We show that a phenomenological form of energy density for the scalar field can provide the required transition from decelerated(q > 0) to accelerated expansion(q alues obtained from those datasets are then applied to reconstruct ωφ(z), the equation of state parameter for the scalar field. The results show that the reconstructed forms of q(z) and ωφ(z) do not differ much from the standard ΛCDM value at the current epoch. Finally, the functional form of the relevant potential V(φ) is derived by a parametric reconstruction. The corresponding V(φ)comes out to be a double exponential potential, which has a number of cosmological ***, we have also studied the effect of this particular scalar field dark energy sector on the evolution of matter overdensities.

Abstract In this paper, we study the Lp mapping properties of certain class of maximal oscillatory singular integral operators. We prove a general theorem for a class of maximal functions along surfaces. As a consequence of such theorem, we establish the Lp boundedness of various maximal oscillatory singular integrals provided that their kernels belong to the natural space L log L（Sn-1）. Moreover, we highlight some additional results concerning operators with kernels in certain block spaces. The results in this paper substantially improve previously known results.

癌症是威胁人类生命中最严重的疾病之一。阻断程序性细胞死亡蛋白1(PD-1)和程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)途径是近年来抑制癌细胞的重大创新之一,但只有少数抑制剂能够阻断。(2-甲基-3-联苯)甲醇(MBPM)衍生物就是其中之一。首先,建立了20个(2-甲基-3-联苯)甲醇(MBPM)衍生物作为程序性死亡配体-1(PD-L1)抑制剂的定量构效关系。采用密度泛函理论(DFT)在B3LPY/6-31+G(d,p)水平上研究了所选化合物的化学结构和性质。观察并测定了最高占据分子轨道能量(E)、最低未占据分子轨道能量(E)、总能量E、偶极矩DM、绝对硬度η、绝对电负性χ、柔软度S、亲电性ω、能隙ΔE等。采用主成分分析(PCA)、多元线性回归(MLR)和多元非线性回归(MNLR)建立了QSAR模型。基于统计分析提出了定量模型和化合物的解释结果。MLR和MNLR的统计结果分别为0.661和0.758。对MLR和MNLR进行了单因素交叉验证(LOO-CV)、r指标、r检验和Golbraikh&Tropsha标准分析,结果表明,两个模型具有统计学意义,且在PD-L1的外部验证中数据变化稳定;MNLR模型比MLR模型更准确地预测了PD-L1抑制剂的生物活性。其次,我们设计了20种新型的MBPM卤化衍生物,在B3LYP/Midi X水平的DFT方法进行结构优化和频率计算,得到了这些化合物的Homo-Lumo能隙、硬度、柔软度和偶极矩。此外,对这些分子与PD-L1(PDB-ID 5j89)进行了3种不同的分子对接分析研究分子间的相互作用。进一步的,对29个蛋白质与5个候选蛋白进行了50 ns分子动力学模拟。分子动力学模拟表明,改性后的化合物比未改性的MBMP衍生物更有效,其中Tyr56、Asp122和Tyr123残基形成了氢键,并且这种氢键在药物-蛋白质相互作用中发挥重要作用。此外,化合物7在MD模拟和蛋白质数据库中的结果显示其与MBPM亲和力优异。强配体结合可能需要与ala121、Met 115和Try123的残基的π-烷基相互作用,与Tyr56的残基的π-π堆积以及与残基Met 115的烷基相互作用。此外,ADME/T分析表明,修饰的类似物毒性比母体化合物少。因此,卤素靶向抑制剂与PD-L1结合良好,有望成为治疗癌症的理想药物。最后,在B3LPY/6-31+G(d,p)水平上用DFT理论计算了100个合成的(2-甲基-3-联苯)甲醇(MBPM)衍生物或与PD-L1结合的小分子。Lipinski的五定律(RO5)被用来筛选所有优化的化合物。筛选后的化合物被进一步对接。利用Auto Dock-Vina和GOLD对接技术研究了这些抑制剂与PD-L1结合力。对M30、M38、M48、M51和M58 5种顶级抑制剂分子进行对接模拟结果表明M51能与PD-L1结合力最好。此外,A:Gln66、A:Tyr56、B:Asp122和B:Tyr123氨基酸参与了氢键的形成其他氨基酸A:Tyr56、A:Met 115、A:ala121、B:Tyr56、B:Met115和B:ala121强烈参与疏水作用。预测物质的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄、毒性和活性谱(PASS)结果表明比M51比其他四个分子更安全可靠,这说明M51很可能是一种非常有前途的抑制剂,可以与PD-L1结合,部分阻断PD-1/PD-L1。
