Fungal disease affects more than a billion people worldwide,resulting in different types of fungus diseases facing life-threatening *** outer layer of your body is called the integumentary *** skin,hair,nails,and glands are all part of *** organs and tissues serve as your first line of defence against bacteria while protecting you from harm and the *** It serves as a barrier between the outside world and the regulated environment inside our bodies and a regulating ***,light,damage,and illness are all protected by ***-caused infections are found in almost every part of the natural *** an invasive fungus takes over a body region and overwhelms the immune system,it causes fungal infections in *** primary goal of this study was to create a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)-based technique for detecting and classifying various types of fungal *** are numerous fungal illnesses,but only two have been identified and classified using the proposed Innovative Fungal Disease Diagnosis(IFDD)system of Candidiasis and Tinea *** paper aims to detect infected skin issues and provide treatment recommendations based on proposed system *** identify and categorize fungal infections,deep machine learning techniques are utilized.A CNN architecture was created,and it produced a promising outcome to improve the proposed system *** collected findings demonstrated that CNN might be used to identify and classify numerous species of fungal spores early and estimate all conceivable fungus *** CNN-Based can detect fungal diseases through medical images;earmarked IFDD system has a predictive performance of 99.6%accuracy.

Roles of functionalized nanoparticles in the performance improvement of proton-exchange membranes used in low-and intermediate-temperature hydrogen fuel cells: A review

A variety of nanoparticles（NPs）(e.g., SiO2, TiO2, CeO2, Co3O4, etc.) and their functionalized counterparts have been intensively investigated for improving the electrochemical and mechanical durability of polymer-based proton-exchange membranes（PEMs） for use in low-and intermediate-temperature fuel cells. This study is to conduct a comprehensive review on the roles of functionalized NPs in the performance enhancement of PEMs including proton conductivity, gas crossover resistance, electrochemical and mechanical durability, etc. A brief historical review of PEM fuel cell（PEMFC） technology is made. Typical types of NPs and their functionalization techniques are retrospected and their roles in the performance improvement of PEMs are compared in ***, the opportunities and challenges to develop high-performance functionalized NPs for use in PEMs and PEMFCs are prospected and justified.

Determination of hemoglobin adduct of a musk xylene metabolite in trout as biomarker of exposure by gas chromatography mass spectrometry

Musk xylene（MX） is frequently used as fragrances in formulation of personal care products. Quantification of a bound 4-amino- MX（4-AMX） as cysteine adducts in trout hemoglobin（Hb） was made by gas chromatography-ion trap-mass spectrometry（GC/MS）. The Hb samples were collected from trout after 24 h exposure to MX at 10μg/g, and or menhaden oil（control）. The formation of cysteine-Hb adduct was observed from nitroso derivative of MX, released by alkaline hydrolysis. The released 4-AMX metabolite was extracted in n- hexane. The extract was then reduced by evaporation, and analyzed by GC/MS. When similar agreement of mass spectral features and retention time of 4-AMX were obtained in both standard and sample solutions, the presence of 4-AMX metabolite in the Hb was confirmed. The concentration of 4-AMX was found to be 3.1 × 10^-6 6.9 × 10^-6 mg/g in the Hb solution. Quantitation was made based on an internal standard, a calibration plot, and response factor. In the non-hydrolyzed and laboratory blank extracts, the 4-AMX metabolite was not detected. Additionally, coeluting and interfefing ions were observed in the biological samples.

