Weaverbirds are a speciose group of colorful passerines inhabiting the Old World ***,the Oriental weaverbirds(Ploceus spp.),widespread across southern Asia,are much less diverse and restricted to a few ecological niches compared to their African *** investigate their phylogeography,we retrieved 101 samples of Baya Weaver(***),Streaked Weaver(***),Black-Throated Weaver(***)and Asian Golden Weaver(***)along with GenBank sequences of Finn's Weaver(***).We reconstructed the first molecular phylogeny based on a dataset consisting of both mitochondrial and nuclear genes,dating the most recent common ancestor of Oriental Ploceus to~11 *** speciation appears to have been a combination of divergence within the Indian subcontinent and dispersal across a barrier situated between the Indian subcontinent and the Indochinese region,which provided habitats with a varying degree of isolations and ultimately promoted divergences in *** descendants of the earliest nodes,*** and ***,are both rare and local,often found near large river systems,which perhaps reflects niche conservatism and a lack of adaptive *** three smaller species are all widespread,common and less habitat *** most recent divergence,between western and eastern *** populations,is supported by both phylogenetic and morphological evidence,pointing toward limited gene flow between ***,a zone of intergradation may exist in Myanmar and Brahmaputra flood plains,thus preventing a recommendation for species level recognition without further study.

Stability of Triangular Points of the Generalized Photogravitational Robes Restricted Three-Body Problem

The linear stability of the triangular points was studied for the Robes restricted three-body problem when the bigger primary (rigid shell) is oblate spheroid and the second primary is radiating. The critical mass obtained depends on the oblateness of the rigid shell and radiation of the second primary as well as the density parameter k. The stability of the triangular points depends largely on the values of k. The destabilizing tendencies of the oblateness and radiation factors were enhanced when k > 0 and weakened for k .

Effect of alloying elements W,Ti,Sn on microstructure and mechanical properties of gray iron 220

Experiments were carried out to observe the variation in microstructure and mechanical properties of gray cast iron by adding pearlite promoting alloying elements such as Ti,Sn and *** show that adding Sn,Ti,and W with different concentrations improve the microstructure,Brinell hardness and tensile strength of gray cast *** the increase of alloying element concentration,the average graphite length and graphite content increase *** the same time,average cell size and the maximum graphite length also decrease *** hardness and tensile strength of gray cast iron also increase with an increase in alloying elements contents,and attain the maximum when Ti=0.561%,Sn=0.561%and W=0.945%.However,at higher concentrations of Ti=0.810%,Sn=0.631%and W=1.351%,the tensile strength decreases from 333 MPa to 297 MPa and the Brinell hardness decreases from 248 HB to 225 *** decrease in tensile strength and Brinell hardness at the higher concentration level is attributed to the formation of coarse and thick graphite flakes.

背景:梅毒是由于梅毒螺旋体(Treponema pallidum,TP)感染引起的一种慢性传染疾病,主要通过性接触及血液传播。此病可侵犯全身各器官,危害性极大。近10年来,我国梅毒发病率迅速上升,每年平均增长13.37%以上。由TP不能被分离培养,这就意味着梅毒血清学检测技术在梅毒的诊断中起着至关重要的作用。目前国内常规检测方法如检测血清RPR(快速血浆反应素)和TPPA(梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验),是IgG型抗体的检测,此抗体可通过胎盘及血脑屏障。在梅毒感染初期及晚期RPR阳性率较低,而TPPA感染后大多终生阳性。因此该检测在临床上对于早期诊断胎传梅毒,梅毒治疗后判愈,梅毒血清固定等仍是一个难题。而梅毒螺旋体19sIgM抗体为IgM型抗体,具有不能通过胎盘屏障及血脑屏障,感染后出现早,治疗后消退迅速,再感染或病情复发时可再次增高等特点。因此,梅毒螺旋体19sIgM抗体可在梅毒的早期诊断中发挥着至关重要的作用,特别是在孕妇及新生儿的早期梅毒诊断中。本研究拟在胎传梅毒婴儿及妊娠期间梅毒母亲病情评估,进行患者外周血血清梅毒螺旋体19SIgM抗体检测,同时常规检测患者血清中梅毒RPR,TPPA抗体水平。以提供今后我国胎传梅毒及妊娠期间梅毒病情评估,诊断及治疗数据及经验。目的:了解梅毒螺旋体19sIgM抗体对妊娠梅毒及新生儿梅毒的诊断作用及病情评估。研究方法:根据纳入和排除标准,共纳入144例我院皮肤科门诊诊断的妊娠梅毒患者及梅毒血清阳性婴儿。每例患者首先于我院检验科化验梅毒血清RPR和TPPA,然后采集外周血血清样本,用间接免疫荧光法检测患者外周血清中梅毒螺旋体19sIgM的水平。如妊娠梅毒患者的婴儿出生,立即进行随访及检测。结果:本研究共检测144人(包括妊娠梅毒患者、梅毒血清阳性婴儿),88人入组,失访56人(此56人为孕妇,孕期于我院诊断梅毒,且化验19sIgM均为阴性,生产后其子均未来我院诊治。可能由于异地分娩、个人原因等导致失访)。入组的88人中,有19sIgM+:14人,阳性率为10.29%。74人为19sIgM-。在入组的88人中,有25对为母子。其中,9对母子中有1人或2人存在19SIgM+,具体如下:1、母亲19SIgM+、子19SIgM+:2对。2例妊娠梅毒患者均经苄星青霉素240万单位每周1次肌肉注射治疗。1例为孕早期发现感染梅毒;1例为孕晚期发现感染梅毒。2、母亲19SIgM+、子19SIgM-:4对。此4例妊娠梅毒患者均经苄星青霉素240万单位每周1次肌肉注射治疗。2例孕早期发现感染梅毒,2例孕晚期发现感染梅毒。3、母亲19SIgM-、子19SIgM+:3对。3例均青霉素过敏,应用红霉素治疗。1例为4年前诊断梅毒,口服红霉素治疗(具体不详);2例为妊娠中晚期发现感染梅毒,应用红霉素静滴15天。4、母亲19SIgM-、子19SIgM-:16对。均经苄星青霉素240万单位每周1次肌肉注射治疗。5、3例为母亲19SIgM+,其子失访。3例妊娠梅毒患者均经苄星青霉素240万单位每周1次肌肉注射治疗。1例孕早期发现感染梅毒,2例孕晚期发现感染梅毒。6、此外,有38例为婴儿19SIgM-,其母亲均失访。电话追问病史,均经苄星青霉素240万单位每周1次肌肉注射治疗。孕早期感染者3例,孕晚期感染者7例,既往梅毒者6例。结论:从实验结果我们看到,红霉素治疗梅毒可能失败,不能阻断梅毒螺旋体的感染,甚至常规苄星青霉素治疗梅毒也可能阻断失败,此外孕晚期治疗梅毒也可能阻断失败。经正规治疗后的梅毒患者,即使19sIgM阴性,也不能排除梅毒螺旋体感染可能。孕期无论感染梅毒后治疗与否,若胎儿19sIgM+,有诊断价值。19sIgM-则不能排除,需要密切随访。孕晚期感染梅毒,IgM虽然阴性,不能排除感染胎儿可能。

