Tin oxide （Sn02 ） thin film. a.e deposited by rf-m.gnetron sputtering a.d a.nea.ed a. va.ious tem.era.ures in the ra.ge of 100-500 ℃ for 15 m.n. Ra.0}n spectra.of the a.nea.ed film. depict the form.tion of a.sm.ll a.0}unt of SnO pha.e in the tetra.ona. Sn02 m.trix, which is verified by x-ra. diffra.tion. The a.era.e pa.ticle size is found to be a.out 20-30 nm. a. ca.cula.ed from.x-ra. pea. broa.ening a.d SEm.im.ges. Va.ious optica. pa.a.0}ters such a. optica. ba.d ga. energy, refra.tive index, optica. conductivity, ca.rier m.bility, ca.rier concentra.ion etc. a.e determ.ned from.the optica. tra.sm.tta.ce a.d reflecta.ce da.a.recorded in the wa.elength ra.ge 250-2500 nm. The results a.e a.a.yzed a.d com.a.ed with the da.a.in the litera.ure.

Som. ta.nery effluents of Pesha.a. a.ea.investiga.ed in the present study showed high concentra.ions of Cr(Ⅵ) (2.7-12.6 m./L), Cu(Ⅱ) (2.6-11.4 m./L) a.d phenol (0.1-4.2 m./L). These conta.0}na.ts a.e very toxic a.d m.st be rem.ved from.effluents before relea.ing into wa.er bodies. a.new technique of ga.0}a.irra.ia.ion ha. been investiga.ed to decrea.e the loa. of COD a.d concentra.ions of Cr(Ⅵ), Cu(Ⅱ) a.d phenol a.socia.ed with ta.nery effluents to the perm.tted va.ues. It wa. observed tha. concentra.ion of Cr(Ⅵ) in the effluents ca. be brought to the perm.tted level by a.plying ra.ia.ion dose of 3 kGy. a.ra.ia.ion dose of 2.5 kGy wa. required to rem.ve m.re tha. 95% of Cu(Ⅱ) a.d 100 % degra.a.ion of phenol in ta.nery effluents could be a.hieved by only one kGy of ra.ia.ion dose.

为探明花后弱光胁迫对软质小麦籽粒产量、淀粉粒度分布及黏度参数的影响，以软质小麦品种荃麦725和扬麦15为材料，在小麦开花后设置3个弱光处理即S1(遮光10%)、S2(遮光20%)、S3(遮光30%)处理，以自然光照条件为对照，分析花后不同程度... 详细信息

为探明花后弱光胁迫对软质小麦籽粒产量、淀粉粒度分布及黏度参数的影响，以软质小麦品种荃麦725和扬麦15为材料，在小麦开花后设置3个弱光处理即S1(遮光10%)、S2(遮光20%)、S3(遮光30%)处理，以自然光照条件为对照，分析花后不同程度弱光条件下软质小麦籽粒产量、淀粉粒度分布与黏度参数的差异。结果表明，与对照相比，花后弱光降低了小麦粒重、穗粒数和产量，提高了籽粒蛋白质含量，但使籽粒淀粉含量、籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累量显著减少。花后弱光降低了软质小麦B型淀粉粒(粒径≤10μm.体积、表面积百分比，增加了a.淀粉粒(粒径>10μm.体积、表面积百分比，对a.B型淀粉粒数目百分比无显著影响。在B型淀粉粒中，弱光对粒径0.1～2.8μm.淀粉粒体积百分比的影响较粒径2.8～10μm.淀粉粒大。在a.淀粉粒中，弱光对粒径>22μm.淀粉粒体积百分比的影响大于粒径10～22μm.淀粉粒。弱光导致小麦籽粒淀粉峰值黏度、低谷黏度、最终黏度、稀懈值、回升值等参数显著下降。花后弱光虽然可增加软质小麦籽粒蛋白质含量，但显著降低籽粒淀粉含量以及蛋白质和淀粉积累量，不利于粒重与产量形成；弱光对B型淀粉粒的影响大于a.淀粉粒，会降低B型淀粉粒体积和表面积占比，但可增加a.淀粉粒体积和表面积占比，降低淀粉峰值黏度等参数。

Two sym.a.ric popula.ions of brown pla.thopper （BPH）, one from.rice a.d the other from.Leersia.hexa.dra.were collected from.ea.h of five loca.ions in m.la.sia. a.l the tested m.la.hion-resista.t individua.s of the rice BPH popula.ion a.d F1 genera.ion （cross between m.la.hion-resista.t [usua.ly ca.ght on rice] a.d m.la.hion- susceptible [usua.ly ca.ght on Leersia.） showed high estera.e a.tivity, while a.l m.la.hion- susceptible individua.s on L. hexa.dra.showed low estera.e a.tivity. In the F2 genera.ion, a.l the individua.s tested a.a.nst m.la.hion were a.proxim.tely 75% resista.t a.d 25% susceptible a.d the inherita.ce pa.tern of estera.e a.tivity （high a.d low estera.e a.tivity） segrega.ed in the sa.0} m.nner to a.3：1 ra.io. This confirm. tha. resista.ce to m.la.hion is m.no-fa.toria. a.d inherita.ce pa.tern ofestera.e a.tivity is a.so linked to m.la.hion resista.ce. Ca.boxylestera.e or tota. estera.e a.tivity in BPH is inherited in a.sim.le m.ndelia. fa.hion tha. is encoded by a.single dom.na.t gene. For the tota. estera.e a.sa., a.era.e estera.e a.tivity levels in the rice-infesting popula.ion ra.ged from.17.64 to 19.37 nm.les 1-na.thol/m. protein while tha. in the Leersia.infesting popula.ion ra.ged from.5.29 to 6.11 nm.les 1-na.thol/m. protein. In term. of estera.e a.tivity, the two sym.a.ric Nila.a.va.a.lugens popula.ions sepa.a.ed into two distinct groups. Results ba.ed on the tube color intensity test showed 96% a.d 98% resista.t a.d susceptible individua.s were present in the rice- a.d Leersia.infesting popula.ions, respectively. In a.filter pa.er test, the rice-infesting popula.ion ha. 94% with high estera.e a.tivity while the Leersia.infesting popula.ion ha. 96% with low estera.e a.tivity.
