This manuscript studies the optical dromions with beta derivative(BD)applied to the Complex Ginzburg Landau equation(CGLE)with Kerr law,parabolic law,cubic quintic septic law and quadratic cubic *** obtain bright dromians by using the sine-cosine method(SCM).We will also obtain domain walls with the assistance of Bernoulli equation approach(BEA).Constraint conditions are also listed.

The accretion process is being investigated onto some important black holes such as Born-Infeld-AdS black hole, non-linear charged black hole solution in AdS space-time and Einstein-Yang-Mills massive gravity in the presence of Born-Infeld nonlinear electrodynamics. We find out the relations of radial velocity, energy density and change of mass for mention black holes and analyze their behavior graphically for different values of equation of state parameters ω.We also examine the relations for critical speed for these black holes. It is observed that for different state parameters different fluids exhibit different evolutions in black holes backgrounds. The energy density of some fluids is negative or positive near the black hole while other fluids become cause to increase or decrease in black hole mass.

Objective:To determine the adult emergence inhibition（EI） and adulticidal activities of hexane,chloroform,ethyl acetate,and acetone leaves extracts of Anisomeles malabarica（A. malabarica）,Euphorbia hirta（E,hirta）,Ocimum basilicum（***）,ricinus communis（r. communis）,Solanum trilobatum（***）,Tridax procumbens（***） and seeds of Gloriosa superba（***） against Anopheles stephensi（An,stephensi）.Methods:The EI and adulticidal trials were carried out according to World Health Organization（WHO） procedures with slight *** extracts were diluted in dimethyl sulphoxide in order to prepare a serial dilution of test dosages（15.625,31.25,62.5,125,250,500 and 1 000μg/mL）.Five duplicate trials were carried out for every sample concentration,and for each trial a negative control was included and the mortality was determined after 24 h of ***:The highest EI activity was found in ethyl acetate extracts of A malabarica,chloroform extracts of ***, ***,acetone of extract of ***,***,and seed extract of *** with EI50 values 143.12,119.***.157.87,139.39,111.19,and 134.85μg/mL,and the effective adulticidal activity was observed in chloroform,acetone extracts of ***,***,r. communis,*** and ethyl acetate extract of *** with LD50 values 120.17,108.77, 127.22,163.11,118.27,and 93.02μg/mL,***-square value was significant at Presults should encourage further efforts to investigate the compounds that might possess good EI and adulticidal properties when isolated in pure form.

The positive parity states in even-even 152-166 Dy are studied systematically in the framework of the interacting boson model(IBM). A cubic term, L = 3, has been added to the Hamiltonian in order to produce the effect of triaxiality on the energy spectrum. The potential energy surfaces as a function of β and γ deformation parameters,for all isotopes have been produced. Energy levels and reduced electric quadrupole transition probabilities are calculated in framework of IBM with Cubic term(IBMC). All results are compared with available experimental data. It is found that these isotopes can be described by a schematic Hamiltonian in transition from U(5)(vibration) to SU(3)(rotation)dynamic symmetry.

A new series of fatty alkenoates were synthesized using an appropriate synthetic route involving DCC and DMAP as catalysts. Compounds were characterized by their spectral *** the synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial *** minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),minimum bacterial concentration(MBC) and minimum fungicidal concentration(MFC) were determined for test compounds as well as for reference *** the compounds tested, compounds having hydroxy group at the fatty acid chain showed the most potent antibacterial as well as antifungal activities.

Lithium ion batteries（LIBs） are currently best energy storage devices providing rechargeable electrical storage to wide variety of applications – from portable electronics to automobiles. Though, these batteries are fully adopted, widely used and commercialized, but researchers are still extensively working on their constituent materials and developing technology to improve their performance. A major part of related research activities is devoted to the electrode of the battery for improvement in its performance thereby addressing issues like safety, lifetime, specific capacity, energy density and most importantly abundance and cost. There are number of cathode materials that have been proposed and tested at laboratory scale and subsequently utilized in commercialized batteries ever since the appearance of LIBs. Owing to the availability of improved computational resources in the last decade, first principles calculation has become a reliable tool and played a vital role to predict the material properties of electrodes prior to their experimental analysis. This review gives a comprehensive insight and thorough analysis of the global research efforts related to the cathode materials based on first principles framework, sheds light on current status of knowledge and explores the ways forward.

