Naturally derived nanocellulose with unique physiochemical properties and giant potentials as renewable smart nanomaterials opens up endless novel advanced functional materials for multi-sensing ***,integrating inorganic functional two-dimensional carbon materials such as graphene has realized hybrid organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials with precisely tailored properties and multi-sensing ***,the affinity,stability,dispersibility,modification,and functionalization are some of the key merits permitting their synergistic interfacial interactions,which exhibited highly advanced multifunctional hybrid nanocomposites with desirable ***,the high performance of such hybrids could be achievable through green and straightforward *** this context,the review covered the most advanced nanocellulose-graphene hybrids,focusing on their synthetization,functionalization,fabrication,and multi-sensing *** hybrid films exhibited great potentials as a multifunctional sensing platform for numerous mechanical,environmental,and human bio-signals detections,mimicking,and in-situ monitoring.

In the endeavor to develop three-dimensional(3D)-architected sophisticated hierarchical structures,the synergy between inplane and out-of-plane interactions at interfaces offers new *** interplay,governed by van der Waals(vdW)interfacial nanoarchitectonics,facilitates the design of efficient thermally conductive *** work delves into the kinetics underlying a dual-templating strategy,seamlessly integrating two-dimensional(2D)-graphene sheets with one-dimensional(1D)-cellulose chains at heterointerfaces,thereby transforming into 3D-shaped and 3D-continuously anisotropic structures,termed as(3D^(2)GC)***,we designed and fabricated an anisotropic graphene cellulose scaffold(GCS)employing a nickel *** as-grown GCS replicates the 3D-shaped and configuration of the *** 3D-continuously interconnected fibrous-porous network of the GCS,combined with its anisotropic thermal properties(λ_(axial)/λ_(radial)),not only is promising for advanced thermal technologies but also offers advantages in cost-effectiveness and eco-effectiveness.

This paper proposed the explicit generalized-a time scheme and periodic boundary conditions in the material point method(MPM)for the simulation of coseismic site *** proposed boundary condition uses an intuitive particle-relocation algorithm ensuring material points always remain within the computational *** explicit generalized-a time scheme was implemented in MPM to enable the damping of spurious high frequency ***,the MPM was verified against finite element method(FEM).Secondly,ability of the MPM in capturing the analytical transfer function was ***,a symmetric embankment was adopted to investigate the effects of ground motion arias intensity(I_(a)),geometry dimensions,and constitutive *** results show that the larger the model size,the higher the crest runout and settlement for the same ground *** using a Mohr-Coulomb model,the crest runout increases with increasing I_(a).However,if the strain-softening law is activated,the results are less influenced by the ground ***,the MPM results were compared with the Newmark sliding block *** simplified analysis herein highlights the capabilities of MPM to capture the full deformation process for earthquake engineering applications,the importance of geometry characterization,and the selection of appropriate constitutive models when simulating coseismic site response and subsequent large deformations.

A green, easy to reproduce method to obtain thermally reduced graphene oxide （GO） is described, The only requirement is a heating source, like a hot plate, that can reach -225 ℃ without any special setup requirements. Upon addition of graphene oxide, effective reduction could be achieved within 10 s. Starting flake size affects the yield of graphene, final structure and composition. A detailed characterization of the produced graphene using thermal analysis, spectroscopic methods, electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy is presented. Application of the produced graphene as a filler to epoxy resin for mechanical reinforcement is also reported. Smaller flakes （Ds0 = 5.7 μm） showed improved ultimate tensile strength, fracture strain and plane strain fracture toughness compared to larger flakes （Ds0 = 47.9 μm） that showed negative effect. Both flake sizes showed a negligible effect on Young＇s modulus.
