With the continuous development of transportation electrification,the cybersecurity of energy infrastructure has become increasingly ***,EVs resemble a significant tool to carryout cyberattacks since EVs are not only seen as dynamic loads but also as mobile energy sources that establish two-way communications with several players in the *** taxonomy aims to provide a comprehensive overview of cyberattacks against EVs from four distinct *** first is the research domains of EVs application,which investigates the different fields of research related to the development and application of EVs and how they are susceptible to cyber *** second is the CIAbased attacks,which examines the threats to the confidentiality,integrity,and availability of EVs'sensitive information and critical *** third taxonomy discusses the countermeasures and defensive mechanisms to secure the EVs against cyberattacks,including preventive measures,detection algorithms,response strategy,and recovery *** fourth taxonomy is the verification and validation methodologies,which explores the software tools and hardware testbeds used to test and evaluate the security of EVs against cyber ***,this taxonomy presents an understanding of the current state of cyberattacks against EVs and serves as a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners in the fields of cybersecurity and electric mobility.

Unlike the 2007–2008 market crash,which was caused by a banking failure and led to an economic recession,the 1918 inﬂuenza pandemic triggered a worldwideﬁnancial *** usually affect the global economy,and the COVID-19 pandemic is no *** stock markets have fallen over 40%,and companies are shutting down,ending contracts,and issuing volun-tary and involuntary leaves for thousands of *** economic effects have led to an increase in unemployment rates,crime,and *** pandemics’economic effects,especially on the stock market,has not been urgent or feasible until ***,with advances in artiﬁcial intelligence(AI)and the inter-connectivity that social media provides,such research has become *** this paper,we propose a COVID-19-based stock market prediction system(C19-SM2)that utilizes social *** AI system enables economists to study how COVID-19 pandemic data inﬂuence social media and,hence,the stock market.C19-SM2 gathers COVID-19 infection and death cases reported by the authorities and social media data from a geographic area and extracts the sentiments and events that occur in that *** information is then fed to the support vector machine(SVM)and random forest and random tree classiﬁers along with current stock market ***,the system produces a projection of the stock market’s movement during the next *** tested the system with the Dow Jones Industrial Average(DJI)and the Tadawul all Share Index(TASI).Our system achieved a stock market prediction accuracy of 99.71%,substantially higher than the 89.93%accuracy reported in the related literature;the inclusion of COVID-19 data improved accuracy by 9.78%.

The ciliate genus Protocruzia belongs to one of the most ambiguous taxa considering its systematic position,possibly as a member of the classes Heterotrichea,Spirotrichea or Karyorelictea,which is tentatively placed into Spirotrichea in Lynn’s 2008 *** test these hypotheses,multigene trees(Bayesian inference,evolutionary distance,maximum parsimony,and maximum likelihood) were constructed using the small subunit rRNA(SSU rRNA) gene,internal transcribed spacer 2(ITS2) and a protein coding gene(histone H4).all analyses agree that:(1) four morphotypes of Protocruzia from different geographical origins group together and form a monophyletic clade,which cannot be assigned to any of the eleven described ciliate classes;(2) it is invariably positioned on an isolated branch separated from the class Spirotrichea suggesting that this clade should be clearly removed from Spirotrichea;(3) this leads us to hypothesize that this taxon may indeed represent a lineage on a class *** on the fact that it is,both morphologically and in molecular features,closely related to the heterotrichs,Colpodea and Oligohymenophorea,Protocruziida might be an ancestral form for the subphylum Intramacronucleata in the evolutionary line from the class Heterotrichea(subphylum Postciliodesmatophora) to higher taxa.

The most resource-intensive and laborious part of debugging is finding the exact location of the fault from the more significant number of code *** of machine intelligence models has offered the effective localization of *** models can precisely locate the faulty with more than 95%accuracy,resulting in demand for trustworthy models in fault *** and trustworthiness within machine intelligencebased software models can only be achieved via explainable artificial intelligence in Fault Localization(XFL).The current study presents a model for generating counterfactual interpretations for the fault localization model’s *** system approximations and disseminated presentation of input information may be achieved by building a nonlinear neural network *** demonstrates a high level of proficiency in transfer learning,even with minimal training *** proposed XFL would make the decisionmaking transparent simultaneously without impacting the model’s *** proposed XFL ranks the software program statements based on the possible vulnerability score approximated from the training *** model’s performance is further evaluated using various metrics like the number of assessed statements,confidence level of fault localization,and TopN evaluation strategies.

The small subunit rRNA (SSU rRNA) gene for six marine stichotrichs, Pseudokeronopsis carnea, P. flava, Holosticha heterofoissneri, H. diademata, H. bradburyae and Anteholosticha manca, was sequenced and characterized. Using this molecular information, the phylogenetic positions of three related genera, Pseudokeronopsis, Holosticha and Anteholosticha were determined. The results indicate that the family Urostylidae is clearly separated from the family Pseudokeronopsidae. The present phylogenetic analyses unambiguously placed Pseudokeronopsis close to Holosticha, and support the conclusion that these genera should be regarded as the members of the order Urostylidae within the stichotrich clade. Furthermore, the results of this study also support the monophyly of the genus Pseud-okeronopsis, the redefinition of Holosticha s. str. and the placement of Anteholosticha in a clade separate from Holosticha.