Although casting is commonly used to process aluminum alloys, powder metallurgy remains a promising technique to develop aluminum based materials for structural and functional applications. The possibility to synthesize Al-Mg-Zr alloys through mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering techniques was explored. Al-10Mg-5Zr and Al-5Mg-1Zr alloyed powders were synthesized through wet ball milling the appropriate amount of elemental powders. The dried milled powders were spark plasma sintered through passing constant pulsed electric current with fixed pulse duration at a pressure of 35 MPa. The samples were vacuum sintered at 450, 500, 550, 600 and 620 ℃ for 10, 15 and 20 min. The Al-10Mg-5Zr alloy displays poor densification at lower sintering temperatures of 450, 500, 550 and 600 ℃. Its sinterability is improved at a temperature of 620 ℃ whereas sintering temperatures higher than 620 ℃ leads to partial melting of the alloy. It is possible to sinter the Al-5Mg-1Zr alloy at 450, 500 and 550 ℃. The increase of sintering temperature improves its densification and increases its hardness. The Al-5Mg-IZr alloy displays better densification and hardness compared to Al-10Mg-5Zr alloys.

The influence of nitrogen content on the precipitation of secondary phases and the tensile strength of Alloy 718 during gas tungstenarc welding was investigated. Various types of precipitates were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electronmicroscopy. The results showed that in the fusion zone, the volume fraction of Nb-rich phases such as Laves, (Nb,Ti)C, and δ phases, as wellas Ti-rich phases such as (Ti,Nb)CN and (Ti,Nb)N, increased with increase in the nitrogen content due to the microsegregation of Nb and Tiwithin interdendritic areas. Nitrogen was also found to decrease the size of γ′′ particles within γ dendrites. For precipitates in the partiallymelted zone, constitutional liquation was observed for both (Nb,Ti)C and (Ti,Nb)N particles. Based on the results of tensile tests, the weld containing0.015wt% nitrogen exhibited the highest ultimate tensile strength (UTS), whereas more addition of nitrogen led to a decrease in both theUTS and yield strength due to the increased content of brittle Laves phases and decreased size of γ′′.

Larvicidal and repellent activity of medicinal plant extracts from Eastern Ghats of South India against malaria and filariasis vectors

Objective:To evaluate the larvicidal and repellent activities of ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of Acacia concinna（***）,Cassia siamea（***）.Conundrum sativum（C. sativum）,Cuminum cyminum（***）,Lantana camma（***）,Nelumbo nucifera （***） Phyllanlhus amarus（***）.Piper nigrum（***） and Trachyspermum ammi（***） against Anopheles stephensi（***） and Culex quinquefasciatus（Cx. quinquefasciatus）.Methods:The larvicidal activity of medicinal plant extracts were tested against earl) fourth-instar larvae of malaria and filariasis *** mortality was observed 24 h and 48 h after treatment,data were subjected to probit analysis to determine the lethal concentrations(LC50 and LC90) to kill 50 and 90 per cent of the treated larvae of the tested species. The repellent efficacy was determined against two mosquito species at five concentrations（31.25. 62.***.125.00.250.00,and 500.00 ppm） under the laboratory ***:All plant extracts showed moderate effects after 24 h and 48 h of exposure;however,the highest activity was observed after 24 h in the leaf methanol extract ol *** ethyl acetate and methanol extract of *** against the larvae of ***(LC50 = 34.***.24.54 and 30.20 ppm) and against ***(LC50= 37.***.43.94 and 57.39 ppm),*** toxic effect of leaf methanol extract of ***,seed methanol extract of ***,leaf ethyl acetate extract of *** ethyl acetate and methanol extract of *** and seed methanol extract of *** were showed 100%mortality against *** and *** alter 48 h *** maximum repellent activity was observed at 500 ppm in methanol extracts of N. *** acetate and methanol extract of *** and methanol extract of *** and the mean complete protection time ranged from 30 to 150 min with the different extracts tested.
