In this work, we study the characteristics I-V and P-V of a silicon solar cell as well as its fill factor, its electrical power from the optimum thickness obtained in the base under variation of the irradiation energy flow of charged particles. The recombination velocity at the junction corresponding to the maximum power point was also deduced.

Dasatinib is a second-line tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in patients with imatinib resistant or intolerant chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosomepositive acute leukemia. Gastrointestinal bleeding may occur in up to 7% of patients using dasatinib, although, severe dasatinib-related acute colitis had rarely been reported. Here, we present the case of a 36-year-old female who progressed to acute myeloid leukemia after fourteen months of receiving imatinib for CML in the chronic phase and was treated with a dasatinib-containing chemotherapy regimen. On day 34 of treatment, the patient developed moderate abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea with mucous. Analyses of stool specimens were negative for parasites, Clostridium difficile , and other pathogenic bacteria. The cytomegalovirus pp65 antigen was negative in her blood leukocytes. A colonoscopy revealed acute colitis, and a mucosal biopsy showed nonspecific colitis. The patient was treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics, bowel rest and hydration, and dasatinib treatment was stopped. Her bloody diarrhea improved within 72 h. After confirming cytological remission, the patient received initial course of consolidation, and dasatinib treatment was reinstated. However, hemorrhagic colitis recurred. After discontinuing dasatinib, herhemorrhagic colitis drastically improved and did not recur following the administration of nilotinib. The characteristics of our patient suggest that dasatinib treatment can lead to hemorrhagic colitis, which typically resolves after discontinuation of the drug.

The concept of the recombination of the minority carrier’s recombination velocity at the junction and in the rear, is used for determination, optimum thickness and then shunt resistance in the base of the silicon solar cell, maintained in steady state and under energy from the irradiation flow of charged particles. Resistance shunt is obtained and modeled through a relationship expressed according to the flow and energy of irradiation imposed on the solar cell.

The CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm is a rare aggressive systemic neoplasm for which effective therapies have not yet been established, it is clinically characterized by cutaneous involvement with spread to bone marrow, blood and poor prognosis with current chemotherapy regimens. Our objective is to report diagnosis and treatment difficulties of CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm. We describe here a Tunisian man who presented with subcutaneous ulcerated lesion localized in the right leg and multiples generalized nodules. Skin biopsy showed an atypical lymphoid cell infiltration with an angiocentric pattern and extensive necrosis by immuno-histochemical analysis, these cells were positive for CD4, CD56, granzyme B and negative for CD8, CD123, CD20 and CD30. T-cell rearrangement and Epstein-Barr-virus (EBV) in situ hybridation studies were negative. The patient underwent 5 cycles chemotherapy SMILE regimen monthly sandwiched with radiotherapy on the residual lesions of the right leg with great tolerance but he relapsed within 8months with skin, blood, bone marrow, lung, and cerebrospinal involvement. Based on these findings, the patient was diagnosed with CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm (blastic NK-like T-cell lymphoma) treated with one course of hyper-CVAD regimen, he died within 20 days with a septic chok. Despite the use of L-Asparaginase and radiotherapy the prognosis is very poor;we suggest the exploration for highly active drugs, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is crucial to improve survival.

The present work is devoted to the development of the extension of FRT (Finite Radon Transform) to the tridimensional case. One simple formulation is proposed and it is shown that it is the exact discretization of the continuous Discrete Radon Transform. More precisely this is the case when the sampling is given on a regular grid i.e. the continuous function is filtered by the mean of the box function. Relation of this transform with the Discrete Fourier one is given and is for some help in numerical implementation.

This article describes the experimental results obtained by the solar distiller by specifying the radiative properties of materials, the analysis of various types of losses in the system and the establishment of the energy assessment of the system being the main question to consider. The experiment was undertaken in Tlemcen-Algeria by working out a solar distiller in order to measure the various temperatures of the system. Salt was added to study the negotiable effect of the salinity of water on solar distillation and it is noted that the production of distilled water decreases with salinity. The distiller is forwarded to a constant global solar flow. Experimental results obtained in heat transfer of natural convection in the pure and simultaneous heat and mass transfer, proven that these phenomena are in the boundary layer. This enables people to admit that the existence of a stagnant zone inside of distiller is called the "buffer zones".

This research objective is to propose a co-valorization of powdered tuff, containing a slight amount of clay and dune sand, by mixing the two substances at different rates such as 0%, 5%, 15%, 25% and 35% of sand. The adapted criteria formulas are those recommended by the technical Saharan road. The results of the proposed study showed that "tuff-sand" mixtures are denser with a lower optimum water content modified proctor, the fine rate decreases together with the plasticity index, whereas the bearing index (CBR: California bearing ratio test) increases. The intrinsic characteristics, cohesion and sensitivity of mixtures with respect to compactness are almost identical to those of tuff without addition. The optimal adapted sand incorporation rate is estimated at 25% at 96% of compactness. Under these conditions, the amount of fines decreases from 40% to an acceptable level of 25% and the plasticity index from 16.2 to 12. The compaction water content decreases by 36% and the CBR (bearing index) increases by 30% and the compressive strength and sensitivity, according to compactness, of the elaborated material are almost identical to those of tuff without addition.

BK virus (BKV) may cause nephropathy in renal transplant recipients receiving immunosuppressive therapy, resulting in renal dysfunction and, possibly graft loss. However, the positive and negative predictive values of BK viral load are still controversial. In this prospective, single-center study, BKV DNA was measured 1, 3 and 6 months after transplantation. The viral load in urine and plasma was quantified with the real-time Q-PCR (Argen kit) in 73 renal allograft recipients Three of them showed acute rejection. To determine the cutoff value of viral load, 60 sera samples of healthy blood donors, matched for age and sex, were tested. The mean plasmatic viral load one month post-transplantation was statistically higher in renal transplant recipients (17.23 copies/ml) compared to that in controls (2 copies/ml) (p: 0.06). This difference of the distribution of viremia values is more evident in the third and sixth month (p: 0.002 and 0.010 respectively). Furthermore, analysis of the kinetic of viral load revealed an average rise of viremia at 3 months (1589.14 copies/ml) followed by its decrease at 6 months (249.75 copies/ml). However, the difference was not statistically significant. The same is true for the distribution of values of viruria and in all cases the average viral load was statistically higher in urine than in plasma. In addition, this study did not shown significant relationsheep between viremia/viruria and the occurrence of acute rejection, the renal function deterioration, the source of allograft or immunosuppressive therapy protocol. If the results of this study demonstrate the importance of the replication of BKV in renal transplant patients from the first month compared to that in immunocompetent subjects, the screening of the DNA of this virus does not appear to have a prognostic value in the occurrence of acute rejection. However, the plasma and urine monitoring of BKV load beyond 6 months , not appear to exclude the relationsheep between these two

Glanzmann's thrombasthenia(GT) is a rare autosomal recessive bleeding syndrome characterized by abnormal Glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa complex(GⅡb/Ⅲa) on platelets with resultant abnormality in platelet *** is very little information regarding polypectomy management in *** report a single patient with this rare disease,who underwent sequential endoscopic management of large colon *** in our GT patient was complicated by immediate and delayed *** clips used after standard cautery polypectomy for a polyp 10 mm or larger in our GT patient,was most effective in preventing immediate and delayed post-polypectomy bleeding than other known therapeutic *** favor preemptive use of multiple clips in large polypectomy defects for GT patients and we may argue the added cost may be offset by the reduction in the need for blood products,and by averting or shortening potential hospitalizations.