Total knee arthroplasty:Effect of obesity and other patients' characteristics on operative duration and outcome

AIM: To examine the effects of patients' characteristics mainly obesity on operative duration and other outcomemeasures of knee arthroplasty. METHODS: This is a retrospective chart review of 204 patients who had knee arthroplasty within the past five years(2007-2011) at King abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The data collection form was developed utilizing the literature review to gather all the needed variables. Data were gathered from admission notes, nursing notes, operative reports and discharge ***: A feasible sample of 204 patients were included in the study. Of those patients, 155(76%) were females. The mean age was 70.1 years for males(SD ± 9.4) and 62.7 years(SD ± 8) for females. Regarding the type of total knee replacement(TKR), 163(79.9%) patients had unilateral TKR and 41(20.1%) had bilateral TKR. Nine patients(4.4%) had a normal body mass index(BMI)(18.5 to al TKR and 216.6 min(SD ± 55.4) for bilateral *** mean length of stay in the hospital was 12 d(SD ± 4.9). The complications that patients had after the operation included 2 patients(1%) who developed deep venous thrombosis, 2 patients(1%) developed surgical wound infections and none had pulmonary embolism. Patients' characteristics(including age, gender, BMI and co-morbidities) did not have an effect on the operative duration of knee replacement nor the length of hospital stay. CONCLUSION: Our study shows that obesity and other patients' characteristics do not have effect on the operative duration nor the length of hospital stay following TKR.

A Schiff base L [2-thiophenecarboxylic acid, 2-（2-pyridinylmethylene）hydrazide] with its lanthanide metal complexes was synthesized. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity measurements, spectral analysis（NMR, FT-IR, and UV-Vis）, luminescence and thermal gravimetric analysis. The Schiff base ligand was a tridentate chelate and coordinates to the central lanthanide ion with 1：2 metal：ligand ratio. The conductivity data showed a 1：1 electrolytic nature with a general formula [LnL_2（NO_3）_2]NO_3. The luminescence emission properties for Sm, Tb, and Eu complexes were observed and showed that the ligand L could absorb and transfer energy to Sm（III）, Tb（III） and Eu（III） ions. The complexes possessed a good antibacterial activity against different bacterial strains. In addition, the scavenging activity of the Ln（III） complexes on DPPH was concentration dependant and the complexes were significantly more efficient in quenching DPPH than the free Schiff base ligand.

Reproductive disturbances among Saudi adolescent girls and young women with type 1 diabetes mellitus

AIM To identify reproductive disturbances among adolescent girls and young women with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1 DM) in Saudi *** This cross sectional study was conducted among 102 female with T1 DM,(aged 13-29 years) who attended the Diabetes Clinic at Diabetes Treatment Center, Prince Sultan Military Medical City, Saudi Arabia between April 2015 to March 2016. Clinical history, anthropometric characteristics and reproductive disturbance were collected through a *** Of 102 patients included in this analysis, 26.5%(27/102) were reported that they experienced an irregular menses. Of these patients, when compared to whose diabetes was diagnosed before menarche(35.4%, 17/48), patients diagnosed with diabetes after menarche(18.5%, 10/54) showed significantly less irregular menses(difference 16.9%, P = 0.04). Similarly, compared to patients diagnosed with diabetes prior to menarche(mean age 12.9 years; n = 48), patients diagnosed with diabetes after menarche(meanage 12.26 years; n = 54) were found to have 0.64 years delay in the age of menarche(P = 0.04). Among the studied patients, 15.7%(16/102) had polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Of these PCOS patients, 37.5%(6/16) had irregular menses, 6.3%(1/16) had Celiac disease, 37.5%(6/16) had Hashimoto thyroiditis and 18.7%(3/16) had *** More than one fourth of the study population with T1 DM experiencing an irregular menses. Adolescent girls and young women diagnosed with diabetes prior to menarche showed higher menstrual irregularity and a delay in the age of menarche.

The phylogenetic relationship among tintinnid ciliates are relatively poorly studied based on molecular data. In the present work, seven species belonging to five genera of the order Tintinnida (Amphorellopsis acuta, Codonellopsis nipponica, Favella taraikaensis, Steno-semella nivalis, Tintinnopsis beroidea, Tintinnopsis cylindrica and Tintinnopsis lohmanni) were analyzed using the information on their small subunit ribosomal RNA gene sequences. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using Bayesian inference (BI), maximum parsimony (MP), neighbor-joining (NJ), and least-squares (LS) methods. Generally, similar topologies were revealed with high or moderate supports, in which the main results show that (1) all tintinnids analyzed belong to a single assemblage; (2) congeners in Tintinnopsis do not cluster together, which indicates that the lorica-based definition for this genus is not consistent with the SSU rRNA phylogeny; (3) A. acuta groups with Tintinnidium mucicola but not with Eutintinnus, indicating that the traditional family Tintinnidae might be a paraphyletic group; (4) Stenosemella and Codonellopsis are clearly most related and possibly even merged into one genus regarding their similar morphology and molecular analyses, and possession of a hyaline collar is the only characteristic of the genus.