Extreme Learning Machine(ELM)is popular in batch learning,sequential learning,and progressive learning,due to its speed,easy integration,and generalization ***,Traditional ELM cannot train massive data rapidly and efficiently due to its memory residence,high time and space *** ELM,the hidden layer typically necessitates a huge number of ***,there is no certainty that the arrangement of weights and biases within the hidden layer is *** solve this problem,the traditional ELM has been hybridized with swarm intelligence optimization *** paper displays five proposed hybrid Algorithms“Salp Swarm Algorithm(SSA-ELM),Grasshopper Algorithm(GOA-ELM),Grey Wolf Algorithm(GWO-ELM),Whale optimizationAlgorithm(WOA-ELM)andMoth Flame Optimization(MFO-ELM)”.These five optimizers are hybridized with standard ELM methodology for resolving the tumor type classification using gene expression *** proposed models applied to the predication of electricity loading data,that describes the energy use of a single residence over a fouryear *** the hidden layer,Swarm algorithms are used to pick a smaller number of nodes to speed up the execution of *** best weights and preferences were calculated by these algorithms for the hidden *** results demonstrated that the proposed MFO-ELM achieved 98.13%accuracy and this is the highest model in accuracy in tumor type classification gene expression *** in predication,the proposed GOA-ELM achieved 0.397which is least RMSE compared to the other models.

Osmotic concentration of succinic acid by forward osmosis:Influence of feed solution pH and evaluation of seawater as draw solution

In this study, we investigated the essential role of feed solution pH so as to gain insights into the transport mechanisms of succinic acid concentration by osmotically-driven forward osmosis （FO） process. FO performances including water flux and bidirectional transport of succinate and chloride anions were systematically examined using cellulose triacetate-based FO membrane. Additionally, real seawater was explored as draw solution. Experimental results revealed that the pH-dependent speciation of succinic acid can affect the FO performances. Ionization of succinic acid at higher solution pH enhanced the osmotic pressure of feed solution, thus leading to lower water flux performance. A strong effect was pointed out on the succinate rejection for which nearly 100% rejections were achieved at pH above its pKa2 value. The rejection of succinate increased in the following order of chemical form： C2H4C2O4H2 〈 C2H4C2OH- 〈 C2H4C2O24-. With real seawater as the draw solution, low to moderate water fluxes （〈4 L. m- 2. h- 1 ） were observed. The divalent succinate anion was highly retained in the feed side despite differences in the succinic acid feed concentration at pH of approximately 6.90.

A new structural optimization method of coupled extended finite element method and bound constrained quadratic optimization method(XFEM-BCQO)is adopted to quantify the optimum values of four design parameters for a circular tunnel lining when it is subjected to *** parameters are:tunnel lining thickness,tunnel diameter,tunnel lining concrete modulus of elasticity and tunnel lining concrete ***-Carlo sampling method is dedicated to construct the meta models so that to be used for the BCQO method using matlab *** simulations of the tensile damage in the tunnel lining due to a real earthquake in the literature are created for three design *** approach is used to show the cracks for the mentioned design *** results of the BCQO method for the maximum design case for the tunnel tensile damage was matching the results obtained from XFEM approach to a fair *** new coupled approach manifested a significant capability to predict the cracks and spalling of the tunnel lining concrete under the effects of dynamic earthquakes.

Mulching type-induced soil moisture and temperature regimes and water use efficiency of soybean under rain-fed condition in central Japan

Soybean(Glycine max)is a high water-demand crop and grown under moderate temperature in *** protect the crop from hot summer and to utilize rainfall for its cultivation,selection of appropriate mulching material(s)is *** optimum production of the crop,soil moisture and temperature regimes as well as water use efficiency(WUE)of the crop were investigated under straw,grass,paper,plastic and bare soil(control)mulching under rain-fed condition at Gifu university farm in *** mulching treatments,compared to the control,lowered soil temperature by 2°C at 5 cm depth and 0.5°C at 15 and 25 cm *** plastic and straw mulching stored the highest quantity of soil moisture at 5 and 15 cm depths;the bare soil stored the lowest *** 25 cm depth,soil-moisture content was the highest under paper mulch but invariable under the other *** mulching reduced evaporation rate from the soil surface and,consequently,the reduced soil-water consumption(SWC)from the root zone augmented WUE of *** paper mulching,by conserving soil-moisture and reducing soil temperature,provided better crop growth attributes,while the plastic mulching improved WUE of green ***,the plastic mulch performed best in reducing soil-water consumption and increasing WUE,while the paper mulch was good for soil-moisture conservation and temperature modification that increased soybean yield.
