In this work,we have explored wormhole(WH)solutions in F(R,L_(m))gravity by assuming the morris-Thorne WH metric and F(R,Lm)=R/2+(1+γR)L_(m),whereγis the free model *** determined the WH solutions by utilizing two newly developed shape functions(sF)that satisfy all basic conditions for a WH’s physical *** also observe that the null energy condition(NEC)behaves ***,for both models,we use the volume integral quantifier(VIQ)and Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff(TOV)equation to determine how much exotic matter is needed near the WH throat and the stability of the *** extensive detailed discussions of the matter components have been done via graphical *** obtained WH geometries meet the physically acceptable conditions for a stable wormhole.

The CNO cycle is the main source of energy in stars more m.ssive than our *** process defines the energy production,the duration of which can be used to determine the lifetime of m.ssive *** cycle is an important tool for determining the age of globular *** proton capture via p+^(14)N→^(15)O+γ,at energies of astrophysical interest,is an important process in the CNO *** this project,we apply a potential model to describe both non-resonant and resonant reactions in the channels where radiative capture occurs through electric E1 *** employed the R-matrix method to describe the ongoing reactions via m1 resonant transitions,when it was not possible to correctly reproduce the experimental data using the potential *** partial components of the astrophysical s-factor are calculated for all possible electric and magnetic dipole transitions in ^(15)*** linear extrapolated s-factor at zero energy(s(0))agrees well with earlier reported values for all transition types considered in this *** on the value of the total astrophysical s-factor,depending on the collision energy,we calculate the nuclear reaction rates for p+^(14)N→^(15)O+γ.The computed rates agree well with the results reported in the NACRE II Collaboration and m.st recent existing measurements.

This study deals with base pressure management in a duct for various values of the mach number(m),namely,mach number corresponding to sonic and four supersonic *** addition to the mach number,the nozzle pressure ratio(NPR),the area ratio,the rib dimension,and the duct length are influential *** following specific values are examined at m=1,1.36,1.64,and 2,and NPRs between 1.5 and *** base pressure is determined by positioning ribs of varying heights at predetermined intervals throughout the length of the square *** the level of expansion is varied,it is seen that the base pressure initially drops for overexpanded flows and increases for under-expanded *** ribs are present,the flow field in the duct and pressure inside the duct fluctuate as the base pressure ***-expanded flows can achieve a base pressure value that is suitably high without experiencing excessive changes in the duct flow in terms of static pressure if a rib height around 10%of the duct height close to the nozzle exit is *** rib passive control does not negatively affect the duct’s flow field.

Conditioning regimens employed in autologous stem cell transplantation have been proven useful in various hematological disorders and underlying malignancies;however,despite being efficacious in various instances,negative consequences have also been *** conditioning regimens were extracted from various literature searches from databases like Pubmed,Google scholar,EmBAsE,and *** regimens for each disease were compared by using various end points such as overall survival(Os),progression free survival(PFs),and leukemia free survival(LFs).Variables were presented on graphs and analyzed to conclude a more efficacious conditioning *** multiple myeloma,the m.st effective regimen was high dose melphalan(mEL)given at a dose of 200/mg/*** comparative results of acute myeloid leukemia were presented and the regimens that proved to be at an admirable position were busulfan(BU)+mEL regarding Os and BU+VP16 regarding *** case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),BU,fludarabine,and etoposide(BuFluVP)conferred good disease control not only with a paramount improvement in survival rate but also low risk of ***,for ALL,chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T cell therapy was preferred in the context of better Os and *** respect to Hodgkin’s lymphoma,mitoxantrone(mITO)/mEL overtook carm.stine,VP16,cytarabine,and mEL in view of PFs and vice versa regarding ***-Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients were administered mITO(60 mg/m2)and mEL(180 mg/m2)which showed prom.sing ***,amyloidosis was considered,and the regimen that proved to be competent was mEL 200(200 mg/m2).This review article demonstrates a comparison between various conditioning regimens employed in different diseases.

Nephronophthisis-related ciliopathies(NPHP-RC)represent one of the m.st common causes of chronic kidney disease in the first three decades of life and are characterized by a broad genetic and clinical heterogeneity.1 To date,more than 90 genes have been identified that cause autosomalrecessive NPHP-RC if mutated,accounting for up to 60%of cases.1 Among these,homozygous deletions of NPHP1 are the m.st common *** genes localize to primary cilia,basal bodies,or the centrosome and lead to a primary ciliary disruption if mutated,thereby causing a broad phenotypical spectrum.1 Patients that suffer from NPHP-RC can either have an isolated renal phenotype,such as polyuria,polydipsia,decreased urinary concentration ability,and secondary enuresis due to loss of tubular function,or present with extrarenal symptoms including retinal degeneration,cerebellar verm.s hypoplasia,or hepatic *** are often diagnosed in early adolescence,reaching end-stage renal disease before 25 years of age,but early onset and rapidly progressive forms of NPHP-RC also exist.1 Renal ultrasound indicates kidneys of normal or reduced renal length with increased echogenicity and corticomedullary cysts.
