Nephronophthisis-related ciliopathies(NPHP-RC)represent one of the most common causes of chronic kidney disease in the first three decades of life and are characterized by a broad genetic and clinical heterogeneity.1 To date,more than 90 genes have been identified that cause autosomalreces.i.e NPHP-RC if mutated,accounting for up to 60%of cases.1 Among these,homozygous deletions of NPHP1 are the most common *** genes localize to primary cilia,basal bodies,or the centrosome and lead to a primary ciliary disruption if mutated,thereby causing a broad phenotypical spectrum.1 Patients that suffer from NPHP-RC can either have an isolated renal phenotype,such as polyuria,polydipsia,decreased urinary concentration ability,and secondary enuresis due to loss of tubular function,or present with extrarenal symptoms.i.cluding retinal degeneration,cerebellar vermis hypoplasia,or hepatic *** are often diagnosed in early adolescence,reaching end-stage renal disease before 25 years of age,but early onset and rapidly progres.i.e forms of NPHP-RC also exist.1 Renal ultrasound indicates kidneys of normal or reduced renal length with increased echogenicity and corticomedullary cysts.

The trans.i.sion of video content over a network raises various.i.sues relating to copyright authenticity,ethics,legality,and *** protection of copyrighted video content is a significant issue in the video industry,and it is essential to find effective solutions to prevent tampering and modification of digital video content during its trans.i.sion through digital ***,there are s.i.lmany unresolved *** paper aims to address those challenges by proposing a new technique for detectingmoving objects.i. digital videos,which can help prove the credibility of video content by detecting any fake objects.i.serted by *** proposed technique involves using two methods,the H.264 and the extraction color features methods,to embed and extract watermarks.i. video *** study tested the performance of the system against various attacks and found it to be *** evaluation was done using different metrics such as Peak-signal-to-Noise Ratio(PsNR),Mean squared Error(MsE),structural similarity index Measure(s.i.),Bit Correction Ratio(BCR),and Normalized *** accuracy of identifying moving objects was high,ranging from 96.3%to 98.7%.The system was also able to embed a fragile watermark with a success rate of over 93.65%and had an average capacity of hiding of *** reconstructed video frames had high quality with a PsNR of at least 65.45 dB and s.i.of over 0.97,making them imperceptible to the human *** system also had an acceptable average time difference(T=1.227/s)compared with other state-of-the-art methods.

Throughout the world, climate change is threatening the human population. in West Africa, smallholder farmers.i. indigenous agricultural societies typically hold considerable knowledge. Therefore, this study was conducted in West Atacora of Benin Republic to assess the drivers of farmers’ perceptions of climate change risk. We used a random sampling technique to select 360 households’ heads who were interviewed regarding different climate change risks perception. Binomial logis.i. regres.i.n was used to assess the drivers of farmers’ perceptions of climate change risks. The results showed that the farmers.i. drier areas had a higher perception of the global risk of climate change than those in humid areas. The same trend was observed for the seven different individual’s climate change risk inves.i.ated. The study identified also members.i. of farm organizations as main sociodemographic characteris.i. that explains farmers’ perception of climate change risk perception. These findings are helpful tools to sensitize the local people on climate change risk and cope with the risk in agricultural lands.

Response of Rice Cultivars to Elevated Air Temperature and s.i. Amendments: implications towards Climate Change Adaptations and Mitigating Global Warming Potentials

Global mean surface air temperature is expected to increase 1.1˚C - 6.4˚C by the end of 21st century which may affect rice productivity and methane emis.i.ns.i. the future climate. This experiment was conducted to inves.i.ate the response of rice cultivars to elevated air temperature (+1.5˚C higher than ambient) and s.i. amendments.i. regards to rice yield, yield scaled methane emis.i.ns and global warming potentials. The experimental findings revealed that replacement of inorganic fertilizers (20% - 40% of recommended NPKs) with Vermicompost, Azolla biofertilizer, enriched sugarcane pressmud, rice husk biochar and silicate fertilization increased rice yield 13.0% - 23.0%, and 11.0% - 19.0% during wet aman and dry boro season, respectively. However, seasonal cumulative CH4 fluxes were decreased by 9.0% - 25.0% and 5.0% - 19.0% during rainfed wet aman and irrigated dry boro rice cultivation, respectively with selected s.i. amendments. The maximum reduction in seasonal cumulative CH4 flux (19.0% - 25.0%) was recorded with silicate fertilization and azolla biofertilizer amendments (9.0% - 13.0%), whereas maximum grain yield increment 10.0 % - 14.0% was found with Vermicompost and sugarcane pressmud amendments compared to chemical fertilization (100% NPKs) treated s.i.s at ambient air temperature. However, rice grain yield decreased dras.i.ally 43.0% - 50.0% at elevated air temperature (3˚C higher than ambient air temperature), eventhough accelerated the total cumulative CH4 flux as well as GWPs.i. all treatments. Maximum seasonal mean GWPs were calculated at 391.0 kg CO2 eq·ha−1 in rice husk biochar followed by sugarcane pressmud (mean GWP 387.0 kg CO2 eq·ha−1), while least GWPs were calculated at 285 - 305 kg CO2 eq·ha−1 with silicate fertilizer and Azolla biofertilizer amendments. Rice cultivar BRRi dhan 87 revealed comparatively higher seasonal cumulative CH4 fluxes, yield scaled CH4 flux and GWPs than BRRi dhan 71 during wet aman rice growing season;while BRRi dhan