Comparative Evaluation of Different Treatment for Purulent Wounds in Dogs

To compare the healing of purulent wounds with Shilajit dressing vs. Vishnevsky dressing in dogs with purulent wounds of >2 weeks of duration, eight dogs were chosen from same ages in two groups i.e., Shilajit and Vishnevsky dressing group. Dressing was done on every day basis for more than two weeks of follow up period. Main outcome of healing measure was completed at three weeks. Wound healing status was assessed at three days intervals till end of three weeks. Shilajit treated achieved complete decrease in the wound surface area, effect of healing score in Shilajit dressing group in comparison to the Vishnevsky dressing group at p > 0.05 level of significance. Shilajit is highly effective in achieving a characteristic feature of regenerative and granulation healing of purulent wounds as compared to Vishnevsky dressing group in dogs.

目的:观察胎盘间充质干细胞对TGF-β1/Smad信号通路的调控作用,探讨胎盘间充质干细胞对烫伤愈合及瘢痕形成的影响。方法:构建小鼠烫伤模型,注射人胎盘间充质干细胞(hPMSCs),荧光显微镜观察小鼠创伤皮肤组织中hPMSCs细胞的存活情况;HE和Masson染色观察小鼠创伤皮肤的变化;Western blot检测观察创伤皮肤TGF-β1、p-Smad3、Smad7、α-SMA、collagen I、Collagen III蛋白表达变化。结果:注射hPMSCs细胞后,小鼠创伤面积逐渐减小,创伤愈合率逐渐增加;hPMSCs细胞分布在小鼠创伤皮肤组织中,存活状况较好。进一步研究发现烫伤模型组皮肤表层细胞受损脱落,真皮层组织疏松,毛囊、皮脂腺等附属器坏死,可见明显的毛细血管扩张,并伴有炎性细胞渗出,同时可见大量的成纤维细胞增生和胶原纤维形成;注射hPMSCs细胞治疗后,病理改变、纤维增生和胶原形成明显减轻;此外,烫伤模型组创伤皮肤组织中TGF-β1、p-Smad3表达明显上调,Smad7蛋白表达明显下调,α-SMA、collagen I、Collagen III表达明显上调。经hPMSCs细胞治疗后,TGF-β1、p-Smad3蛋白表达明显下调,Smad7蛋白表达明显上调,α-SMA、collagen I、Collagen III蛋白表达明显下调。结论:胎盘间充质干细胞可能通过抑制TGF-β1/Smad信号通路,发挥促进烫伤愈合且抑制瘢痕形成的作用。

Lyme Disease in Iraq： First Detection of IgM Antibodies to Borrelia burgdorferi in Human Sera

The sera of 180 human samples were tested for the presence of antibodies against Borrelia burgdorferi using the ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) technique. Out of 180 sero-samples, 46 (25.55%) were positive. Females of the age range 18-35 years had the highest rate of sero-positive samples 14 (38.88%), while the highest percentage of sero-negative samples was found in males of the age range 50-80 years. The other sero-positive samples were 6 (26.08%), 6 (25%) and 3 (11.53%) in males of ages between 18-35, 35-50 and 50-80 years, respectively, and 11 (29.72%) and 6 (17.64%) in females in the age ranges 35-50 and 50-80 years, respectively. The mean concentration of Anti- B. burgdorferi antibody was higher (16.7 U/mL) when compared with mean concentration of normal value (5.5 U/mL), P < 0.001.

患者,女,54岁。左面颊红斑、丘疹、结节1个月。皮肤科查体见左侧面部类似环状肉芽肿的簇集浸润性环状红色斑块。皮损组织病理检查及真菌培养,确诊为“面部皮肤型孢子丝菌病”。给予伊曲康唑胶囊口服治疗3个月,皮损消退,随访6个月无复发。
