yea.s, SD 14.22 yea.s, a.d 40.4 yea.s, SD 13.94 yea.s, respectively, P = 0.001). Pa.ients with a.H ha. significa.tly lower Hgb a.d pla.elets (P = 0.008 for both) a.d higher a.T, bilirubin a.d INR (P = 0.05, 0.047 a.d 0.019, respectively). More tha. 50% of the a.H pa.ients ha. cirrhosis. Older a.e wa. not a.socia.ed with a.va.ced disea.e sta.e a.ong the a.H pa.ients (P a.H represents the 4th most common ca.se of CLD in pa.ients referred for tra.sient ela.togra.hy in Sa.di a.a.ia. a.H tends to be severe in pa.ients a. a.young a.e, with a.ma.ke
